We had booked through Make my Trip a room from 10.06.22 to 12.06.22 at Samarth Kasuli Hills Homestay by making a payment of Rs7881.But on 9th evening, the hotel authorities called us to say that they have rejected the booking.We have not received the refund.PNR no: [protected].       Hi Team,

      I have made a booking for hotel RAJ BHAVAN for 8th june 2022 to 11th June 2022 and paid an amount of Rs.4241.

      While reaching hotel, they said no rooms available yet we have booked it and paid the amount online through makemytrip app.

      Transaction ID for the amount paid :

      Raised complaint from makemytrip portal. It is been since 14 days, no updates yet and no refund also received.

      Portal says issue has been escalated, But can't get any updates from makemytrip also as no there is not reaching medium available directly to contact.

      Please help in getting my refund amount.

        We booked flight tickets from Delhi to DXB much in advance for our parents. Upon reaching the airport to board, they were informed that the tickets to fly to DXB has been canceled by the airline (AIRINDIA) but the tickets DXB to Del still stayed valid and confirmed. This wasn’t informed to us by MMT or by the airline in advance. This caused immense inconvenience to my old, ailing parents at the airport. Luckily two people canceled their tickets and my parents were forced to buy the tickets at a much higher cost.
        We had been following up on the issue, but to our greatest dismay the problem has not been taken seriously and addressed to yet. I called up the customer care finally after the exchange of few emails over the issue. I was told that the airline will take 180 days to refund in full amount if at all it is to be refunded no matter their fault and MMT seemingly has no responsibility or role to play even if we booked through them. I am utterly shocked and disappointed and their refusal to take any responsibility of information or refunds. We are still waiting for miracle it seems.

          I canceled a flight on 18th June, 2022. The refund was processed from the airlines and make my trip assured that the refund will be credited within 2 days. Its already been 4 days now and yet the refund is not credited. I contacted them yesterday and they told that the refund will get credited but they dont know when. Today I raised a request on their application but there is no response from them. Please do the needful for the refund. I am also attaching the bank statement proving that the refund is not credited into my account and also the proof that airline has processed the refund to the agency.

            My flight was cancelled by airline and I had initiated the process for refund on April 1st itself. It is now June and MakeMyTrip is still not refunding.

            There is no way to reach their customer care person and the IVR response is same from April. The standard response is that "we are processing your request". When i speak to airline (Air India's Alliance Air), they clearly mention that they have done things from their side and the matter is with MakeMytrip. There is no way to reach MakeMytrip customer care. And the online link is not at all helpful.

            I want the refund to be initiated. It has been such a long time now. Attached is the email i received on April 1.

              Hi,

              I had booked ticket on Monday - 13-June'2022 for Mumbai - Dubai . The price charged for the ticket issued was 17, 498/.

              The very next morning, when I check the portal, the ticket was available for 10, 257/ . I fail to understand, when we book the ticket 7days before travel the prices are high, but as we move closer to the date the prices reduce...what kind of pricing strategy is this. I have experienced similar situation while booking hotel through Make my trip earlier, and I was promised that incase I face this issue next time, it will be resolved in my favor.

              I request make my trip to refund the cost of difference. I actually feel cheated as a customer, time and again facing similar issue.

              I had registered this complaint last week as well and also called MMT customer service. However I fail to receive any response, kindly look into the matter at the earliest, else I will be resorting to social media this time around.

                Refund against Train ticket cancellation

                I had booked train tickets from Makemytrip and I had cancelled the same few days before the train scheduled. Makemytrip updates that refund has been processed but I cannot see in my account yet. Its been already 15 days and no reply from makemytrip. Below details of my PNR and MMT ID

                I booked flight from make my trip from kolkata to srinagar which was canclled by airline
                Total 48, 648 ruppes cost the bookings,
                Airlines confirm me they refunded 48408 rupees to my travel agent mmt .
                But when i claimed full refund mmt refunded me 43597 and cut 5000+ ruppes in the name of cancelation fees convenience fees airline cancelation fees
                I didnt cancel the flight it was not my fault i was expecting full refund, if mmt cut 5000 rupees for nothing then i have to complain, will never book from mmt again, cheating website, 5000 is not a matter of joke,
                I tired to contact them in so many ways but they have no coustomer executives and no email id t chat on, when i tried to contact them via chat or Facebook they automatically didint gave any reply and closed the issue with no sense, pls help, 5000 rupess is not a matter of jok, i want my full refund back

                Via call they give assurance that they will refund full money, and they also initiated it, thanks to mmt costomer executive, its still not credited but will be i am sure

                  I tried booking flight tickets on 17th June 2022 at 01:58pm from hyderabad to Delhi on 21st June 2022. My money got deducted twice but the tickets got confirmed only once. I want the refund for the unsuccessful payment.

                    Sir, Sales person of make my trip had offered that if I book a trip to Dubai with them, they will provide 1 gram gold coin, Rs. 1000 discount and a free gift. Hence, I have booked the trip to dubai. After completion of the trip, they told that gifts will be delivered within 45 days. Even after months I have not got the offered gifts.                       It does not provide any customer support with human i am trying to contact them for whole day but there is no human!! My ticket have been cancelled and I wanted to know few things from company my payment is stucked and I can't track my payment !!

                          I booked outstation cab for 12 Jun 2022 for travel from Bangalore to Chennai. MMT could not arrange the cab and gave me an option to cancel which I did. They informed processing the refund vide ref no. RRN[protected] for Rs. 1928 and that it will be credited by 14 Jun 2022. I am yet to receive the amount. I am asking MMT to give the refund amount immediately.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is to update you that, I have booked hotel on 20th June at Ludhiana DS royal guest house, I have paid amount online but when I have reached at location property denied for check in also team behaviour to pathetic. This is my worst experience with make my trip, request you to please refund my amount ASAP.

                              I booked two flights (to COK and from COK). It got cancelled due to the pandemic. Although I have paid around Rs 15, 000 for both the flights. I was not given the whole amount.

                              Despite this, the money I paid was cut short to Rs 4460 and the same was put in the MMT Wallet. It has been stated that I could transfer this money to my Bank Account. But whenever I try to register the pay mode, it shows that I should register with my account which I had used to book, although I am using the same account. It shall be noted that there is no account in my name in MMT and I have only used one account till date.

                              I need my money back in my Bank Account. Not providing adequate technical facilities to transfer the amount and stating that there is an option for the namesake is not acceptable.

                              There is also no customer care query number for this particular issue and it is an escape for MMT to not give me my cash back to my Bank Account and put it in the wallet for namesake so that I would somehow take their service in future and utilise the money. If this is the intention, then it is high coercive in nature.

                              I need my money back in my Bank Account as early as possible.

                                Hi,
                                I have tried to book a flight through MMT on 11th June, 11.06 AM.

                                My payment through an AMEX card got declined though the balance was already deducted.
                                The payment is showing to be completed on the MOBIKWIK app( Screenshot attached.)
                                I have raised a service request regarding this but received no response.
                                Please have a look at this matter.

                                    I have cancelled my hotel booking in Bhimtal on 14 June 2022, MakeMyTrip initiated my refund and informed me that my refund reflect in my account in 2 working days i.e., 15 june 2022- 16 june 2022.

                                    and another
                                    RRN No. [protected] was generated.

                                    But in these dates i did not received my refund amount, thereafter, I contacted MakeMyTrip trip to resolve the issue they assured me that the problem will resolved on 19 june 2022 and in other hand they also informed me that my refund should reflect on 26 june 2022, and in my WhatsApp/ SMS they send a message in which they told me that my refund will reflect on 30th june 2022.

                                      Made payment via SBI Net Banking for Rs. 26838 on 8 June 2022 on MMT website. The company showed payment failure but SBI confirmed that amount is credited in MMT's account. Not being able to contact the customer care as all the phone numbers mentioned on website are bot based and there is no email id either. Need full refund of the paid amount at the earliest.
