I booked 1 ticket from ahmedabad to pune on 7th october, 2019 from my sbi debit card.

I entered the details of passenger and debit card details, and i clicked the submit button, the page got stuck, and it re directed me to main page without booking my ticket. And then i got message of sbi bank of deduction of 1309.98 rs. Then i again tried to book my ticket and it got booked.

So there are total 2 transactions of payments but i have booked only once.

Kindly reimburse my lost money as soon as possible. Expecting quick reply from you. And i am expecting quick solution from redbus and your side.

I've given the rigjt email id for the first time only.. then i posted and saw yesterday that it is written as [protected]@gmail.com

This is my email id- shuklashubhamh @gmail.com
With no space. Here i have put a space because otherwise it is showing as [protected]@gmail.com .

    Aftertrying thrice
    I have book a ticket no. Tnb[protected] pnr no. [protected] for 1 st nov 2019 but wrongly it was booked for 8 th october 2019. Immidiatly i ealled your customer care number but instread of cancellation refund and re book they said they cant left in this matter. And your ticket can not be cancelled.

      I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 23 sep 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tnam64432899 from bangalore to pollachi for travel dated 27 sep 2019 & return on 28 sep 2019 from pollachi to bangalore. (Ticket number (Tin): tnam90408958.

      Both tickets are cancelled by me on 26.09.2019.

      But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

      Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

      Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

        I booked ticket tnaq63574582 from kaushambi to lakhimpur on 27 sep. But it was cancelled and i was not informed till borading time about being cancelled. And now i am asking for refund so red bus has said we will refund within 72 hrs. But till now i didn't get any response except apology message for inconvinience. Pls refund as early as possible. Service given to me is also very poor i have to arrange on my own that night.. Really bad experience from red bus.

          Iam sampath i had booked a bus ticket in mercy bus on 05/10/2019 using red bus app. Ticket no tnaz37105408
          From belgaum to brahmavara.. Reporting time was 10.15 pm and departure time was 10.30pm. I was waiting in the above booked venue but bus has not came ontime. Still i was waiting thinking may bus come bit late. Till 11 pm i was waiting only. Later i called bus operator and he told bus is not in a condition.. It needs some repair. I asked how much time may require to get it repaired. He told irresponsibly that we cannot say it takes another 2 hours.. Oke i waiting till 2 am also but not came. Even red bus app also not taking necessary actions.. So iam requestimg you to take action on both red bus and mercy travels for irresponsible

            Dear sir/madam,

            I am very regret to say that my experience with m/s redbus is very panic.

            I want to inform you that on dt. 31.07.19 i have a booking from ajmer to suratarh (Redbus ticket no. - tn8u11469674 & pnr no.[protected], other ticket details available in the attachment). Due to some unavoidable circumstances that bus is cancelled and it was informed by the agent of m/s rathore travels madho. He also told that you book a fresh ticket with any other travel agency with your money. About asking the refund of rs. 1500/- of my ticket, he informed that refund will be automatically came in your account by m/s redbus.

            Afterwards, i have done lot of verbal communication with m/s rathore travels madho agent & he told that you contact with m/s redbus, they will pay your refund.

            So, i am contacting to redbus representatives several times. One of their representative give a verbal compliant no. 10451477 on dt. 26.09.2019. But till date there is no positive response from m/s redbus side.

            In the whole episode, i am very fed up about the working of redbus and i am very surprisingly think that how can this organization run successfully in our whole country in a very pleasant way. It takes more than two months for a single refund of only rs. 1500/-.

            I hope that you will take an early & appropriate step regarding my refund and help me in this situation.

              bus booking money got deducted twice for the same booking

              Hi,
              I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus they asked me to raise the query again and again and told me to contact the bank for the complaint. They said red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting...

              I booked a ticket on 30th september on redbus app. Ticket booked but my money got debited twice for single ticket.
              First the app got struck so i entered the otp twice and money deducted twice.
              The ticket charge was rs.596/- when i check my bank account money debited twice for one ticket. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply.

                I booked a ticket 2 months ago, the bus operator cancelled the service few hours prior to the bus departure. The full amount was processed for refund. I called up redbus to get an option of refund through other process as the card i used is been closed. Redbus clearly said the only other option is wallet and i have to use it within 6 months. That too for my money which they don't have any other option to revert back. Why should a company tell me that i have to use this much amount in this time period and that too using their platform only just because they fail to refund it. And the only thing i can do using the amount is either book a bus, hotel or recharge a prepaid account. I don't have any use of these services provided by them.

                  I have booked 2 tickets on date of 04. Oct.2019.in the redbud site they made wrongly show the ticket. Continuesly they shown night journey ticket in between they shown morning ticket. So, i have asked the redbus and apple bus operator. Sir i need to reschedule the ticket today night. We are unable to cancel the ticket. U cancel before oneday but i have booked same day that is the policy they said and they you will complaint any where no one refund the amount. Please help and refund the amount asap.

                      Ticket booking attempt done for national travels ntn ' sangli to banglore dated 6th oct 2019.

                      1 seats were selected on 1 oct 2019, traveler names and details added, proceeded for payment as well. Otp generated and upon submitting the otp the redbus page got stuck and the next message we received was 'something wrong with the card' (Ticket not generated). We tried again since we did not receive any cash debit sms in our mobile. We booked the same seat for which ticket was not generated. But this time we recived the debit sms for 2 transactions with different transaction id. I have request to refund the amount for 1 ticket.

                      Till now the amount did not credited back to the bank account, request you to kindly do the needful.

                        Bus operator cancelled the ticket and full refund was promised by bus operator and redbus customer care also. The promise amount for refund was rs 2325/- but the amount i got refund was rs 2096/-.
                        When i tried calling customer care they disconnected the call.

                          I booked saini travels from hyd to nagpur and got a call later that the bus is cancelled and my refund will be processed. Then i booked kanker and it too was cancelled and they said my refund will be processed. Then i booked srs which did not cancelled and i travelled in it. This was on 17 september 2019 and till date i have got no refund for the two tickets cancelled through the bus operator when i call redbus support they say that the lines are full and in the app in the help section, booking of that date do not show. The booking can be seen in the mybooking section but not in the help section. This is hard earned money which apps like these do not take seriously. I sincerely request to process my refund as redbus and the bus operator were at fault and not me

                            I have booked ticket on 8th oct 6.45 pm from karur to bangalore. But my ticket has been transferred to 7.50 pm bus, though there are tickets still available in 6.45pm bus, by misleading mischievously which is nothing but an unethical just to handle the surge in demand. Redbus service agent is telling to contact the bus operator and they do not have any details about it. I had to reach bangalore before 12'o clock that day because i have a flight to catch. So if i raise a complaint, is it not the responsibility of redbus to inquire about this and give a proper response. I am not sure how to go ahead

                                I hv booked to and fro bus tickets fo my aurangabad travel on redbus app for 3 person. Now due to medical emergency i want to cancle ticket for 1 person and keep for remaing two but, partial cancellation option is not available in redbus app, no telecalling support is accessible. Support us in partial cancellation of both tickets. Hope team redbus will address our issue on priority.

                                When I call Operator they Said it's red bus policy, we have nothing to do with it. If I had booked offline it could had been cancelled partially very easily. Now you are putting it on operator. Partial cancellation is a simple facility which govt app like IRCTC is also providing. You people call customer king in advertisement and treat him like your slave once he came in your fold. Unfortunate.
                                Please get partial cancellation included in your App and Advertise it. I am sure it will be one o[censored]SP for increased sales.
                                Sir..I stil not recieved my refund of Rs 323...

                                  Red bus is worst. They have not refunded my 1600/- for bus cancellation. It's more than a month now. Customer care people just making me fool by telling some excuse. I want my money back. I will never do booking hereafter from redbus. I called customer care 4-5 times. They initiated transfer after 1 mnth wen i called dem to ask about refund. Den i have been told to contact bank.

                                    It's very worst. Bus didn't come, I wait 8:40pm to 02:00Am at roadways bus

                                      I booked my bus ticket by redbus (Ticket number (Tin): tn8x44339679 from pune to kudal for dated 31 aug 2019 that tckt amount was 1400/- rs. And cancelled it by bus operator
                                      On 30 aug bus operator call & says bus had an accident & bus was cancelled refund initiated in 4-5 days

                                      But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account.
