Pdo Doddathogur Gram Panchayat — property tax paid not accounted to my credit — flat ni b-514 genesis ecosphere

I have issued a cheque no 0000259 drawn on hdfc bank ltd for rs 7, 554 towards property tax for 2014 — 2015 and 2015 — 2016, which was debited to my bank account on 12.08.16. I was not given a receipt for the same till date. Now the gram panchayat claims that no such credit is available against my katha. Can you help me find where the ampunt paid by me has been credited.
