Dear all, I have ordered Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 Mobile on 25th Sept.via Retail bunny. I have made full payment via credit Card. After that I have not received any revert/ message/ information about the despatch details of the product. I got a message via mail saying Order was placed, payment accepted and OrderNo and Invoice No. also provided. Sent mail to [protected]@ Retail bunny many times but no reply. On enquiry I understood that many people have cheated in the same way. Your rating is also very poor, many bad reviews are there in the site.Now it is 12 days over after order placed.Why you are not responding? Why product is not despatched? Giving below my Order NO. hope you will take an immediate action to despatch the same immediatly ORDER NO. PVDQJOBBB- ORDER PLACED 0N 25TH SEPT. Devadas.

I have ordered this product (Micromax Canvas Turbo Mobile) in the month of April 2014, and due to non availability of ordered product you have canceled the order in the month of May 2014.     I too had the same experience with the fraud firm. They promise refund and collect the cash. Send goods which are different from what they list and then instead of refund issue coupons which has to buy only their product for the full amount. That too within a few days. Which is their way of forced robbery. Now for me even after the coupon is used to purchase their goods, their sellers say they don't have their listed items and cancel the order but Ebay site is programmed to refuse using the coupon. Means the money paid to ebay is stolen by them without delivering any promised goods.
    This Person u1435, is a false review or comment, in case they have a proof of what he saying we will ready to take care of the same
    Hi I have ordered a Black Berry Z10, on June 17 th 2014 with a payment of Rs13, 854 Still they have not received the refund . Don't give any bank or card information(like ID/Password or Card PIN) to retail bunny team. I Have received a call and asking the Bank details then only they can give me the refund. If you do then they fraud you more.

          Hi I have ordered a Black Berry Z10, on June 17 th 2014 with a payment of Rs13, 854.After a month I have not received the order and they suddenly change my order status as refund in the order status with the reason that black berry Z10 is no longer available in India, and they will get my refund within 8 days.But till now nothing happened . I confirmed I was trapped and lost my amount .I recommended for all don't purchased any goods from Retail Bunny. - i get some information that "after launching a FIR against the company he get my money back " Should I take the same for my refund order no 1369

                Hi, I have ordered Black Berry Q5 (Order no:- 1350) worth 16, 104 INR using my ICICI Net Banking on June 16th 2014.I have waited for almost 20 days, and finally asked them to cancel the order.Cancellation confirmation mail was sent to me on 07th July 2014 I have been calling them every 10 days since then on NOT getting my money back in my account.Till date (17 th July 2014) I haven't got my money back.It is a total fraud company.I have voice transcriptions (recorded conversation) which was made with Customor Excutive who had promised me to refund the amount in 20 days time and further they hade amended the dates till 21st Aug 2014, still i am not getting my money from retailbunny.                     Aditya Moitra placed an order for purchase of an Apple i-phone (white, with 16GB) from M/s Rbunny E-Retail Pvt. Ltd vide purchase order no . INVGSHUTB & Invoice No -# IN[protected] and
                    order was placed on 30.03.14.


                    The cost of the above article was paid through Citi Bank Credit Card. However due to non-availability of the ordered material during the 1st week of May’2014 Rbunny E-Retail Pvt. Ltd have assured to refund back the Money to Citi Bank Credit Card. The refunding order no. is 851.


                    But it is a matter of regret that in spite of several request/ chase up to your customer care, you did not refund back the sum of amount Rs.27, 096/- due to some formalities which I am not aware.


                    On 30.07.2014, I have talked to your logistic department but I could not follow what was his directive. Please advise me in writing so that I could explain the same to Citi Bank and request them accordingly so that you could refund back money through D.D or Cheque.

                      I had ordered Blackberry Z10 on 6 march 2014 from retail bunny. But due to unavailability of stock i cancelled the order on 14 march 2014. As written in their website www.retailbunny.com that the refunds typically take 5-20 working days depending upon the source bank. But now its 30 july 2014 but still i didn't received my refund. I had call to the customer care no. given many times but from march till now they are making nonsense excuses.
                      Excuses like:
                      1). Payment gateway issue problem. (4 months still not solved this)
                      2). Concern person is not at the moment so wont be possible now.

                      When i force them they told to give me my account details so they will refund the money offline. But still they give the same excuse that the concern person is not at the moment so wont be possible now.

                      Then they told they will send the refund amount by check. It was told during 1st week of june and still they are making excuses.
                      I don't know why they are doing this. Started a company but giving a wrong impression to the customers.

                      First i believed i will received my money but after so many days(four months) i think its a fraud company.

                      Please take a strict action and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I think you had got a wrong information. The Billdesk MSBI[protected] you have mention is for the debit from my account and not for credit to my account. And it was for the payment i made to retail bunny. Please don't try to give wrong information like that. Already i am very tensed from last four months regarding this problem. 17896 is not a small amount. So you better understand my feelings.
                      I have attached a photo of the same as a proof. And also i have checked my account statement there is no any refund yet. And i think they will not return it until i file a case against retail bunny for fraudness in comsumer court.

                        Hi, I have ordered Lenovo Essential G580b laptop (Invoice no:- IN[protected], order no:- 953) worth 24, 000 INR using my HDFC debit card on April 11th 2014.I have waited for almost 45 days, and finally asked them to cancel the order.Cancellation confirmation mail was sent to me on 23rd May 2014 - message says "We have processed your refund for order with reference XCCPSZRRY".I have been calling them every 15 days since then on NOT getting my money back in my account.Till date (25th July 2014) I haven't got my money back.It is a total fraud company.I have voice transcriptions (recorded conversation) which was made with Eliasin Bohra who had promised me to refund the amount in just 1 month time.Now 2 month's are over after that false promise.                             retailbunny.com is totally fraud website dont even open this website. Dont read review given in trustedcompany.com they are 100% wrong i wrote a reveiw but they did not publish it. They are publishing only good reviews to increase rating of this website. after reading review in trustedcompany i ordered a blackberry z10 on 21st June still they did not deliver the phone nor refunding my money back. so dont rely on trustedcompany and dont order anything from Retailbunny. They can ask for my order id which is 1400.

                              Dear Team, I have ordered a Xolo Clup on[protected] with a payment of 5130 INR. Around two weeks, still the status of my order was showing preparation in progress.When I ordered the device it was around 10 days delivery time mentioned, so I thought the delay is quite normal and I didn't did any follow up for those days.After 10 days still nothing arrives, so I just started calling them for getting the courier tracking number.After two mails and repeated calls, the customer care never attend my calls, and always getting the voice prompt as sale executives are busy and they will call me.But I didnt get calls, but a mail to change my order status as refund.They didnt inform me what is the reason or why they have been for 15 days to change my status.When I called from a new number, they picked the phone and they told us that the particular black berry model is no longer available in India, and I will get my refund within 8 days.But till now nothing happened other than a system generated mail as a reply to my reminder that some executives will contact me.Even when they confirmed the stock is not available the same mobile is available in their website, with the cheapest price and thus I confirmed I was trapped.I recommended for all of you not trust this firm or please proceed to websites offering cash on delivery service only.

                                A Totally fraud company They are neither cancelling my order nor cancelling my order. I want to cancel my order and want my money back. Customer care not picks my phone calls and saying "aapka paisa hamko EBS walon ne release nahi kiya hai" When i said i called to EBS then he irritated a lot and said "Jao ab tum bank walon se paisa nikal wa lo jo ker sakte ho karlo" i also request him to cancel my order "he said ab bank wale hi karenge aapka" I swear these words i never heard from any customer care.                                   I ordered a mobile phone, worth Rs 12, 266, from the online retail store, Retailbunny.com, on 24th April, 2014 and made full payment. The website claimed same day shipping. But even by 26th May, 2014 they didn't ship the product and hence I cancelled it. They accepted the cancellation request immediately and their website showed "Refund" against my order. But even by 30th June, 2014 they have not returned my money. I have made numerous calls to their helpline, sent them mails and also contacted them via their online-chat, but every time they have asked for a few more days to return the amount. From 30th June, 2014 I have not been able to contact them at all. I want that they immediately return my money back.

                                    I ordered a blackberry Z10 from Reailbunny on 20th June. Before Ordering i asked to Customer care that how much you will take to Dispatch my order they said we will dispatch your order within 7 days. So i ordered it but after 7 days still showing Prepration In Progress. Calling customer care several times they are saying in our next Coming stock we will deliver Your Phone, but not before Monday. My simple question is if you dont have phone in stock why are you taking order? It seems they dont have phones they are Just using our money. They are taking our money in advance if they are not able to fullfill the requirement just refund the money. if they want to do good business They have to understand its not a simple phone it could be somebodies full salary, Feelings, Gifts Dont spoil it. They are making False commitment.

                                        2. Till 13-May-2014 I have not received my phone and the company has made all false promise about the phone delivery and they said that they don't have stock to deliver the phone.
                                        3. I had cancelled my order on 14-May-20144. Till date I have not received my refund
                                        4. Beware of the this website, don't even open this website.
                                        5. I am taking help to file a case against this seller in Consumer court and going to claim my refund and damage
