I have booked ticket through redbus on 5th jan from dindigul to bangalore in jtv travels. Though boarding point was not mentioned in the ticket clearly, after contacting redbus operators, i reached boarding point before 30 minutes. I have been waiting more than two hours in the boarding point but no updates from redbus nor jtv travels. Find my ticket details below, tried to contact jtv travels many times on various help lines but not reachable or incorrect numbers were given in the contact information.
I waited so long at the boarding point told by redbus operator and arranged for other travels by my own and reached bangalore.
When i contacted redbus operator, he told me that he will refund the amount initially later i got a call from them saying that bus reached to different location boarded few people's from that location and refund will not happen.

Please note,
1. After contacting redbus operator, i reached boarding point and waited more than 3 hours but i didn't get to know about the proper location and this is not a fault from my side 2. It's travel operator's responsibility to make sure that all travellers are boarded properly on time. Even i contacted them many times in many ways, no body answered my calls.3. What's the reason for accepting refund amount first and later why it was not accepted though it was a responsibility from jtv travels and redbus?

    We have booked 3 tickets from redbus i. E. Dhola (Gujarat) which is a place 45kms from palitana to mumbai on 29th december, 2019.

    I was in palitana 45kms away, i hired a car, took the family with senior citizen and child over there, when am reaching there am getting to know it was not from dhola gujarat but dhola rajasthan. It was wrongly mentioned in the details while booking that bus is from dhola gujarat 45 kms from palitana on the website, no where it was mentioned as dhola rajasthan. It was 7.30 in the evening, there was no other options as well but as i had to reach next day here in mumbai we rushed for the next train from there to mumbai, and have gone through crazy trouble and inconvenience catching the ongoing train with the family and luggage.

    Have been following up with redbus guys through whatsapp, phone calls, a lot but still no actions, it been more than 10 days now. Everytime they are asking for 48hours, 72 hours, 24 hours and so on... But no actions.

    I need refund with compensation for the inconvenience and trouble we have gone through.

      I am alex joy palayoor from kerala and i had tried to book bus ticket from chalakkudy to kozhikkode on 03/01/2020 friday, redbus through phone pe. On both times the money was debited from my account but the ticket booking was failed twice. But yet the money was not refunded. Please resolve my issue.

        Just Half an hour ago (08/01/2020, 16:30 hrs), I was booking on-line bus ticket (from Tirunelveli to Trivandrum) But as soon as my SBI transaction completed, there was a message that I have to re-select seat Number. till now I have not received any sms / Mails for the ticket booking.             Very bad experience from red bus. I have called red bus immediately after booking for change of time/cancellation. And no proper response.

            I have called dolphin travel (Mr. Sai - [protected]) who immediately cancelled my ticket and confirmed me refund.

            But red bus team still refusing to pay refund amount. And said as per policy they can not refund.

            I have not availed service and i should get my money back. Rs. 2250

            I have tried to book ticket in redbus bus.But the got debited but the ticket is not booked.So I called the redbus customer care for the refund.They have initiated it.But its have been long time to return my amount .They are not giving my bank arn number .Please help me.They have written it is resolved, but I didn't get my amount back.

              I've travelled from mangalore to bangaluru on 25.12.2019, booked ticket in red bus and operator is bharathi travels, ticket no: tndj32700399.

              While travelling someone has stolen my bluetooth earphone costs of 11000 rupees (Got it from korea as a gift of my manager), i could not found as there is no camera - but red bus promised. I've contacted to red bus regarding the same and they are telling, we are very sorry but we are not responsible for that and we cannot do anything so please contact to bus operators only.

              When i called to bus operator (Bharathi travels) they are telling we are not responsible for your belongings, the same explained to red bus, they are telling to call to the number which is on the ticket, that number is of red bus but changed to ullal holiday (Changed) 4 days ago.

              Removed the bharathi travels and now changed to ulla holidays and playing with the customers.

                While booking, i saw 30% of price difference between upper and lower coach. I chose the upper coach but they couldn't provide upper berth as it was already been alloted to someone else. Also, they haven't provided few amenities which was promised. I had raised the complaint with customer service but i experienced one of the worst service with so professional touch.

This is the fair amount which I am asking according to the difference which was shown while I was booking. Also, there were amenities missing which was promised by you guys.                   Hi my name is hemant ambre. Residing in mumbai. Had a booking return ticket from shirdi to mumbai travelling along with my wife and aged senior citizen parents. Now the issue is i have booked ticket with sai travels and without any intimation they have put us in a virbhadra travels without my consent or any messages or calls. I have called the bus operator and he is very rude to us and said that there's nothing he could do apart from changing the travel's. The bus that the operator has given us is the worst bus and instead of lower birth he has given us upper birth and asking my parent's to climb to upper birth. Called red bus spoken with a rep and again even they said they have nothing to do with this. As it's the operators fault and not red bus. Reference no. 12458807. I have the complete recording of red bus and the ride behavior operator. I want to take this issue further. Kindly help.

                  I haven't got any resolution for this issue yet .
                  My bus starting time was 1045 pm as per my trip schedule, due non fill up the bus, started on 1209 night almost 1 hour 15 minutes late

                  Red buss is responsible for my difficulties
                  2000k of money got deducted and they didn't issue the ticket. When asked for rebooking they initiated refund process. I never asked God refund.
                  Refund takes 7 days and they do all this for bank interest. See how many such failed transactions in a month and how much they would earn as interest.

                    I have booked tickets from Madurai to Chennai on 1-1-2020. Unfortunately bus operator cancelled that trip (I verified the operator cancellation email) but still red bus have not refund my money.

                      Hi i booked a tirupathi package from bangalore to tirupathi.. Travel agency was vaibhav holidays. We were supposed to darshan at 6am and drivers and guide wasted time took for darshan at 10am and hotel they provided for refreshments was very dirty.. Food was very bad. My dropping point was silk board i was traveling with my 2 year child they dropped me in indiranagar because they were running late for next ride. I was left in middle of the road with my son at late night where it was difficult to find cab. And my dad waiting at silkboard.. Tickets clearly shown departure - marathhali and dropping silk board.. Very unsafe for girls.. I want my refund of half money as they dint drop me to safe point instead

                        I booked a ticket for my journey from kurukshetra to dharamshala on 27th december 2019. I had received a email reply from red bus company. They are saying that your ticket has been confirmed . But bus conductor told me that your ticket has not been confirmed . So I called red bus helpline no. For refund .. They rejected our call. They are not even replying to our messages. 791rs. Has been deducted from my account . which is a wastage of money . i had not even boarded the bus. I have a reciept. They are not doing anything for this matter. Kindly look into this concern .

                            On 30 dec i booked AC bus as of winter n i was with my wife n a 8 month old baby...red bus is worst n third class support as i got a bus which was not having AC so i raised complain also n my copessengers also do support me n they also file complain who booked through online platform...my other passengers booked from make my trip n they got full refund with extra 400 rupees voucher bt when i raised complain for same on 30 dec same time...red bus operater suggest me to wait for three days n they wil surely take a action n give me refund of my ticket rate bt till now date i got msg that my issue is resolved...what a joke...its a 420 case...n my issue resolved without giving my money back...red bus is not worth for anyone...so im going to file my issue on consumer forum...plz help me

                              I booked a ticket for chouhan travels, jaisalmer-bikaner, travel date:01-jan, bus time:06:00 am, pnr no:[protected], seat no:1, 4, 2, red bus ticket no tndr 51886223.
                              Red bus charged ₹700 per seat, where actual counter booking for chouhan travels was only ₹ 350 / even today your website mentions fare as ₹685/-
                              You are cheating passengers..
                              I feel cheated by redbus.. Kindly explain..

                                fake ticket issued by red bus

                                Ticket Number - TNDR27398665.
                                This ticket I got from red bus on 29 December, 2019. But when I went to take the trip the bus driver and operator told me that there is no booking for this ticket number.The bus operator clearly told me that REDBUS has issued me a fake ticket.beacuse there is no information about this ticket was sent to the bus operator.
                                This is a big fraud done by the REDBUS.And when I am complaining on customer...

                                It was a very bad experience for me when i travelled in lal baba bus.
                                1. The bus corridor was full of luggage. There was no space for walking.
                                2. The bus was not stopped at any hotel (Dhaba)

                                  Hi to the people’ ok! I had the most disgusting experience in my first and last journey with u guys. What all I have seen’
                                  1. Private bus turning into local
                                  2. No curtains
                                  3. Drunken people entering in bus
                                  4. The staff stopping bus at every in desirable place.
                                  5. Dirty buses
                                  6. No response from red bus contact support
                                  7. Top of all helper sleeping in passage.

                                  Learning: i[censored] have boarded any bus seeing there rating on red bus app’ still u can be in a mess. And i[censored] r in 1 it is your own duty to come out of it. Red bus is only taking charge for giving there stupid in reasonable advice.

                                    As i booked tickets for vadodara to borivali, but bus got some problems so the driver told us they are going to provide another bus instead of that bus. Bus timing was 6 am and now it 10.38 am and the bus still is in ahmedabad. I don’t want to continue my journey with these please cancel my booking for shrinath ji traveller and refund my money back.

                                    I m in red bus, PNR 149384, from jaipur-Bikaner, started at 7:24am since the conductor came to check the ticket at my seat no.K4, I had brought to his knowledge cold air is being blown through the went and its cold, the temp of jaipur is as low as 7⁰ .he said I am closing it but till 9:35am the condition is same & note on the way laxmagarh temp 1⁰

                                      I have booked bus from salem to chennai on 29 dec 2019. Ticket no: tndr41036353. I was waiting for the bus in boarding point. No such booked bus arrived (Nrt bus). When i called the given support number it was not reachable. When i called concerned bus customer care they didn't take responsibility and stating that its are not their service bus. When called redbus customer care they said driver or concerned incharge ll arrive at boarding point and call me. I was waiting and time was half past 12am. When i called redbus helpline to check again, they are informing us that the bus service is not there! I'm in total shock and unhappy with this. It's not about refunding my money it's anyway going to happen. My point is redbus has shown me a bus that its service is not available, secondly 1st time when i called (Redbus helpline) they didn't provide me about stopped bus service, third only after i call again after waiting so long they informed that sercice is not available, fourth i have to miss my office another working day, above all i had an important conference which i was supposed to attend but now didn't coz of your poor service. Will redbus bear my loss of pay for that working day in my office?? Along with my payment refund. Totally unsatisfied and unhappy. Very worst experience ever faced.
