I am traveling to ahmedabad from indore in hk travel bus.
This bus is completely not a in a condition for passengers movement and can be used for goods carrying vehicle.
This bus is not at all hygienic, seats are in bad condition and same you can check in photos uploaded of seats.
I have paid 600 each per seat for 2 seats and got the bus in this condition inspite of paying so much of amt.
I am not able to breathe properly because of bed smell coming out from seats, curtain and flooring.
In this condition i can lost my or my family's health. Need complete solution on this.

    My booking is acbus auriya to jaipur on 29th oct at 11.30 pm (Ticket id: tnbg62758832. After this bus operator called me your ac bus is canceled so bus operator gives an alternative option non ac bus so i denied the journey on 29 oct because the bus operator gives a non-ac bus which is not comfortable my journey. After this, i called redbus operator, i said bus canceled due to some reason, please refund the payment of this journey so your bus operator generate request id 11326211 at 2 pm, then after this, your redbus operator send me a message which is attached in this file

    So, i request a refund this journey

      Dear team, i have booked ticket via redbus from delhi to nainital and then back. But unfortunately the bus started from other location which is 8 kms away from the boarding point without any prior intimation. I was traveling with my parents who are senior citizens. I had to pay 200 rs extra for reaching that point. Secondly, the bus started at 12:00 am instead of 9:30 pm.

      On the return trip, i didn’t got a seat for 38kms from nainital as the bus was filled by other passengers by the driver. My parents were given the last seats of the bus. Moreover, when i asked the driver about this condition he advised me to book the seats directly from the counter otherwise there will be such kind of issues. When i called the bus operator they gave me lame excuse that my mobile was switched off. But i reached the spot well in time b4 the reporting time.

        I have traveled in anand travels booked through red bus ticket no tnbr81732667, seat no l4. Insurence id red[protected] from banglore to pune sleeper bus at 9.40 pm[protected]. Pick up from madiwala and then bus from kalasipalaya. I wore my riding jacket approx rupees 4500 kept money inside around 300-400 rupees. Once i entered inside the bus i removed my jacket and kept inside the seat and slept. I found jacket missing next day morning. 2 localites were sitting parrallel to l5 seat. Also wasn't available there when i found my jacket missing in the morning. It was after the tea break (After belgam i think). When i went to complaint the driver and helper said there wasn't any guys traveled in the seat. I checked the passengers list but can't find anyone in the mentioned seat. I am sure about the 2 unauthorized passengers present because they where staring at me initially and ask time in kannada and i replied i don't know your language in hindi when the bus started to move all these things can be checked through the cctv footage. Theses kind of bus staffs are allowing unauthorized people to travel the bus without ticket and risking the passers valuable belongings.

          Bus no. Is mh-o9-cv-0549. Without information bus gone to kolhapur and after come back to ichalkarangi. Most of the time we get different from whatever mention in redbus application.

          Hello,

          I have book tickets for gajanan travel through red Bus and i didn't received neither Bus number not Bus name, and the provided bus are uncomfortable no seats whatever who booked, Bus driver arranging seat according to him and threatening. Careless about driving.

            I tried to book 2 tickets using rebbus official site from pune to mahabaleshwar using amazon pay balance.
            The ticket is not booked, but amount 510rs deducted and recieved mail. Pfa, screenshot for error recieved.

            Kindly reimburse my lost money as soon as possible. Expecting a quick reply from you. Since this is my first booking experience in redbus i hope for a swift solution from your side.

              I book my ticket on 29 oct`19 from kanpur to new delhi (Ticket id tnbs77032514, booking reference no.[protected] to travel on 30oct`19. At last moment change from sleeper to seat (Downgrade) amount difference is rs 500,
              So that i bear two type of loss
              1. Comfort journey (Morning my office, no proper sleep)
              2. Money loss

              Pls suggest me, where i complain? & how i get my loss.

                I called customer care more than 5 times and if I asked about the refund they are disconnecting my call and not responding properly

                    I had a reservation in maheshawram travels from haldwani to delhi on 28 october 2019. I was there at the boarding point from 10 pm. I've been trying to reach the operators as well as the redbus helpline. Neither of them picks the calls. I've called them for more than a dozen times, or maybe even more. It was extremely frustrating and least expecting. I had gotten my day planned out accordingly. You people are so unprofessional to even care to inform in case of delay or cancelled. Then finally operator picked up my call and told me that bus got cancelled due to breakdown and i have to arrange my ticket by my own its a diwali time and 11 pm no buses are available there i have to pay double amount to the other operator again for the same journey. I had loss of money, loss of time apart from that i have faced many issues during journey, now i want my refund as soon as possible and a proper explanations for all of this, at the earliest. This is extremely underwhelming and frustrating. Case id is 11326327

                      Your services is very very poor. I booked ticket from rinku travel from guirgoan to jaipur for dated 30 october, bus time 4.15 am, pnr no.[protected] seat no. L-4, hr shah. The bus neither called me nor pick up me from rajiv chowk. I waited there from $ am to % am and called 3 times o red bus customer care but no but every time customer care said pl wait bus is coming, bus driver will call you. He gave me driver no.. I called many times on that no then for long time someone pickup my call then he give me driver no., driver said he has no information of your booking, i said m standing at rajiv chok since 4 am and now time is 4.30 am, he said he reached manesar he unable pick up me. Further he said he has not information of my booking so he could not picked up me.
                      Due to your poor services i suffered very much. Finally i hired private texi and reached jaipur.

                      I booked two tickets on 09/10/2019. On the day bus was cancelled due to some technical difficulties. I tried to call red bus customer service number. And sent mail several times. But till today i not received the money. Please return my ticket amount from jeypore to rajahmundry.

                        I booked ticket through redbus for my travel on himachal holiday volvo through redbus. The contact no. Given on the bus were either not received or unreachable. There was no clarity on bus stop (Landmark given by rampur bypass which is a 4km long road). When called redbus, the representative was extremely rude, defiant and unhelpful - when asked for bus stop, his response was "why did you book the ticket if you didn't know the stop detail", when i repeated asked him not to put me on hold "he did so defiantly", this was a late night bus, i was informed 15mins before departure time about the stop, my house is almost 30mins from the stop, instead of finding solution, this redbus representative kept arguing and being rude. My bus time was rescheduled without any intimation via call or message since this was after mid night. Ultimately i asked this person to cancel my ticket and refund me the money as there was no concrete information provided for me to safely travel - there was no bus detail, stop information, bus schedule timing, neither was there any contact with bus operator or bus driver. Cancelling my trip has cost me one office day lost and due to festival season there are no further bookings also available.

                          I had booked my ticket at red bus they gave driver details and contact details of the travels. Driver number is not reachable also travels (Velan travels) not picking my call. So i tried to contact redbus but their number also not reachable so that i sent message through redbus app, they replied that our execuetive will contact you shortly, but more than 1 hour i didn't received any call from redbus. At 11:35 pm i am not able to contact any person from travels as well as red bus. Kindly do the needful

Ticket shows wrong information and called and spoke to Customer care they said that is correct information and ticket booked in midnight me with my mother went and waited for bus at 1 AM midnight then I called them they told it is correct info i[censored] want you wait they said., Then again i called then they said it is wrong information.At 1 AM I booked another ticket and we boarded.Thank god we got ticket at that time. But Ladies waiting on Mid night we bared all such consequences because of red bus on that dangerous night

                                My bus from kumbakonam to chennai on[protected] on srm transports was cancelled due to bus breakdown. The bus operator called and told me that you can apply on redbus as the bus was cancelled. But no proper response from redbus as i was cheated out of my money. I tried to raise a complaint and tried i couldn't contact redbus. No response on app. No mail for my mail and no callback came from redbus. I lost my money on the ticket. The case req id: 11303939

                                  I had a reservation in Meenakshi Travels from Tirupathi to Chennai at 4:30 AM. I was there at the boarding point fron 4:15 AM. I've been trying to reach the operators as well as the redbus helpline. Neither of them picks the calls. I've called them for more than a dozen times, or maybe even more. It was extremely frustrating and least expected from redbus. I had gotten my day planned out accordingly. You people are so unprofessional to even care to inform in case of any delay, let alone not even turning up and not answering the calls. But, you have got no rights to make me look unprofessional at my place of work. Besides, I have a loss of pay now. Thanks to the very celebrated Redbus. I want proper explanations for all of this, at the earliest. I am not going to cancel my ticket. Well, a heads up for your kindest information (teaching you a bit of professionalism, where the least you can do is give a prior information or atleast answer the calls) I've got no qualms when I say this that I'm not going to stand back in slapping a consumer grievance case at you. I want a proper explanations, from a person no less than the cadre of a manager to answer me on this. This is extremely underwhelming and frustrating.

                                    I have booked a msrtc bus ticket from pune to shirdi on 24 october 2019. Boarding time were 7.11am and i have reached boarding point on time but bus not arrived. I have waited 4 hours and tried to contact redbus and bus operator but call not connect. After submitting complaint on redbus portal a call were received from redbus and they promised to resolve this issue within 48 hours but still any response not received and refund also not provided.

                                        The bus was booked from banglore to jindal (Vidyangar) almost costing double of the actual price. We knows its diwali time. So we paid but the bus driver didn't not stop at the destined point mentioned. We need some part of money refunded back. They do this most of the time when there are less no of passengers. But we have paid the amount full. Actually double the price.
