I'm manikandan... I booked the bus on 10.11.2019 from trichy to chennai at red express travels... The amount rs1928.90 will be deducted from my account and ticket details not given.. And later the ticket are cancelled and amount rs 1928.90 will converted into redbus wallet... Now i need money... But the amount will be in redbus wallet... What is the procedure to convert redbus wallet to my bank account..

    I had booked a bus (Vinayaka travels) (Pheonix travels bus number py 05 c 3222) from bangalore (Madiwala) to kollam (Keralla) the bus departured around 8:15 pm from madiwala. The bus stopped for tea at krishnagiri for 15 min, around 11:30pm the bus suddenly stops for a long time, wondering why, with alot of surprise i woke up to see what's happening, people told me that the bus has not paid tax hence cannot cross the toll, therefore, we had to get down, stranded in the middle of nowhere. And for safety issues, the next random bus that came, i boarded towards ernakulam, despite my journey was booked until kollam. Over all i had the worst unsafe journey. I will sue if the refund does not happen, as the route was cancelled altogether. Need my refund asap. As i had completed my entire booking untill kollam but was dropped untill kochi, where i had to take another bus from kochi to kollam which consumed my time and money, the most unsafe journey, taking it forward on social media and refund for the same.
    The worst is that when i checked red bus again the next day the same vinayaka travels is still as an option on the application.
    Refund needed asap.

      Booked kallada travels from Coimbatore to Bangalore. Bus time was 4.10pm. At 3.30 received a message that the bus will be late for 45mims due to traffic. After waiting for 1.30 hours kallada travels arranged a pickup bus and dropped us in an unknown location which was too far from the location. After 3.50 hours the bus reached i.e at 8 pm. Meanwhile I tried to contact the redbus to get a solution or alternative as i was in a hurry. The customer care executive Mr Sachin who answered the call heard all the story and the solution to the issue raised was to wait till the bus reaches. On hearing the sarcastic reply i asked to escalate to his higher official, where on his reply was ' he too will give the same solution'. Finally he said to wait to get the call transferred and was waiting for 30 mins and the call never got connected, instead the call got cut and then i tried several times to reach the customer care and never could get connected to any of the officials.
      I logged in to redbus app to raise another complaint and to my surprise i saw the issue raised was shown completed.
      I was really wondering isn't there any platform to raise complaints against these private companies. The losses made and the issues made by these companies are never been corrected nor any actions are taken resulting them to continue the issues and play around the customers and cheat them.
      I believe this should be considered as a serious issue and government should come up with a solution and set rules and regulations to correct these kind of service. A government portal to raise such issues is very essential.
      Kindly request you to consider this and make the citizens of India have a good service for the money paid.

          I booked a ticket in the red bus application on 29th october at 12:40 ist. The bus fare was rs.420/-. 30mins prior to the arrival of the bus i was on the location given by redbus application. The bus operator stopped in a different location and forced me to walk through and when asked for refund to redbus, they say its not possible.

          The application acted irresponsibly by not hearing to the request and not replying promptly. The application also showed an auto generated mail stating the refund is not possible.
          Took money from me and the bus operator made profits out of it. Is that it?
          I am a regular redbus customer, but i am forced to stay away from them due to their sheer negligence in helping a customer.
          As a citizen of a democracy, i wish to take the complaint forward and get the refund of my expended amount.

            I have recharged my mobile [protected] with rs. 319 two times. The amount deducted from redbus wallet was refunded, however the additional amount deducted from my credit card and free charge account is not refunded. Please help me to refund the amount. I am getting the mails from redbus stating that, the recharge was successful, however in the app it showed as failed. Screenshots are added for your reference.

              I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 14 october 2019 (Ticket number (Tin): tnba80619378 from pulgaon to pune for dated 14 october 2019 that tckt amount was 960/- rs. And bus has been cancelled it on 14 october (Travels name is royal chintamani varma travels.) (Pnr no. Ts[protected]rgnl/13783/royal chintamani verma travels.

              But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation message you mention that i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

              Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

              Looking forward for your cooperation and quick response.

                Booked a bus from nagercoil to bangalore with tkt no. Tnbw96242846 on magical express tours & travels. Journey date: 03.11.19. Boarding time was 2230 hrs but the bus never arrived at omni bus stand, vadasery, nagercoil. Waited for 50 min. Tried calling the bus attender no., bus operator ipc tours and travels helpline no., the phone number listed on the bus operator's website, redbus customer care no. And finally redbus bangalore office no.. No response on any number. Redbus customer care no. Is pointless in its existence, as due to high volume of calls i was never connected to any agent. I want my refund. I have been booking my tickets on redbus for the past 6 years. But this levelof incompetence isnot acceptable. Even if redbus doesn't refund my amount, they should atleast check into this operator and make sure this never happens. I missed my office the next day.

                    I booked bus on sep 28 2019 from bangalore to hyderabad cost rs.1589.00. On sep 28th mrng, i got a message states that bus got cancelled due to breakdown. I called that operator and got information that they sent money back to redbus and collect from them. I called redbus customer care more than 50 times, raised so many tickets, sent email, no one picked up. It's been more than 30 days, i didn't receive my money back.

                            I had booked a bus from bangalore to coimbatore, trip scheduled on october 25.
                            Scheduled departuretime:23:45

                            Travels :jts tours and travels

                            The bus was cancelled by the bus operator and i received a mail regarding the refund split up. The total refund amount was rs.749.99. Out of which, redbus wallet amount of rs.38 has been refunded to my redbus wallet. Whereas, the remaining amount of rs.711.99 is not yet refunded to my account.

                                I booked ticket (# tnbus[protected] for 3 people from bangalore to pondicherry, and got a call from the bus service (Balaji) that they have a permit issue and hence they will cancel the booking, i instantly cancelled the ticket via red bus app and booked another one from go ibibo. But to my surprise when i checked the app next day the booking was not cancelled and when i spoke to customer service they said that i never cancelled the ticket.

                                It seems the red bus app had a glitch and it never captured the cancellation request, i even got the confirmation with termination charge of inr512 when i cancelled it and it clearly said that rest money will be refunded back.

                                I need refund of my entire inr 3, 800 as it's red bus who goofed us

                                  I booke a ticket from kumbakonam to Chennai on oct 28 2019 at 11:30pm. But the bus which come from Chennai broke down on the way.the SRM transports called me and said they can arrange a volvo semi sleeper bus, but I booked a sleeper bus.i told them this situation and they said that they can apply on redbus for refund.i applied the redbus but there is no response email or callback from redbus for 3 days.after that they claimed that bus was on schedule and no problem.i called SRM Transports but they said that only replacement bus was there instead of original bus .that I would get my money back.worst they are cheating and investigating properly on a issue and they them self mark the problem as resolved

                                    Hello,
                                    I have booked vidharbha travels ticket on 3rd nov. Bus supposed start from yavatmal at 8:30. But bus came on yavatmal at 10:30 and started 11:00 pm 2.5 hours delayed. It supposed to drop in pune at 8 am in the morning. But they have drop us on 12 pm in the noon. I have missed my office due to bus delayed. What is the point giving 3 times charges to the bus. As per the time guarantee policy i should get 25% amount back.

When I provide to the customer care they are saying that there are no details .but this is the actual ticket I got from redBus app I am attaching the proof regarding this .. wha the hell are you thinking no proper response.. refund the amount immediately
                                    Ticket has not been booked but amount has been deducted from my account twice and I m trying to call on customer care number no one is answering my call if you treat your customer like this then no one is going to use and if is it with new customer he is not going to use it again definitely

                                      Worst experience ever, we booked travels from redbus, rajlaxmi travels from udaipur to surat, it's looking like they brought bus from old scrap shop, it was full of mud and dust... I think redbus should do proper survey of their bus and than allowed it. We have told driver he told that we bring this bus in emergency so u have to tolerate that, or take refund! How rude they are

                                        I want to complain about red bus. I had booked a ticket but unfortunately that bus got accident and they have cancelled my ticket "delhi - mai" amar travels for the date 3rd november 2019 ticket number tnbn34950646 pnr[protected] for the amount 1000 now they were not initiating my refund even customer service team is not connecting my call as well. I'm facing huge issue i really want to escalate please help me out as you can
