Dear Sir,
I placed an order for some product on Purplle.com and the order no. is #[protected]××××× delivered me dated on 10/11/2023.Now I cut the delivered parcel and not get anything inside that.I paid for that to the courier services and get nothing inside the box, the box is totally empty.

I frustrated in this situation and your worst services.My humble request to you please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

The refund of Rs. 305.59 and 204.33 has been raised on 2023-11-14 at 10:31:37 & 2023-11-14 at 10:32:04. It will be initiated in 1-2 days and reflected in your given bank account in 1-2 working days in the name of Cashfree.

We have also re-dispatched the below-mentioned products and the same has been delivered today.
