Purplle.com — Used product return and refund

...i reported a used product for refund...they are repeatedly cancelling my return request..i need a refund. Why will i keep something that is used. And the reason they say is too many returns from ur account wherein this is my first return request ever sent. I hate purple. Please do not use this app. Very angry😡..and now they replied check email and all of that but they will still say the same in email that too many return requests..purple is scam...this is my hard earned money and i need it...the product was nicolips lip balm...order id 45108931

Upon reviewing the details, we noticed a change in the reason for return from used to expired and subsequently to missing. This adjustment, along with our comprehensive investigation, has revealed a history of multiple return requests associated with your account.

As a result of this previous history, we regret to inform our customer that we are unable to proceed with your return request for this particular item.
