First of all let me clear one thing I am posting this complain again because in the previous complain these fraudsters and scammers called me politely and told me that we agree to cut down the high interest charges and you may pay the nominal amount which you took along with interest i also agreed but as soon as i agreed and marked my complaint as resolved they again started harrasing by sending emails and text messages demanding the same amount of 22400 as before i have attached all proofs with screenshots i want to sue them to their end now. pathetic people
I have taken loan from mpokket of 2200 each of 5 loans they deduct the interest before crediting the amount so i received 2000 each for 5 loans so now i have to pay them 11000 and they gave me 10000 which is completely fine but due to some issues i wasn't able to pay the loan on time which kept on increasing day by day i am jobless and hopeless since 4 months i emailed them and called them explained my issue that i am not even able to pay the principle amount how will i pay the double amount after charging penalty my total amount is now more than 22400 which is unbelievable and impossible for me to pay this much amount if they want their money i can pay back with a nominal penalty charge but how come they charge double the principle amount for a loan which is due from 4 months. on call these guys become like a gangsters and abuse me harassing me from everywhere.
just check all the screen shots of the loan page now it is more than the principle amount which is completely unacceptable and unbearable.
I also want to pay but this is not done how will i pay more than double amount of the loan i received i want to settle these loans but it should be favorable for me as well otherwise no sense in carrying forward the amount day by day as the keep increasing the fine day by day.

I have paid all the loans. There is no pending payments now. But it shows in my cibil statement that the loan is still active like that. Please close that and provide me the NOC ( No Objection Certificate ). I need to apply for my personal loan. I am in need of that certificate compulsorily please give the NOC certificate. I had taken a loan from mpokket and now to repay it they have charged double the amount as over due charges ... kindly help me resolve this by waiving off the intrest amount and I will settle the entire amount at once.

I had availed loan from Mpokket when i was a student, when i was unable to pay i reached out to Mpokket regarding extension and they agreed verbally over an email, and later after three days started calling my reference numbers and harassed them to pay on behalf of me, we later failed a case with the nearby police station and the calls stopped and when i contacted them back they didn't care to reply back. Now they started emailing with a threaten to put my job at risk, later after a long conversation with 12 different employees for 180 hours, one of the supervisors agreed to waive the fine amount and agreed to share a link to repay in full, I did as a good customer and was happy my loan was closed, but i started getting calls again and when i emailed back to the same email thread no replied, now customer call centre support team leader, Mhd Saleem(sorry if the name is not spelled right) claims there is no such supervisors team, now asking to repay the due amount with extra charge's, i am not willing to pay more and if there is such team called supervisors, let them handle and get it resolved,

I have taken the loan form Mpockt. And i have paid all the loan amount with all interest and dues . But still they didn't provide me with the NOC of the laon repayment. And just give tax receipt for the repayment mentioning just repayment fees Rs. 1.7 where as my loan amount is different. Not mentioning any information about loan amount and interest dues on the receipt.

[IMPORTANT] My phone number linked to my Mpokket account has been lost. And now I can not even login to my account.
Though I have complete access to the gmail account linked to that account but still can't login as it only accepts phone number as a method of login.
I have all my documents attached to that account like pan card, video kyc, other all kyc details.
Kindly delete that account or help me recover it. As it can...

I paid all my dues In the month of July 2023, till now it's showing active status in my credit report and I didn't received NOC for that payment please look into this, I had very low credit due to mpokket

I have been using mpokket for 3 years now and been a loyal in paying off the loan in time. But for some personal issues and changing of phone I could not pay my loan in time for the past 10months now. I have taken 10, 600 but now they have send me a legal notice asking for 21, 200 to pay. Which I can see tremendous change in interest in these few months. So I kindly beg of you to waved off some interest / penalty charges and don't send any legal notice. I will make sure to pay all these dues by the end of this month.

I have made repayment of 2073 through phone pay on September 1st and it showed failed but my money debit from account and not refunded till now and I have raised ticket also no response from them and daily 2 3 people calls and i have informed same to them but they have not cleared it yet.

I am mpokket since long time and always paid the loan but the loan which I took last year was unable to pay due to major heart attack of my husband where our medical got lapsed and I was jobless ...by that time I had paid almost and 8000 was remaining . In month of Jan I spoke to grivenance team and told them situation right now 8000 amount became 17700 which I a I'm not currently in situation to pay such amount.and that time also I had asked as they gave time that my intereste and penalty they said won't be high ..and after having conversation with me they called my mom and send her msg which is not correcr ...I request to take action on the one who send and I can pay 8000

I am not able spend money for my daily needs that is why I took money from mpokket due to nonpayment of money they have increased the amount almost to double which is very difficult for me to pay I request some action to be taken regarding same I wish mpokket to take necessary steps .

Regrettably, despite my multiple attempts to reach out, I have not received any response from your support team regarding my predicament. This lack of communication has left me in the dark about the status of my account and has resulted in a significant discrepancy in my outstanding balance.

I was shocked to discover that my outstanding balance has risen to an astonishing INR 33, 744, when my initial due amount was INR 16, 000. This inflated amount is beyond my means to pay, and I believe it is unjust, given the circumstances I have faced.

I kindly request that you review my case and provide a reasonable solution that takes into account the extenuating circumstances of my mobile theft and SIM card loss. I am willing to fulfill my financial obligations, but I need your assistance to rectify this situation and ensure that the interest charges are fair and justifiable.

I understand that such situations can be challenging to handle, but I am hopeful that MPokket can work with me to find a fair and equitable resolution to this issue. I am committed to resolving this matter promptly and ensuring that my financial obligations are met.

I am your old customer long back didn't paid my loan due of 15000/- on time but i requested your team for settlement they didn't accepted my proposal but few days back I got a legal notice for you for payment of 41300/- i am not able to pay that amount and not supposed to bare your high interest charges i kindly requested you for the settlement of my loan for principal amount of 15000/- only. I am supposed to pay that amount in 3 emi not...

I want to repay my loan amount of total Rs 6000 but unfortunately the interest rate is high and now i had to pay 12880 rupees which is not affordable for me i was unemployed due to studies this whole time i got a job recently now i want to pay my loan amount, Please wavier off my penalty charges.

I had been using mPokket from last 3 years. I availed 2 loans of ₹2000 each from Mpocket on 2023 Unfortunately I met with an accident the very next month, I suffered 8 fractures on my face both my hands were fractured and suffered blod clots in my brain.And I was bed ridden for 6 months.
I had to take many medical loans to pay the hospital expenses. I can barely use my hands now As I am in physiotherapy. I am unable to pay the penalty charges And request Mpockkt to consider my Situation and allow me to pay only the amount that I have taken. I can submit the hospital documents and photos if needed.
Please don't take legal action against me as I am in a very bad condition right now and allow me to recover fast And step into my normal life.
