hi,
mr.ajay kumar pattnaik of bubaneshwar(odisha) is working with monginis cake company(kolkata) as an s.r/ s.o post and with the same he is running his own business in the firm name: m/s. nandighosa agency as a proprietor , firm tin no:[protected], address: jagmohan nagar,khandgiri with different companies


i just want to ask is company aware of this and not taking any action due to some personal intrest in him/buisness?...

standard price not maintained

there is a monginis outlet in ghatkopar west..right opp to the station..where the construction for metro is going on...
none of the cakes n other items have the price tags on them.. n they charge any price they want for the cakes..! all other outlets have standard prices for various types of cakes..out here they charge any price as they wish and loot all the people who come there ! i was charged Rs.30 for a piece of "black forest"(egg)...

Different cake

I had placed an order for a 01 Kg Black forest heart shaped eggless cake at Ghatkopar outlet on 01 Nov 09. Next day when i went to collect the order I was surprised to see big pieces of chocolate flakes on the top. when enquired that black forest is supposed to have grated chocolate all around but i was told yo uwould get like this only in heart shaped. I have photographs to justify my complaint.

Monginis gave a wrong cake when eggless cake was asked

On 16th July, I purchased a eggless chocolate cake from Monginis cake shop located at baner pune.
The bakery person charged rs. 250 and deliverd a cake. When we( me and my family) ate the cake we realised that the cake was stale and contained eggs. One of my family members is allergic to egg, so suffered from stomach ache after having that cake. Actually the bakery person deliberatly gave wrong cake..this happened twice with me. also...

Ordered veg received chicken Paneer Patties

There is one Monginis shop at Virar West near VIVA college, next to More shop. I purchased one Veg Paneer Patties from the shop and they gave me a chicken patties insted of veg one. When I took a bite or two I realized that there are chicken pieces into it. When I showed it to my friends who were there with me they also said that its a chicken. When I showed it to the salesperson over there he started arguing that its a veg one and was not...
