Mantri Bangalore — refund of booking amount for a flat in mantri lithos
We had booked a flat in manyata lithos in march 2017. Due to personal reasons we had to relocate to delhi and requested a cancellation and refund of our booking amount. Its been a year since we have sent innumerable requests emails and phone calls to the employees dealing with us mr shashidhar and ms divyashree. Its been most disgraceful and humiliating to deal with mantri employees. They have no respect for the customers. They dont take phone calls or revert back. The whole process has been delayed as they took 5 months to send a cancellation letter which was done after we kept calling and mailing everyday. Then they lied that they have not received any money from us for which we sent the bank statements. We even came and met ms divyashree personally in december as it was getting very frustrating to deal with her on the phone. We were assured that the refund would be processed within 15 days and were not allowed to speak to any senior official. Now she refuses to take calls or reply to emails.
I never thought dealing with a so called reputed company like mantri would be such a bad experience. The employees behave like its some kind of a lala company who does frauds and cheats people. We have already agreed to a cancellation amount of 1.25 lacs being deducted from our booking amount and still even after a year no money has been refunded. Worse is the humiliation that we have faced by the employees.
