its true that the monginis outlet in ghatkopar west does not price tags for their items.

Yes Also there is a outlet at Vikhroli (E) kannamawar nagar. There the Price difference is too much with comparison to the Monginis outlet in Vikhroli (W).
Its too expensive to east. y there sia difference????????

Monginis — got spoilt cake

got spoilt blackforest cake,from your your shop in kalyan.my complaint number is 5717 and i got the refund of just 40 rupees of 240 rs. cake,but the cake was spoilt and the cake served can't be taken back,and one of consumer got food poisining because of it .so kindly refund all my money .otherwise i will complaint for the same in consumer court and will ask for compensation .so do the needful and return my money.

Monginis — kerosene cake

I purchased black forest pastry from Monginis shop at fort mumbai.My nephew vomitted immediately and I called up Mr.Murtuza of monginis then Virendre gole of Monginis and Prajakta all of them were least bothered.Virendra and Prajakta were callous rude and indifferent also.
This is a serious issue concerning health of many people who can suffer food poisning.How to tackle this

Monginis — stale cutlet

This is to inform you that i purchased 2 Burgers worth rupees 28/- each from MONGINIS shop which is at( GOYEL shopping center) BORIVALI (WEST) Mumbai, tel no :28929817.both the cutlets inside the burgers were Stale.On bringing this to their notice and asking them to write a complaint they not only refused but they were very rude and on the contrary humiliated me.This was totally unnecessary .

I had purchased one cake half kg for rs 220 on 8 th september 2012 from monginis shop kanjurmarg east near state bank of india.I purchased at 9 pm.On reaching home we ate it.Found to be stale.Taste was horribly bad.Went to the shop next day at 5:30 pm.The attendent said you should have come immediately I would have forwarded the complaint to higher authorities.He was very rude.Was not willing to listen.He even told me if you have guts go to police station.I told him that cake has been kept in refrigerator and stilll 24 hrs have not passed.Still they want to shift the blame on the consumer.These people also do not give them bill unless asked.They expect you to return cake at 1 am in the night also as if their shop will remain open till that time.Horrible service from monginis.That is their trick to sell stale cakes and later not accept responsibility for it.I will never ever buy anything from monginis.

yes you are right. Monginis is overcharging their cakes. I bought one from Dapodi outlet (in Pune). They overcharged me 40 Rs. They should have rates mentioned in the shop. they don't have any price tags. This is disgusting.

For clarity, let me tell you that when you asked for a heart shaped Black Forest Cake, our dealer at Ghatkopar did not have any choice, because all our heart shaped cakes come in the premium range. And our Black Forest Heart Premium Cake has large chocolate flakes on top as against the smaller chocolate flakes which you generally see in our round shaped Black Forest Cake, which falls in our regular range of Cakes. Just for your information the Black Forest Cake with large chocolate flakes is always considered as premium, because larger chocolate flakes means more chocolate.
We are extremely sorry for the confusion caused since you were not adequately informed by our dealer when you booked the order.

Very true Baner monginies shopkeeper charges extra for all the item compare to other monginies shops in Pune. Also all monginies outlets acceptes sodexho. but he denied accepting soxedho and insited on giving cash.
