I have booked ticket in bus from ahmedabad to jaipur on 23 jan 2020, woth operator parshawnath travel and cargo, so my departure time was 5:00 pm, but bus departed at 8:00 pm my arrival time at jaipur was 8:45 am on 24 jan 2020, i arrived at 11:30am, my booking no. Is [protected]

I've get an call from red bus consultant yesterday for full refund but he was saying that he only can refund 100 rs.in my red bus wallet, i am not agree with this, i need my total amount back in my wallet or in my original payment mode the amount is 650 rs.

    I had booked twice for ichalkaranji to ngadi-pune today. While making online payment, the payment was successful wide icici bank tranasaction id no [protected] and [protected] deducting rs 600/- each time. But booking was failed both time. So i had to book personally by making cash payment with ashoka tour & travels, ichalkaranji wide pnr no[protected] dt 26-1-20. So i want to know when money deducted from my account will be credited back.

    This is Yohan Veluvala travelling frequently from 2015 with orange travels. This time I had very bad experience with orange staff right from booking. I booked seat no L7 in bus no KA51AC6025, BUT my seat was changed to L1 which is inconvenient. Staff behavior is worst other than driver, they told we can't carry luggage as luggage cabin not working

      I am sivaraman. I booked ticket from madurai to bengaluru through royal travels boarding time from madurai mattuthavani omni bus stand is 11pm on 25.1.2020. But i received message from royal travels on 25.1.20, that the scheduled bus has been cancelled and the revised time is 8.50pm. As i was not prepared for that time, i contacted both royal travels and red bus in this matter. The royal travels told their inability in this matter. But the red bus didn't respond in proper manner to solve the problem. Again and again i approached red bus only in vain. Having no other go, i cancelled the trip which caused heavy loss to me.

        I booked a bus with a drop location in ludhiana but he took me ahead of my drop location. I told him that you are going wrong route but he said no it's correct. When he realised that he was wrong then he dropped me just out there which was 15 kms from my drop location. I just want the driver to be educated that don't drop any passenger anywhere you want, specially aged people.

          I have booked a ticket in redbus through phonepe and i did not get the ticket. So i raised a request for refund and they said they initiated the refund but it's been 10 days still i didn't get the money. So i contacted phonepe and they said they have not received the refund yet and asked me to contact the redbus people and now they are not responding to the messages.

            Booked ticket half an hour ago realised that i booked it of a day before.. Human error.. I tried to reschedule it. No person was there to provide me with proper information as the robot kept talking. And when via other sources contacted the agent of redbus he said he can't follow up every passenger.
            Their provision of cancellation and reschedule is contradictory.
            And no help was provided.
            Loss of money and time.
            Would never travel and would never suggest anyone further.
            Please take action.

              I booked a seat in Hebron Transports for my journey from Trichy to Trivandrum ok n 21.01.2020 through Redbus application. The boarding time at Trichy was 10.15pm and I reached the boarding at 09.45pm. After waiting till 10.30pm the bus didn't arrive. So I tried to call the operator on the numbers provided in the ticket which Redbus shared through Whatsapp. Both the numbers were not going through. Then I contacted the Redbus customer care and the executive suggested me to wait for 20 mins more and told that the driver will call me when the bus reaches the point.
              When it became 11pm I tried in a number of Hebron Transports which i got from google. And according to that person the bus is cancelled for that day. But I didnt get any intimation regarding that and also the redbus executive also didnt the inform me this. So I called the redbus customer care again and asked them and they told me to take alternate bus for continuing my journey.

              If the bus is cancelled why didn't the Redbus gave a prior intimation to me?

              I had wait for so long in the road side alone in the late night. Even the executives of Redbus was also not aware of the bus cancellation.

              I need a proper explanation, refund, and compensation for this.

                We had booked tickets via redbus to travel from shirdi to pune. Here are the details:
                Trip number: nskm0010197
                Ticket number: 40502719
                Shirdi to pune on jan 18, 2020.
                6 passengers.
                Bus service type: parivartan day ordinary
                Boarding time: 9:40 am
                None was allowed to board the bus.
                We had to take a cab from shirdi to pune paying around rs.3, 000. Please investigate why msrtc did not recognize redbus tickets and issue us a complete refund. No support emails were provided by redbus and i couldn't write to them directly. The phone number listed keeps giving options endlessly and does not allow us to speak to an operator. Kindly resolve.

                The response from RedBus may sound like a kind, gentle one, but indeed is a rude one. I live in Chennai and they are asking me to collect the refund from Maharashtra by visiting MSRTC counter directly. I do not have any travel plans in the near future, and none to Maharastra as far as I can see. The money was debited by RedBus electronically from my bank. It is only fair that it be credited back online into my account. I did an 'Escalation' and the Management came back with similar replies that didn't help me in any way.

                  I have booked two tickets from chennai to sankarankovil on 20th Dec, 2019 ( Ticket number: TNDF[protected]. The journey was scheduled on 13th Jan. I Cancelled the ticket the next day( 21st Dec, 2019). The

                  The total refund money is 1999.8.

                  i have not received my refund yet for my cancelled ticket and in the mail i received you mentioned that i will get refunded within 5-7 business days.

                    When i was booking the ticket from oddanchathiram to chennai in redbus (Mobile app), the timings was showing as 20:30 (Even there were no buses in the morning). But the booking happened for 8:30 am. I called redbus and conveyed the same but they said they are not responsible for the timings changed by operator. I tried to reach operator as well but they were also saying the same.
                    I booked two tickets (Ac sleeper - that too pongal festival time - around 2600 rs). Because of your mistake we gonna lose 2.6k.

                      I've booked 3 tickets from guntur to Hyderabad on 18th January, 2020 at 11:05 PM and I got confirmation through text message. I was all set to board the bus and waiting at my designated stop. Time was passing by and I'm not getting my bus to board. I asked the Orange travels guys at the office about my bus and he replied that the Bus I supposed to board has been departed on 17th January 2020 at 11:05 PM. I was freaked out and double checked my confirmation and called the Red bus customer service. It was the worst helpline I ever had and took me almost 1:30 minutes to get the service. I provided my details to the helpline guy and he too confirmed that my booking is on 18th January, 2020 at 11:05 PM as per their records. He told me to wait for 30 more minutes to get my bus since it was running late. I was really helpless and waiting at the bus stop with my mom and sister at Midnight. I waited another hour and didn't get any phone calls from Red bus or Orange travels. I'm seriously pissed off with the service and tried all the night to enquire about my booking but it didn't let me contact the customer service people. I paid 3780 INR for the bus and 1000 INR to reach the bus stop. I tried to cancel my trip to get the refund since I didn't travel due to this crappy service, It didn't let me go through because I'm not eligible to cancel my tickets. Please help me

                      We have booked a cab at 4:00 AM on 18th January to reach my destination in time. It costed us 7, 000 rupees more. We lost triple times the amount that we spent on the tickets just because of this ticket booking error. Please provide me a good judgment on my issue.

                        I am glv kiran, i have booked 2 tickets from tirupathi to hyderabad, my bus boarding time is 10.15pm, i reached boarding point before 30 minutes, i have called the bus driver number with [protected], he lift my call and told wait few distance away from boarding point, then i waited there, infront of me the bus driver didn't stop the bus and went away, i called him so many times but didn't lift my call and then i called redbus customer service, they connected operater and they try to get bus driver, but couldn't, my call was disconnected, again i called. Customer service and get connected the driver told somebody get into the bus with my alloted tickets, then i have asked him why did you told wait away from my boarding point, he is lieing, it was understood by customer care people as well as opertor, then they simply said we will refund the money, what actually this is pongal season, they might be sell my alloted tickets, even i took auto and reached next stop but i couldn't get bus because, he wantedly did this, i am with my wife and two kids, but these unprofessional operater as well as redbus people not respond properly, even they didn't try to arrange the alternative to travel, i was suffering alot with my two kids. I want to file complient on redbus as well as orange travels.

                          I booked tickets from madurai to bangalore for 19 jan 2020 journey on last month. Yesterday i got message from bus operator bus cancelled due to vehicle problem. But in redbus app my status is ticket confirmed and no message from redbus like bus cancelled. And one more thing, the same bus is active in that travel operator website page.
                          For this issue, i raised an issue in redbus facebook page, they didn't give proper response (No response also). Till now i don't know my bus cancelled or not. I already faced so many issue with redbus refund in my previous booking also. I[censored]ser cancelled the booking, we didn't get full amount refund back. But fault from their end, then also customers only affected.
                          1. I want to know my bus status cancelled or confirmed?
                          2. If cancelled i want refund amount immediately with some penalty from redbus. (I am facing lot of refund issues in my previous bookings and raised many issues)

                            I lost my money 6 times while booking ticketing from redbus and still now i havnt received my transactions, its very bad service i faced from online booking.

                            Lost my money while booking the tickets from redbus even though the ticket is not confirmed, my money was deducted from online transactions.

                              I had booked ticket via redbus on 30th dec 19 at 6 pm atmaram trvels benz bus, with multiple trials we booked that ticket as there was a network issue. Then got to knw boarding point is 3 hrs far from our location, we tried to call immediately to redbus cust care to cancel ticket as there ws no option in tat app. Around 7 pm we could connect them on ph n informed to cancel as genuine customer n requested for refund of rs 1208/- but not rcvd. Aft so many complaints through chat they gave 200 rs which is not fair.. Not satisfied with service.

                              Hii sir 14.1.2020 pickup point tambaram time 11.40 pm but but not coming in tambaram I am calling in driver 5 Mobil number in detail but 4 number mobile number not working. Drivwe attend my phone bus route change so u will come gundi I am accepting I am coming for gundi but drive number swift off not pickup me

                                I booked my bus ticket through redbus for the date 16/01/2020 which was from thaliparamba (Kannur, kerala) to madiwala (Bangalore) and the money got deducted but the ticket was not booked in which i used paytm for paying bus fare.

                                I tried to contact redbus but it was unavailable.

                                So what should i do further?

                                Will i get my refund money back?

                                We acknowledge that when you attempted the transaction, money was deducted from your account but the ticket was not issued, due to a technical error. We have received this amount in our account, but we are unable to use it for booking.

                                  I had booked a bus from banglore to coimbatore on 22/12/2019.
                                  Boarding time: 10:05pm
                                  Trip id: TNCU 95189871
                                  Ticket cost: Rs.1245 after offer
                                  Refund amount: Rs 1050

                                  The ticket was cancelled on 16/12/2019 at around 2 pm.
                                  Its been nearly 25 days and i have not yet received the refund.

                                  I tried calling customer care its always busy and not accessable.

                                  Please look into the issue and process the refund.

                                    Hi,
                                    I was searching to for bus to Chennai on 25th. From the available options I choose one and booked. But later I found that the one I booked is a day after. I tried to reschedule again got the same ticket. And the customer support refused to cancel the ticket as well.
                                    On investigation I found a severe bug. Once I select the date it changed on further step. And resulted on wrong ticket booking.

                                        Am balaji,

                                        I book a ticket chengalpattu to karur in red bus app. Travels name is kpn. Ticket cost is 1155 inr. I paid by online transaction. Ticket confirmation i received (Ticket). Boarding time is 2.00 pm. Boarding point kpn office chengalpattu bypass near iyyappan koil.

                                        I reached the boarding point at 1.30pm and wait for the bus. I tracked the bus by live tracking. Its says 17 mins delay at 2.00 pm. I wait...
