I taken a loan 11000 but due to covid-19 and lockdown I have Could not do it pay on time.Your recovery team day by day mental torture me just like I am a criminal. Which has upset me a lot.So upset that i believe in suicide. I am student so not any income source of me . I request please waive off my late penalty fee. and i definitely will do pay my loan amount same day.

I am not able spend money for my daily needs that is why I took money from mpokket due to nonpayment of money they have increased the amount almost to double which is very difficult for me to pay I request some action to be taken regarding same I wish mpokket to take necessary steps
