Hi,
I had booked ticket from redbus for kasol to new delhi, when i boarded the bus the service was pathetic and as per promise they neither provided blanket nor water, when i raised this concern they started fighting with me and started using foul language, the bus staff was drunk, they forcibly made me and my friend deboard the bus at an unknown location, to my surpise when i tried getting in touch with the redbus customer service it was not responding, i had to try for an hour and eventually got connected, i had raised concern with the redbus and no action has been taken from their end so far. I had to pay an extra amount of 3000 to a local dealer for getting another bus. I want you to please help me on this as we suffered a lot and redbus is being quiet. My phone's charger is in bus which i could not take, i need that back aswell. I am attaching details of my raised concern. I need full refund and also the extra amount which i paid to the local dealer. We were very unsafe at that time, even bus operator did not contact redbus, they did not have any deboarding process. Anything could have happened to us, what if we were out of cash or anyone had attacked or looted us there. Please help me

    I had booked to travel from Bangalore to Chengannur, Kerala on 4th of October 2019. While on travel at morning around 4 Am bus got seized by transport officials in Kerala for not paying taxes and not having permit. After that we spend extra amount to arrange alternative transport to our town and we got late by 10 hours to reach the destination.

    Don’t know why these busses without proper permit are allowed to partner with redbus, this is proof of proper negligence from redbus about the safety and comfort of the passengers.

    I raised issue with the red bus on the same day, ie on 4 of october, whenever i call their customer support, they will assure that issue will be resolved within 48hrs, after that they wont come back. Today it is 23 rd October still they are asking 48 hours for resolution.
    I need full refund of my booking. Ticket details are attached.

      I booked ticket from coimbatore to chennai on 14th oct 2019, for 2 persons. Entered all passenger and mode of pay details with net baking details. At payment screen there became error and amount debited and tickets not booked. Even after i wait up to 22th oct for automatic return, still i didn't receive the amount. I need your support and return my money (Rs.1605)...

      Even after complain regarding amount debit and ticket not booked, still there is no reply ...ticket booked on 14th October 2019, no auto return of amount still 25th October 2019. Complained on 22nd october 2019, there is no reply and status update...

        I was booking a journey through bus from redbus mobile app. I selected two seats in jet cruiser blaze bus service for travelling date 24/10/2019 at 6:30pm after making all the formalities and providing all the details I made the payment through paytm and also the status on paytm is successful. However, after making the successful transaction of 4572.90 rupees redbus stated that ticket has not been booked and transaction has been failed. Till then the amount deducted from my bank account and no refund status had been initiated by the merchant.

        We truly regret the inconvenience caused. This is rare scenario and happens because of technical glitch at the payment gateway. We acknowledge that when you attempted the transaction[protected], money was deducted from your account but your ticket was not issued.
        A refund of Rs. 4572.9/- has been initiated from our end on 21st, October, 2019 and it will reflect in source account in 7 business days. Kindly wait for refund credit as per the time line shared.

        I was booking Tickets from Pune to Goa. The amount of Rs 1800/- got deducted but didn't get tickets on red bus through phone or. I also tried calling customer service of Redbus, only auto generated voice speaks, there is no one to take the concern. I didn't even get mail on my refund status. Redbus please solve my issue. I want my money back.

          I booked the ticket for kaleswari from visakhapatnam to hyderabad (Ts[protected]uhdd). During the journey the bus broke at tadepallegudem and we called bus owners no response from them. Approached redbus customer care and even customer care agent also tried to contact bus team and unreachable and the agent said to take alternative and amount will be refunded. Service ticket number for the call is 11008617. Its morning 3am ist and no buses from tadepallegudem. Atlast got some private bus and they dropped us at vijayawada and charged me 3*500 = 1500. From vijayawada to hyderabad booked the cab and receipts are enclosed for your reference. Redbus team closed the ticket without resolution and no confirmation from me. I called customer care and reopend the ticket on 15th october and they refund 50% of the amount on 17th oct and closed the ticket without any information. I reopened the ticket still they are simply closing the ticket with out resolution and confirmation. I need the entire amount to be refunded. I have faced many issues during journey apart from that i have spend 6 k for the rest of the journey and also i lost a day salary for this horrible journey. Request your intervention to get my money 100% refund.

            payment deducted but no ticket received and not refunded my money

            I have booked my ticket bhusawal to mumbai yesterday 525 deducted from account no ticket received and now they are not ready to refund my money
            Today also i tried to book fresh ticket bhusawal to mumbai again same thing happened 475 deducted and no ticket
            And now they are saying that they haven't received any payment. This really bad. Then who will be responsible
            I have all screenshots and details and need my whole...

            Hi,
            I have booked tickets for the date 25 oct 2019. Due to an emergency, i couldn't travel on the specified date. Now when i'm cancelling the ticket from the app, they say contact operator and when i contacted operator, he says it's not in their hands. I also reached out to redbus customer care executive, they say they can't help cancelling the ticket. This is too bad. Redbus should consider passengers conveniences.

              I booked 2 bus tickets in redbus. After selecting seats i checked the total fare. Then i selected the bank and used the some from my wallet and then entered the credential and then i noticed they charged me rs.4. After booking my ticket, i checked the fare, they took amount from wallet and reduced the amount in bill (For example, if i used rs.84 from wallet and in final bill they showing only rs.80 only but they took rs.84 from me). I reached the support and they didn't give me a proper response. The same thing happened to me during the return ticket also.

              I was book AC shivshahi and at the station we all the passenger know that the AC shivshahi cancel and they provide us a ordinary bus and also not proper a single seat for setting. I m really getting a very bad experience on red bus ... Hope so they will revert me and talk to me about this other wise I will go to consumer court... That's it

                    I was not unable to cancel the ticket where i have booked for 25th oct 2019. When i am cancelling the ticket it is saying that the contact the operator. But the operator is telling that they cannot cancel the ticket told furthur to contact the red bus. But when we contact the red bus customer care they are telling to contact the operator.                       I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 7th oct, 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tnb[protected] from chennai to tiruchirappalli for dated 8th oct, 2019. Total amount i have paid was rs.551/-. And cancelled it on 7th oct, 2019.

                      Still i did not received that refund amount (Rs.423.50) in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that we will return that amount within 2-7 working days.

                      In addition, i spoke to customer care executives, one is saying that your amount will be refunded within 2-7 days and other executive is telling that the refund amount was credited to my account on 7th oct, 2019 itself but there is no refund amount in my account. So please don’t cheat your customers.

                      I request you to refund my money soon.

                        It has been observed that one of your vendor bharathi tourist is running completely non serviced buses. I had recently booked 2 tickets on 10th oct (Tnaw[protected] and 14th tnb[protected] on this bus and buses got broke down both the times. It was almost 3 n half hour to 4 hrs delay in reaching the destination. This issue happened with me earlier as well with bharathi tourist (70 % of the time bus will have problem) and the same bus caught fire recently, luckily all passengers were safe (Ypu can refer news)
                        If redbus is allowing such kind of dangerous and non serviced bus for booking without even verifying it, without maintaining the basic standards and safety measures customer has to go through consumer court without any hesitations.

                          I booked a ticket via redbus, the trip id was tnap58282587. The itinerary was a a/c bus with lower berths for me and my family. I have paid a huge amount as it was festive season. On the day of travel, i got a call from the bus operator stating that the bus which i booked was break down and they were providing an alternative bus. The alternative bus provided was a non a/c bus with upper berths, i conveyed to the bus operator that i am not interested in it and i want my ticket cancelled with full refund. I was told to get it touch with redbus and get it done.

                          I raised a complaint through redbus immediately, then after some time, i cancelled my ticket and requested for full refund (I was supposed to this instead of keeping the ticket open).

                          But now, i have been told by redbus that i will receive the refund amount as per the cancellation policy only which is 1/4 of the ticket value.

                          I feel that i am entitled for a full refund here because it is not my mistake or reason for cancellation, as the bus type and seats were changed and i was not interested in it.

                            I am prakasan. R. I had booked a ticket from hyderabad to palakkad on 30th june 2019 in redbus (Orange tours and travels). The ticket number is tn7m64914092. The bus got cancelled and the refund was initiated for an amount of ₹2940 but the amount is not credited to my account yet. I have already filed a multiple complaint in the redbus management escalation team and their response is not satisfactory. They have been giving wrong information for a long time.
                            I have also raised a charge back as per the advise of redbus management escalation team but there was no use in that. So please take necessary action at the earliest. Please contact on [protected]@gmail.com for any further update.

Refund was initiated on 28th June 2019 from our end. We also see that chargeback request was raised on 27th July 2019 and amount is successfully refunded.                               I booked a ticket from bangalore to kottayam through redbus on 15/10/2019 at 9pm and the ticket number is tnbb68636603.

                              I intended to book for the the bus that starts at 9pm on 16/10/2019 but mistakingly booked it for the same day.

                              I immediately contacted the bus operator and redbus customer care who both refused to rectify the issue.

                              The ticket i booked for had the reschedule option but the option was disabled due to lapse of time limit which was one day before my booking.

                              The date on the app interface is by default set for the same day and when i book a ticket for a journey that has either started or has minutes to start, the app gave me no warning notification saying that the journey has started or is commencing in a few minutes.

                              The interface induces people into misbooking and when you call the support team they tell you that you can't reschedule because the time is over.

                              After paying for a service when i don't avail a service i'm at loss, whereas, rectifying a journey misbooking done minutes before the start of the journey doesn't incurr any additional loses for redbus or the operator.

                              I have fallen victim to the deliberately convenient policies of redbus that loot money from people.

                              Just as I stated earlier, you are ripping of customers of their money by conveniently stating your policies,

                              While I spoke with the Redbus support team, you pointed at the bus operator and when I talked with them, they pointed the finger at you saying that 'Reschedule' is a Redbus feature and not theirs.

                              You can play the blame game between each other cause in the end it is just the customers who lost their money.

                                Sir,
                                This year private buses are charging an average of 1500 towards nagercoil... This is happening every weekend. During festivals the charges go high as 2000rs to 2500 rs... It is a public looting... Govt buses are not running as per schedule and takes 18hrs to reach nagercoil... Please inspect and take action against such robers and support public

                                I was booked a ticket thirupur to nagarcoil on 01.10.2019, at the same day i was cancel the ticket. Ticket number is:TNAU76236781.And now the money not refunded. Please try to do something about it
                                I have Bymistakenly booked ticket and I was raised call Immigetely but red bus did not pick up the call and because of the my money is wasted...

                                This is really worst services they provided.

                                  My cancelled ticket numbers are mentioned below. I need refund for same.
                                  Tn[protected], for this ticket refund was supposed to happen for inr 1267/-

                                  Tn[protected], for this ticket refund was supposed to happen for inr 665/-

                                  I have booked tickets in july month from bangalore. I have cancelled few hours later i booked those tickets and still i haven't got my refund.

Refund for ticket id TN[protected] was initiated on July 8th 2019 and refund for ticket id TN[protected] was initiated on July 5th 2019.                                     I have booked a ticket from kanpur to delhi but the bus got cancelled by operator. I have got my insurance amount but i did not get my refund amount of bus i had booked. Its been 8 days since my refund was processed by redbus (On 4 oct).

                                      I booked red bus from agra to azamgarh scheduled departure on 12 oct 2019 11.50 pm from ramada plaza, gate no. 2 agra. The pnr no. Of the said travel is[protected]. It is to apprise that the service provider has not intimated about the amar travels is not going to azamgarh on date and only after my enquiry they have asked me to adjust in some krishna travels bus coming from delhi and i along with family advised to ride on the bus 40 km away from agra and it was not possible for me to take my family for riding on bus far away from the city. I talked to red bus customer care but they have very luke warm response and also not confirmed that they will refund my reservation amount of rs. 2970.00 therefore requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount as early as possible.
