My wife undergone for piles surgery the name of the sugery is called cryosurgery,in nov 2009 at apoorva dianostic centre in indiranagar, it is a 10 bedded day care centre with minor sugeries takes place.in the month of nov 2009.
I submiited the documents for claim on 30-11-09.they replied ur claim is not done due to minimum requirements of the said hospital.in the same hospital one of known person's wife undergone for same case...

Hi,
DS for babby is also included with Mother DS, but mediassist is not accpting same DS for both Mother and Babby.
At the time of delivery they can provide single summary for Both Babby and Mother. But i dont know why it is not accepting by Mediassist.
Now they are intrested in giving cliams for Babby and also they are not sending back my Orginial Bills and Lab reports.

So please think before submiiting...

I have been a customer for Medi Assist India from past 5 years because of my employer. I have faced lot of problems in submitting the claims to Medi Assist India, the web site https://www.mediassistindia.net/Claims/WebClaimer/Login.jsp doesn't work most of the times. It looks like or indirectly they are avioding the customers to submit claims....

I have submitted a total claim amount of 6695 out of that I received only 2100/-

with following breakup:
1. 2100 -- got claimed
2. 2500 -- CoPay
3. 2095 -- No Bill Available

Inspite of submitting all original bills to Medi Assist they are saying that bill are not submitted for Rs. 2095/-

This is a clear cheating case and avoiding to pay claimed amount.br...

medi assist is f#@k all company. m using these words bcoz they hv cross the limits. its been 2 months m struggling to get the claim money. hv send all the necessary documents though they ll ask sumthing or the other. doctors panel in this company are genious who r good $$$$ nothing. they send sumbody else letter of the same name to me and asking us to revert where as the patient doesnt hv dat problem. hv gone hosp. for getting the stamp signature...

working with Mediassisit india PVT ltd for more than 2 Yrs(2007 to 2009),I left the organisation in Dec 2009 and applied for PF withdrawal in May 2009.But I have resubmitted new form in Aug 2010 because wrong form was submitted initially.
Pls let me know how many days it will took to process this procedure.

I had applied for mediclaim reimbursement. I had submitted my claim in month of July 2010. It now almost 2 months but the claim is still not processed. Previously they use to say we haven’t got any info from your company we have demanded some data of your from your company. Now in last week when I give a call they give false commitment 'I am still looking for the updates call after 15 min’. In a day I called almost more than 15 times....

My sister was suffering from fever, she was admitted in yashoda malakpet(hyderabad) on 30th aug, 2010, she was to be discharged. She is having a REliance Medi claim(mediassist) we submitted all the documents with the concern in time and she has been waiting in the hospital since 30th aug and today is 31st aug,

Very bad service very poor response and very very bad company.

Hi i enrolled my parents in medi assist health insurance through online without noticing the charges,once i noticed the charges i tried to delete the names but it was locked.So i sent a mail to the medi assist to cancel the same,but they are telling me that its already enrolled and its not possible to cancel till the next year.And the premium amount will be going to deduct from my 2nd month salary onwards in 3 installments.I requesteded them...

medi assist ID No. [protected]. medical reimbursement claim is pending since June 2010. The Jayanagar branch of medi assist in Bangalore is not receiving any calls for the enquiry. the matter couldnot be clarified by the helpline and have expressed their helplessness....

I have given medi claim on 24 Dec 2009 and my Policy no is -[protected].
I have handed over my claim in Medi Assist Office, No 1 Lakshmi Ammal Street, Ayyavu Naidu Colony, Aminjikarai, Chennai.

Where as I haven't got any respose from them till date.

I had deposit my original medical bills with attested copy of hospital bills (Amount 254000 INR) on dtd 26th Feb'10 at Delhi office, Kailash Plaza . At that time all they had confirm that claim will be cleared with in 2-3 wks.

Last month they had asked some addtional paper (Document) which i had also diposited in Delhi office.

But After 3& 1/2 Months has passed and no one of Medi Assist person are giving...

in the early morning of 25th May 2010 while travelling from the Bangalore International Airport to Bannerghatta road on a easy cab. A concrete mixing lorry rammed onto the cab bearing number KA 01 D 4615. I was critically hurt with a swollen forehead, thru n thru torn upper lip, Bleeding profusely thru the lip and nose, Buldging nerve on the neck and a broken 6th cervical bone. I got admitted to Fortis hospital located on the Bannerghatta...

I would like to draw your kind attention towards a strange issue; I faced during my hospitalization and post discharge process on last week end.

I as a HCL employee covers under Medi Assit insurer with 80% part have to be paid by insurer and 20% by the employee.

I have a valid insurence with ICICI Lombord (MediAssist is TPA) for my father (i am employee of Wipro and took parental insurence) from 01/12/2009 till 11/30/2010.

My father has got heart attack in Jan 2010 and MediAssist re-imbursed the amount after deducting 10% of co-pay.

After few check-ups in hospital, doctor suggested to go for Angiogram for my father and i applied for cashless hospitalization...
