This is Prasad, basically from Andhra. I opted for material movement from Bangalore (where I am working with Mahindra & Mahindra) to Chennai. I lso requested for ware house for keeping my belongings for some time as my new company is looking for different place form the existing space. Finally I found house in Chennai and informed No broker team to help me with relocating (bringing my material to Chennai). Instead of helping they kept quite . I filled up with RM packers and movers and paid the agreed rent for last 5 months.. while today while material moved to Chennai, just before unloading all the drama started... It went on from 7:30 Am in the mng to 12:30pm... And. Finnally siad I need to pay extra 3000 as lift is 50 meters from the unloading point... Vehicle can clearly come upto lift but the packers and mover staff insisted to unload form 50 meter from lift... Nad started demading 3k without which they will not unload the material into the flat which in second floor ( lift available)... After discussing/ requesting still they demanded payment of extra 1500 to keep the material into flat... I asked from no broker but of no use... Service from abilash was so pathetic that he couldn't able to ask the right questions to their supplier (ie packers and movers)... Unable to do anything and after discussing / seeking for help for nearly 5 hours I was forced to pay extra 1500... Vert un professional / un ethical and pathetic support form no broker staff (me. abilash).. looting customer and giving any respect is really terrifying... Demand an explanation and return of money...

    Wife took the super money back plan from Nobroker. Found a tenant without Nobroker help. Refund claimed. Nobroker did not accept power of attorney from daughter to Mother. Instead Nobroker asked other proof of relationship. After some search birth certificate was provided. Now instead of paying refund Nobroker said refund date has expired. Very unfair and fraudulent. Delays caused by Nobroker by not replying on time and not accepting power of attorney, in addition to lease. Nobroker is cheating large number of customers, first offering free listing, later getting them take premium service but don’t refund money.

        Hi Gagan, as per the update from our team the amount is moved out of NoBroker and settled to the beneficiary account. We have marked the recipient account as fraud and payments made to or by that account will not be processed in future. We have also shared the transaction details with you over email. Unfortunately, there is nothing much we'd be able to do here as this transaction was done by a fraudster and NoBroker is nowhere involved in this. Hence, we'd request you to proceed legally.

          My wife took a money back guarantee plan from Nobroker about 10, 000 rupees to find a tenant for daughters apartment. She found tenant on her own and submitted details for refund. Nobroker said they wanted proof of relationship. Same was provided and accepted by relationship manager. But still no refund received. Nobroker claims to be a billion $ startup but showing unethical business practices. Waiting for refund. Beware.

            I was forced to take insurance then when time come to claim they said it is not applicable. After some days with lot of follow upI was informed refund already initiated to compensate on damage happened during movement. It's more than a month now I have not received any amount or update. Weekly calling support team no proper response. No one know anything. Is this standard you maintain?
            Based on your assurance I have removed my feedback from quora as well.

                I am surprised to see my property advertisement keep coming in facebook by NoBroker.com for rent without my approval or consent. Factually this property is occupied and not available for rent at all. But NoBroker is advertising my property as available for rent and fooling customers. How can they do such nonsense without my approval. This is clear violation of my privacy and rights.
                3 months back I had advertised my this property in NoBroker under free Ad scheme but they called and forced me to upgrade my Ad with premium service (Super Relax Plan) and they collected Rs.7000 from me. After collecting the payment, I faced all kinds of nonsenses and within 24 hours, I asked them to cancel my plan and stop advertising my property. Despite several requests at various levels they didn't do anything and kept on ignoring my requests. Now its been almost 3 months, and they keep advertising my property in their sites, social media, etc, despite my requests and warnings. This is absurd and unacceptable. After collecting my money, they do nonsense like this and how much of disturbances and troubles I had to go through because of this. This need to be stopped and punished. They cannot take customers for granted like me. Taking my money and give me all sorts of trouble. Yet they say best services and fool customers. It cannot be allowed.

                Again, just lip service only. Im sure no one will speak or even if someone does, it will be just the same old story, no proper action / solution will happen. Fed up and wasting my time. But I will see that you don't do tis to other customers. I will fight till you solve my issue.
                My rent pay transaction is refunded but I can't get my total money. Nobroker charged 479 rs for service charge. I can't get service but company takes service charge. Ban nobroker .reg num [protected]

Now some executive is trying to return the key telling there is no tenent and my plan is over. Trying to call them including the relationship manager but no one responds..                     i had taken Owner scheme for my flat in thanisandra.. its been 15days since i paid, not a single visit from any tenant.
                    The assigned so called Relationship manager is not at all useful.
                    he is not doing anything.

                      Hello.
                      I paid my rent on 18 March 2022 using my credit card of ₹202000/-to nobroker site for reference NRP[protected]

                      In the form it is mentioned – rental agreement is not mandatory so I continued the option and paid the amount.

                      After making the payment they asking for rental agreement – I don’t have rental agreement as of that day Rental agreement is not possible immediate since owner is out of station due to his health condition.
                      If you want I can able to give the pan no of the owner.
                      I don’t understand why accepting and after payment saying rental agreement is mandatory. I don’t want to lose ₹2000/- for service charge.

                      Can you please do this escalation and revert me the full amount.

                      I trust the site but it is giving bad impression to customers on saying you have to read all the term and conditions before going to the payment.

                      You customer care officers and chat is saying as my fault not gone through your terms and condition. Thanks for making me negative about nobroker. On the other hand it is like looting people with service fee..

                      I need a refund of service charge also here in this case.. as your mistake is clearly visible.

                      They drop a mail saying they charged me ₹0 and refunded full.. but didn’t speak about the additional charges they made for ₹2000

                      If they loot daily customers like me .. just imagine what their earning will be..

                        It's worst.pls don't waist your hard earned money to their double rated plan than others Could not sell my premium property of blue chip area in Thane Mumbai.RM was from Bangalore and property is in Mumbai.So they are not aware of the area.They go on calling you to buy a plan as they are not updated.Litterally waste of money.

                            I have booked an inter-city packers and movers service from NoBroker on March 9, 2022. I have rescheduled my movement date to March 19, 2022 and the reschedule was done on March 12, 2022. The movement manager assigned to me at that time confirmed my requirement. As no vendor was assigned till March 17th, I reached out to the movement manager over the chat option as she was not attending calls. As there was no response, I reached out over call again on 18th only to be informed that my movement manager is out sick and no alternate movement manager was assigned. On further enquiry, someone claimed to be my new movement manager and told that the movement on 19th March is not possible as no vendor was available for the mentioned movement date. As I showed my disappointment, he asked me to hold and later said that he will check further can give me a call back, which of course never happened. I again called back after few hours to check the status only to get the update that the movement on 19th is not possible and they can arrange only on 20th and I was also informed that they are glad to cancel the booking and provide me the refund right away.

                            My concerns now:
                            1. I was promised a hassle free movement experience, wherein I ended up calling NoBroker multiple time to know the status of my movement booking.
                            2. I planned all my other aspects based on the movement date I booked with NoBroker and no one from NoBroker bothered to update me that no vendor is available on that data, I got to know only a day before when I myself called them.
                            3. I have already made plans and booked my journey tickets for 19th, which I have no other option to cancel and rebook, problem now is that I will lose money for cancellation and no tickets available for 20th March ( New movement date)
                            4. Customer support at NoBroker is pathetic and they are very laid back and not able to understand the issue that I am facing.

                            Now no one is compensating for my loss which is caused due to the mistake done by the NoBroker. They shouldn't have the booking when vendor is not available or at the least, they should have informed me about vendor unavailability after I have booked the slot. They did not even bother to check until I call and enquire.

                              Today I got call and they asked to share otp but i didn't still they were able to do transaction the msj i got is as below
                              065795 is OTP for txn of INR 24745.00 at NOBROKER T on RBL Bank Credit Card 2124. Valid for one time use. DO NOT SHARE IT WITH ANYONE.

                              And I didn't get the deduction message rather i checked online the card shows payment in process. I was so shocked how they did this. And they took the amount in a min. I lodge the complaint regarding this. But I m concern i didn't do any transaction still suffering of this 24k loss.

                                Promotional mails and sms

                                I rented out a property 10 days ago. But, I still getting mails to activate it again. And I am getting lot of promotional mails and sms.
                                And, even in mail, you have not provided "unsubscribe" button.
                                I want to turn off all email updates, promotional mails and sms.
                                Otherwise I have to block NoBroker once and for all....

                                Property not activated even after 5 days

                                Hi,

                                I have posted my property to rent out on No Brokers. I got the review call from them next day and they told me that property will be activated with in 24 hrs. It is almost 5 days now and property is still not activated. I am continuously calling customer care and they always tell me that they will check and get back. In fact, I got to talk to Nitesh also and he assured me that property will be activated with in 2 hrs....
