I have purchase one samsung power bank date on 27th may 2016, i get this yesterday date of 3rd jun 2016 this power bank has not work, i will charged yesterday night and connect to my mobile for charging only 2-3point has charge and power bank has switch off, i want to change it.
Kindly help me what can i do. This is a fraud item.
I already mail my complaint on your mail id but yet...

I ordered nike orange colored shoes from their site for 1499 inr.

The only mistake i did that not checked customer reviews for this company before i bought the product from them.

When i received the product, it was a adidas green/purple colored shoes. Moreover quality of product clearly showed like some local made shoes with adidas logos on it.

I was quite unhappy, and immediately wrote an email...

I received wrong shoes on 28 May 2016 but i got different pair of shoes which is also damaged. I requested for refund but one responded so far. there is no phone number either. I think its a fraud company and it is powered by infibeam.com which is another brand name.

I had ordered Nike shoes, on date 23/05/16, and received it on 28/05/16, thru Order Confirmation Number: [protected]. But after opening the crate I found that these were shoes of Adidas make instead of Nike. Please either cancel my order and refund me my money, or replace the shoes with the ones I had originally ordered as soon as possible.
