I mistakenly created account on mpoket and I want to delete my account permanantly.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a pressing issue I have been facing with my MPokket account, specifically concerning the exorbitant interest charges that have accrued on my outstanding balance. My registered mobile phone was stolen, and my SIM card was also taken, which has made it impossible for me to access the MPokket app and my personal banking services.

My registered mobile phone was stolen on [Date], rendering me unable to use my MPokket account or access any banking services associated with it.

The stolen mobile contained the SIM card I had registered with MPokket, which made it impossible for me to receive important notifications or access my account securely.

Following the incident, I promptly contacted MPokket's customer support team via email at [protected]@mpokket.com on 20th Aug-2023, explaining my situation and requesting assistance.

Regrettably, despite my multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any response from your support team regarding my predicament. This lack of communication has left me in the dark about the status of my account and has resulted in a significant discrepancy in my outstanding balance.

I was shocked to discover that my outstanding balance has risen to an astonishing INR 33, 744, when my initial due amount was INR 16, 000. This inflated amount is beyond my means to pay, and I believe it is unjust, given the circumstances I have faced.

I kindly request that you review my case and provide a reasonable solution that takes into account the extenuating circumstances of my mobile theft and SIM card loss. I am willing to fulfill my financial obligations, but I need your assistance to rectify this situation and ensure that the interest charges are fair and justifiable.

I understand that such situations can be challenging to handle, but I am hopeful that MPokket can work with me to find a fair and equitable resolution to this issue. I am committed to resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that my financial obligations are met.

I am your old customer long back didn't paid my loan due of 15000/- on time but i requested your team for settlement they didn't accepted my proposal but few days back I got a legal notice for you for payment of 41300/- i am not able to pay that amount and not supposed to bare your high interest charges i kindly requested you for the settlement of my loan for principal amount of 15000/- only. I am supposed to pay that amount in 3 emi not...

I want to repay my loan amount of total Rs 6000 but unfortunately the interest rate is high and now i had to pay 12880 rupees which is not affordable for me i was unemployed due to studies this whole time i got a job recently now i want to pay my loan amount, Please wavier off my penalty charges.

I had been using mPokket from last 3 years. I availed 2 loans of ₹2000 each from Mpocket on 2023 Unfortunately I met with an accident the very next month, I suffered 8 fractures on my face both my hands were fractured and suffered blod clots in my brain.And I was bed ridden for 6 months.
I had to take many medical loans to pay the hospital expenses. I can barely use my hands now As I am in physiotherapy. I am unable to pay the penalty charges And request Mpockkt to consider my Situation and allow me to pay only the amount that I have taken. I can submit the hospital documents and photos if needed.
Please don't take legal action against me as I am in a very bad condition right now and allow me to recover fast And step into my normal life.

Hello i want to close my mpokket account and i cleared all my dues
But there is no option to delete account in mpokket
So i tried calling and mailing you..but no response from your end

I have taken a loan of 11500 7 months ago and now they are asking to pay 22600.I was unable to pay due to some problems in these 7 months.But now I can pay some amount and I request you to waive off some interest and donkt send any legal notice and please contact me on WhatsApp because I have tried to send mails regarding this issue but no reply has got by them

I have taken a loan of 13000 from mpokket and payed almost 14000+ through the app. Only taken 13000 and after that I don't take any one. Aslo the intrest become doubled and the customer executives started calling my relatives and They said they will send legal notice to my house and college.. I payed more than the loan amount and they said they will reduce the penalty amount.. but they not send any links to pay the amount and I can't connect with them through any channel. i payed alomost full amount and there is still 3 loans .. I asked the cyber police and they said to file a complaint against them. I payed more than 14000+ to pay the 13000 loan .. Still they not close the all loans
