Redbus — Refund not received | |||||
Hi, I had booked a ticket from Red Bus on 4th June 2016 for a journey from Goa to Mumbai on 5th June 2016. The ticket amount was 900. I booked only 1 ticket but the amount was deducted twice from my account (totally 1800). I spoke to the Red Bus Customer Care team about this 4 to 5 times. Every time they say that the refund is in progress, but the amount has still not been refunded to me. I request you to look into this matter and help me get my refund amount soon. Hi,
It was never said that the amount was not received by RedBus. The customer care team used to always said that the refund is in progress, but maybe delayed due to some issue.
I can provide a screenshot of the deductions that have been done from the bank.
Its clear from the screenshot that there were 2 deductions from my account.

As discussed with Mr Ashish, unfortunately the transaction was failed and the amount was not received from our end. It will be reflecting back to your account automatically within 7 bank working days. If it is not received, we request you raise a charge bank to your bankers so that you will receive the exact transaction details from your bank end.
