I had taken loan from mPokket application starting of the year 2023 and i have always cleared my old dues on time. this time the interest rates were very high and i was unable to pay the amount, for which now my number and phone and other related services are blocked from the Cyber Crime department. i am a student, its highly impossible to pay 13, 000 for a 6, 000 loan. and kindly i request the mPokket application to remove the over dues and allow me to pay the correct amount within a month. And i also request them to remove the cyber crime complaint and release my number. infact i should complain on mPokket application to the cyber crime office for their harrassment and scamming people especially students with high interest rates.
how does the cyber crime department not block mPokket numbers and file case on them? they infact file case and block the victims who are suffering.
