• On 29th, some electricity problems in the hotel, So “Capital O 33450 Hotel La Prosperite” didn’t allow me to check-in
• I called MakeMyTrip custeomer services on next day, talked to Nishika for my refund. she opened one case, Case #[protected] and told the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
• Even after 2 weeks, No refund or no call from MakeMyTrip.
• I called again (Phone#[protected], Jun 13th, talked to Surjith, he gave again another case number, #[protected]. He is also giving same answer. But no refund.
• As you didn’t allow me to check-in, and I booked hotel in the last minute with high price, you should refund new hotel charges: ₹ 9, 804 (Booking IDNH[protected])
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
