Hi team,
My booking number tnc[protected]
Bus timing - 11:31
I reached boarding point 10:00 pm
I tried to call bus operator many time he is busy whole time
At last i talk with bus operator he is saying i will be on time, i am wating for bus, he don't call me regarding that i reached boarding point,
I call operator at 11:45pm, he is saying that i am at vaishali metro kindly vaishali metro which is 15 km ahead from boarding point he don't wait me and whole night i am waiting for bus at last i filed a complaint to redbus no response from customer support saying that bua operator denied for refund and saying passenger is not present at boarding point
And i have proof of taxi booking bill from uber, so how can operator saying that i am not present at the point, kindly help out in this and intimate a refund to my account

I had booked a bus ticket from Vijayawada to rajampet on 26 October in redbus.but the bus operator cancelled the ticket and they said refund will be allowed .but redbus didn't refund my money so please resolve my problem

    Refund not provided bus broke down.

    My registered mobile number with red buses [protected] my name is ravi shankar prasad.
    Pnr c4zjk3n5. The bus broke down 10-15 km from the boarding point.
    No internet bus was provided i had to wait and take other bus of my own. To face problem in the night. Filed a complaint on fourth for the refund but still now no action has been taken and every time apollo customer care they say it wait for 24 hours are you running a company or just playing a child's game. Your concern towards the customer is not serious. While taking the payment you take the instant and play so much of tantrums while refunding the money. Supervisor neha i spoke to her every time she's asking to wait for more 24 hours this is not tolerable.

    Provide a resolution you can close the same case i will approach consumer or civil case quote for the same. You can reach me [protected] i[censored] intend to solve.

      We were a group of total 14 ladies. Driver mr. Ayaz shaikh was very rude. He has given us badwords and was demanding rs.500/- more apart from our actual charge. First of all, earlier the driver which redbus has given us was mr. Baba but he has not come and sent some one else.
      I don't know what do you mean by driver bhatta, when we have paid driver bhatta then how can he ask for lunch or dinner, but still on humanity ground we have given him 2 nights dinner and breakfast in our hotel where we have stayed. Apart from this, he was not aware of the routes, he has taken us on a same route thrice i. E. Turbhe railway station because he was not getting ghodbunder route and after that he has taken us on mumbai highway thrice instead of thane ghodbunder route. He was not aware of mumbai roads as well, every next signal he was asking from inside, which is the route for ghodbunder thats the reason we were late to our dropping point. He was riding very rashly, we were having 5 small kids all of them where falling from there seat because he was pressing break all o[censored]s sudden, literally we were holding our kids on our lap in our whole journey. It was quite disappointing because of driver behaviour. Whenever we ask him something regarding siteseeing he used to get very angry and used to reply us very rudely. He was parking vehicle very far almost 800mt away from the siteseeing point which was very difficult for us to take our kids to that point and while questioning him regarding the same he used to tell us parking is full traffic but near the point also there was huge parking lot available but he was parking vehicle very far.
      It was a bad experience with driver, i was given assurity by redbus that driver will be experience and professional. Called several time's in call center number for complaint but never ever connected always saying we have high volumn of calls please stay on the line.

        Today morning, 26th november 2019, when coming from domlur to hebbal, at 5am, when about to climb the hebbal flyover, where are are two ways.. One takes a left and joins ring road in the bottom and one more connects to airport. So as i was coming to kodigehalli in my 2 wheeler, a middle aged half bald man in white bolero (Ka04mw1955), white board coming from service road, takes a left turn n full speed with no indicators.. I. Would have definitely fallen if i my gadi s brake was bad.. Luckily brakes were good.. Please take some action on him.. This bolero is in the name of m/s classic reality pvt ltd.. Because of illiterate ppl like him there are accidents on roads..

        I have booked a ticket from hyd-rjy on Nov 15 2019, till now i haven't received any refund, the customer care team is playing mental games with customer and finding out reasons to escape, please look into this issue.

        Very pathetic experience with Redbus, i will never ever book again tickets and suggest others the same.
        Refund was not transfer in my ac. Almost one month was goan. No refund was transferred. The ticket was cancelled on 16/10/19 and journey date was 19/10/19. So please take a action on it.

          Bus ticket booked through redbus with payment of rs. 1538.95 for the journey dated 2 november 2019. I received message from the bus operator on the date of journey that due to bus failure the trip has been cancelled & full refund will be provided. However, redbus provided incomplete refund - rs. 1339.05. I have multiple times asked redbus customer executives about the incomplete refund but to no avail ([protected]). I have also mailed redbus about the same. Requesting complete refund from redbus.
          As the bus was cancelled on the date of journey, i was required to book ticket with another operator at higher rates.
          I have attached the message received from hdfc after paying rs. 1538.95 to redbus. Another attachment from redbus about the refund they provided which is incomplete.

            Hi, i booked ticket one ticket from pune to indore (Travel 28 november 2019) in kukkeshree travels non ac sleeper bus via tez app... Ticket cost was rs 803 while booking, i got message saying that money is debited from account, but ticket not generated... While payment ongoing, i got popup saying that error occurred, money is gone from the account... On checking tez, i see that money is paid to redbus and payment

              I have booked a ticket from nagercoil to coimbatore on 29th and i cancelled it immediately
              But more than 30 days have been completed and yet i haven't received my refund amount to my account.
              I called redbus for more than four times and they aleays providing a reference number and asking me to go to the bank.
              And rejecting the calls before ending my query.
              I request you to help to get my refund amount from redbus.

                  Tried to reach the red-bus customer care but wasn't able to.
                  This is regarding a ticket which was booked on 03.01.2019 for 3, 028 rupees.
                  While booking, 3028 was deducted from my account thrice.
                  Where, once for 3, 028 the ticket was booked and on the other two instances the amount was deducted so it makes 3028 + 3028 = 6056.

                    I have booked 3 tickets from chennai to ooty, my travel date was on 17th nov 2019, but the bus got breakdown at ulundurpet around 1.30 and they repaired it till 5pm, then we reached salem around 7.30, driver and cleaner got down and disappeared, we were waiting there without any information for more that 5 hours, some one came and told they will be changing the bus, sometimes later bus had reached our placed and boarded, bus looked yucky, not clean, stinking, no ac, we still boarded the bus, seems driver doesn't have experience driving in hills, he stopped every then and there, meanwhile we suffocated like anything without air, and the bus started to stink more, i fell sick too, they stopped somewhere again and changed the travels, it wasn't sleeper, they gave tempo traveler, within that we all died coz of hunger, suffocation, we supposed to reach by 5.30am, but we all reached around 5. Pm in the evening. I paid huge for this. I have been calling red bus since saturday, every single time your agent saying wait for 24 hours,.. So far i have got only once when i was in meeting, i asked that person to call me after couple of hours, but after than i dint get any call on that.. Daily i am calling and getting fedup.. Your team is not responding properly, i am a regular customer for redbus, every single week i book a travel through red bus, i went ooty for offcial trip to meet my client, due to late arrival client cancelled the project, i fall sick, mental pressure, i want to escalate this to the next level, i want a refund,.. I will tweet all these things in social media too. I need a solution else i wont stop

                        6th November I was try to book on Chennai to tuticorin bus ticket through of redbus online services .at that time the payments process also successful greatly but ticket were not booked.                           On 25th october 2019 i got a message from operator official number that the bus has been cancelled and full refund has been initiated and i shared the screenshot also to the so called customer support of redbus.

                          In spite of calling them numerous time their is still no response and no refund as i did not board the bus becuase of the cancellation message by the operator that i have shared also with redbus.

                          Kindly refund the money as soon as possible.

                            I have booked bus ajmer to ahmedabad by red bus.
                            They heavely charged amount of ac luxury bus but bus was not upto the mark
                            Even they have changed my seat also without given any prior information and give me last seat.
                            Driver says you have booked online ticket so you have to adjust, otherwise dropped out my bus and take another one. We can't give you any refund.

                              I had booked a ticket on redbus from dharwad to mumbai in national travels (Ticket no :tna[protected]. 8th september 2019) the departure time was 11:50pm but i had reached the place by 9pm as dharwad was a new place to me and also the departure venue a toll gate was in a remote area. Once i reached the venue i got a call from operator asking am in the venue and i had replied saying i am already reached and waiting for the bus. And then i opened redbus app and checked tracking details where the bus was showing its 1.5hrs late.

                              After 10pm i had called drivers number given by redbus in their message now the number was switched off. Then i called another number of the operator given by redbus. The man who received call also gave same number. But i told him that that number is switched off and he said the driver is frustrated getting so many calls and he assured driver will give call once he reach my location.

                              By then it was 11:50 pm i tried calling driver still it was switched off. I tried calling operator with whom i spoke he also dint pick my call. Now even the map also was not working. I tried calling other numbers provided by redbus no one received my call.

                              Now i called redbus after 15-20 minutes of connection of ivr call finally spoke to customer service operator and he again gave 5-6 numbers. But none of them were picking the call. I called redbus again waiting 15mins of ivr and spoke another customer service person and asked him to connect to bus operator instead he said he will pass another number through sms to whom i can speak. But i didn't receive any message. Now am calling them for 3rd time but now the customer service person said the bus is already passed from ur location.

                              Now customer service operator connected another guy from national travels and spoke to him in same call and asked why did it happened then he called bus driver. Where he said he was not able to connect to my number. But from the same number, i had already spoken to my friend like minutes before.

                              When bus operator was speaking to driver in our call in tamil i got to know that (As i can understand tamil) the drivers number which they have given to customers was not the one which they were supposed to be given.

                              The worst part is over the call national travels manager was blaming me for all these. He was saying it's my mistake as my call dint connected. He didn't even thought call won't connect if drivers location is not in network area. And he denied when i said i has tried connecting multiple numbers given by redbus and none were picking the call. Map was not working that's not their mistake. And i had called 3 times to redbus even they didn't help me. And at last there was only two gates in toll plaza towards mumbai highway. If the driver was just inquired there i would have got the bus.

                              I had lost 1300 bus ticket+ 1800 the amount which i spent on that night to travel mumbai + 2500 my next days salary as i was not able to go to office. I had spent 6hr in the location in rainy and cold weather.
                              Next day customer care executive had called me and said, everything is my mistake and red is not responsible for it and they can't refund or give compensation

                                I booked a bus (Yellow pedal) through red bus from delhi to kanpur for 26th october, 2019 11:20 pm from akshardham metro station for amount rs.4095 for two people. I was having only a ticket with bus details.
                                I reached the boarding point at 11:pm, but still didn't received any intimation message or call either form driver or from operator, even the contact no. Which is shared within the ticket is not answerable everytime i tried. At the same time i was contineoulsy calling to red bus support but they also didn't respond to a single call. I was shocked with such kind of behavor from them beacuse i am not having proper details of the bus with the driver as well. I was there there till 01:15 am waiting for the bus at the same location but still didn't received any call/message from driver's end even no one was reponding on the shared contact no. To the call. After this unexpected and irresponsible behavior from red bus and yellow pedal, we booked ola outstation for kanpur.
                                After facing such annoying and rediculuos behavior from red bus and yellow pedal, i calledup the red bus support team in the morning to raise the comaplaint againt the same incident and requested to refund my ticket amount, in retun they asked me to give 72hrs to confirm with their operator and also to share my ola outstation receipts as proof that i travelled with that to kanpur.
                                I provided them every information but still not received any response from them. And again when i called them, they asked for 48hrs to wait beacuse they need to confirm with there operator. But still didn't receive any response from them, again following up, they asked for 24hrs as their operator is not answering their call as well, it was around 20 days following up with them.
                                After 20 days followup, i asked then them to provide me an immidiate refund of my ticket amount, they asked me again to wait for 2hrs and after 2hrs i received a call that we can't refund your amount because as per the confirmation with operator, the bus arrived at the same location around 12:00 am that is late by half n hour. So its your fault you missed your bus. Listening to this, when i siad now i'll visit to consumer court, they humbly replied "yes mam, you can, as you are the customer". Is this a resposibe behavior towards customer?

                                If you can't provide the proper details and answerable contact no. To the customer then how can you blame the customer for missing the bus?
                                Even red bus itself didn't pick the call single time, so how can they blame us?
                                Service providers are available atleast when they provide service but you people didn't bother about the problems that custoer is facing because of your foolish and irreponsible behavior, where the support is not available at the time when it is required. Stop making fool to the customers by providing such useless service.
                                If these kind of services can't support their customers especislly during odd timings then what is the use of such service providers with their support centers and shared details?
                                This seems a complete money making business rather than providing services.
                                1-ask for the money to book the tickets.
                                2-don't provide the worth service to the customer.
                                3-when they ask for their refund amount for such bad service or for no service then blame them and be sorry for it?
                                This is the first and most worst experience with red bus. Will never book or suggest anyone to go for this service provider in future.

                                  The rlt travels nagpur to pune pnr[protected] booked from red bus firstly there was a change in timing, the driver and staff was stopping at every bus stop and colleges to pick up local short distance travellers, bus was not cleaned and had broken windows. Bus was extremely overloaded beyond its capacity making it difficult to run, there was a battery failure which took almost 2 hours to repair, writing this while i'm still in bus for last 19 hours for a journey not a minute more than 14 hours

                                    There were so many cockroaches in the bus. Which is ac bus. We could not sleep whole night. Always something mess happens with orange travels buses. Amenities they have mentioned in the tool they never provide it.
                                    Last time in the travel bus broke down, there was no back up provided to us we had to wait 4 hours to get the other bus. It's high time.

                                      I had booked two tickets from new delhi to gorakhpur in a volvo multi axle on 9th of october 2019 and i got a confirmed ticket and its fare was 4274/- but soon 10 minutes after my ticket was confirmed and payment was done i got a message that my ticket got cancelled so i called the bus operator to confirm who told me that the bus is cancelled.
                                      After two days on 11th of october i checked my refund status which said that the refund is initiated.
                                      And today is 11th of november 2019 which is a 1 month period and i haven't got my refund which is depressing and frustrating at the same time.
                                      So i want my refund back as soon as possible.
