I ordered a mobile from the website despite after 10 days from the order date i didn't receive my order, to top it up the order placing doesnt have any option of Cash on Delivery.On cancelling my order after waiting for good 2 weeks I'm waiting from one month to get my cash credited back in my account everytime i call up customer care some picks up call and speaks in filthy Hindi and says it will be processed in a week of time.This is being repeated from past 1 month and still I'm waiting for my cash to be credited. Mind you all this is a well organized crime and fraud site.Please beware before you order something . If you want to become a bunny please order from Retail Bunny. I'm going to file an RTI and a Case in consumer Forum this week started gathering information on RTI already, would file a case in couple of Days for sure. The management can earn a fortune even with the interests of the money accumulated this is a well organized fraud and cheating case by Management.

I order mobile from retailbunny.com on june 18th 2014 but they did not delivered mobile then i called them they initiate refund amount but they don't have money their account .Still i did not get money from them .

    I have ordered 4 samsung champ neo duos before 10 days.
    I have not received Order confirmation mail or message till now although I have complain regarding it more than thrice at call center.

    Nd I got the estimated delivery date of 6th june when I ordered it then when I call I ws informed it will be by 9th june
    Bt it is 10 now still no news about the product.

    Nd now my calls are not received at call center I have called more than 10 times in 2 days ..

      I ordered a blackberry z10 mobile on retailbunny online site (5-March-2014) worth Rs.17, 896. I got a mail on 14-March-2014 that my money would be refunded due to unavailability of product. It has been 3 months that i have not got the refund yet. There is no response from retailbunny. They are rudely replying that I have to wait till they refund the money.         I, Samunder Singh resident of 27-B Police Colony, Jind / office of the Superintendent of Police, Jind vide order reference No.KCXDSHVEH dated 25.03.2014 has purchased Micromax Canavas 4A 210( White). A sum of Rs.12, 501 on account cost of item plus Rs. 47 on account of Shipping and handling taxes total amount Rs.12548/- was made vide reference U[protected] on the same very day. It was assured to deliver the item. On 23.05.2014 I was assured to deliver the another item or refund the amount. Neither the purchased item has been delivered nor the amount has been refunded till date which shows that the company is indulged in malpractices and is committing fraud and cheating to its customers. Last opportunity is given to the company to fulfill its commitment and failing which I have no option to got register FIR against the company and its other signatories and also file complaint in the court/ forum.

          I had ordered sony Experia L on 24 Apr 2014 and then since they were not delivering the phone even after 15 days of payment of 12292 Rs. i placed to cancel the order under order id 1065 on 9th May . it is now 17 days + and the site owner is not ready to refund the money every time i get same reply that the refund is under process. I am going to log a police complaint for online fraud if i done receive my money in my account in next 2-3 days.

Neither amount which was paid has been returned nor delivery of the item has been made me. It is, therefore, requested that the delivery of the item may kindly be made to me with in 2 days otherwise I have no option to file complaint and other legal action against the company and its signatories.

                    I had ordered a Micromax Mobile on March 29th till date I have not received the product.. When I call the Customer Service they don't receive the call & tell us we have noted down your number & will call you in sometime but I have not rece ived a single call from their end nor got any correspondence for delay in dispatching the product till date.

                    On April15th they received the call & told me the product will be dispatched by evening & will provide me the Airway Bill No.

                    On April 16th I called them & they apologized for not able to dispatch the product on april15th & gave me assurance they will dispatch it by EOD & provide me the Airway Details again.

                    On April 17thwhen I called again to enquire about the status they said "Sir .. Please give us 2 more days to dispatch the product... I got furious & asked them to cancel the Order right away & refund the amount as per their refund norms. But the Customer Service Executive dropped the call on me without my consent.

                    Till today i.e., April 23rd I have not get any response from Email or by phone from them on the product status. So guys I seriously doubt this company really exists or if it really exists it is surely
                    functioning in a unprofessional manner. I owe not to deal with this company nor advice any of my friends / relatives to buy anything from retailbunny.com in future.

                      On 24/3/2014 i ordered a mobile phone of micrimax doodle a111.I payed an amount of rupees 7500, as the product price and rupees 61 for shipping charges.the product is not yet dispatched.every day i contact them but they told me that they will shipp on the next day, now its going to be one month.I didnt get my product. Please help me to get my product.

                                I have ordered a Nokia 101 phone from retailbunny.com on 09/3/14, this model is a discontinued dual SIM basic phone; Order was placed, 1746.95 has been charged on my card and there was no confirmation email received and after couple of days one of the sale rep called from their company and confirmed the order and mailing address and after few days sales rep “Varsha” called from the company and tried to convince me Nokia 105 is a better phone than 101 and we would like to offer that to you. I have told her clearly that I need Nokia 101, and I found your site only selling it, that is the only reason I have ordered if you don’t have it then return my money; She said it will take couple more days to ship it and she will take care of it; Order dispatched to my office address in few days, I was happy to get it.. Opened that box and found Nokia 105, got frustrated and feel like been cheated by the company; Tried to contact the customer care after multiple tries got someone and he asked me to post it back to them for refund…. I have insisted that I need the courier fee also be reversed by the company since it was your fault; They sent me an email with the address to courier back the mobile phone; I have re-packed it and went to blue dart office to courier it and they told me box must be opened for verification; I have called up “Varsha” from there and she also spoke to the blue dart office from my phone and later said she will arrange a pickup from my office to return the mobile phone; so that box can be courier without opening. I accepted it… now it’s almost a month after my order placed nothing is happening; I am calling their number every day, looks like they have blocked my number when tried from my office number it got connected quick. Today I called and connected to “Varsha” she says she its “Anjaly”, anyway I could recognize her voice well since I had talked to her about the refund of my phone more than 10 times, This company is cheating me.. they said will arrange a pickup from my address, and she will call me in 30 minutes.. as usual no call back. I tried their Delhi number more than 50 times and got connected appox 15 times; I urge people to look at this post and make a decision; Retail bunny customer care #: [protected] Other numbers: [protected] [protected]

                                Retailbunny transaction is not via a secure gateway, Tech_bay is the transaction name on the statement; Sharing card details via a non-secure transaction may result lot of other issues, I suggest don’t do it; I am now trying to get a protection on my credit card to secure it. As per my understanding this company is a fraud business entity and I am planning to file a complaint against them.. It is not just about 1750 rs, it is about giving awareness to the people they are targeting; I am suggesting don’t go with Retailbunny ever for few hundred less price, you may lose your money and go only with trustable brand like..amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc;

                                  I ordered mobile micromax tyrbo (A-250) on 03 mar 14. Order no is 495. The order was lost in transit by dtdc ((Dotzot.In). Dtdc have accepted the loss and refunded the amount to retailbunny.Com. It is more than 10 days still the order has not been despatched despite my speaking to them daily. As on 31 mar 14, they want that i should lodge complaint with local police station. How can i lodge a complaint when when they have not provided me the bill with requisite details of mobile. Secondly, if the product is mine how come the dtdc have refunded the amount to them and not to me. Thirdly, when i have not got the product, how can i lodge the complaint
                                  Even local police is asking me details of receipt of consignment for lodging a complaint.
                                  Please advice me action. I think i have lost the money. I looks like a fake company.

                                    I made a transaction of amount 17896.00 to buy Blackberry Z10 mobile at RETAILBUNNY.COM on
                                    [protected]. order reference number : DGAATFCCQ
                                    i had received invoice copy to my mail Id regarding the order.

                                    I had not get any update unto 7 days .., Then I write a complaint to their customer support regarding order .. Then they sent a mail stating that Ur order is in process and payment confirmed.
                                    Again I waited for 7 days and asked about my order status ., Then they changed order status from processing to REFUND.
                                    Then I write a mail to their chairmen regarding the time and date when I expect my refund.

                                    Then onwards I wrote 10+ mails regarding refund status I didn't get any response from them..


                                    Please help in resolve this to get my money refunded.

                                        I ordered blackberry Z 10 on 08 Mar 2014 by paying Rs17896/ (Invoice number #IN[protected]
                                        1) On 09 MARCH 2014 they kept order status “Payment processed “
                                        2) On 12 March 2014 they change the status from “Payment processed “to “Preparation in progress”
                                        I talked with Varsha she confirmed me I will receive my mobile before Holi (16 March 2014)
                                        3) Suddenly on 14 March I received the mail regarding status change from “Payment processed “to “Refund processed” without my confirmation.
                                        I have checked on website, the product was available to sell and status was not updated after even one week
                                        When I checked with Varsh, she told me retail bunny cannot deliver that mobile due to shortage.
                                        She asked for bank account number also which I have provided on 22 March.
                                        I have send 9-10 mails to providing all required details for refund. But I have not got any reply.
                                        Persons responding my calls on [protected] are Varsha, Ilyasi and sadik.
                                        Kindly help to get refund.
