Suddenly, Online shopping turned to be horrible experience for me when i purchased a product from shopclue.com .I have ordered headfone from shopclue, i have made a payment for the product, but product has not been delivered to me and i didn't get my refund also. I have contacted shopclue.com team by continuously mailing them and contacted to their customer care, but customer care was such a hard listener, they didn't took any action regarding this issue. It took 20-30 mails and 10-20 calls to customer care to convert my hope of getting refund in to disappointment, everytime their customer care said we will look in to the issue but no action has been taken from them . I was shocked when they updated status of the product to be delivered but i didn't get the product, nt the refund even. Hatts off to the shopclue, you deserve the big applause for cheating a customer and stealing money from the customer.     I have booked the Nike socks set of 3 no, of 2 packets ( total 6 pairs ). But I received only 3 pairs in bad low quality & different low brand socks. My order id number is 31059015. ( Date 23 Dec 2014 ) I want my actual order which is Nike pure cotton towel type socks. & the total number of 6 pairs.

      I ordered Printed Washing Machine cover (Front Load/Top Load) on 6th december--- order # 28693673, product was delivered to me on 13 dec 2014 and since then I am following up with shop clues for return/replacement as the product quality is poor, the design and print pattern is very bad. they have responded only two times and closed the request saying that the product they sent is of standard quality and denied for return/replacement. I wanted to explain them that the product they sent is not at all good but they are neither responding on emails nor on the phone support. Please help

            I placed order 28910693. It was a wedding gift that i want to give to my friend the order was delivered to his address on 14th DEC. and the product was damaged one, as its a gift he not feel well to tell immediately I received your gift but its defective one. on 18th I called him and ask weather you received a gift then he told yes but its defective he dont know we can ask for replacement then I told him send me the snap of damaged item once I received I raised request to shpclue on 19th . I got the reply from shopclue that your are late so we cant do anything. I think this is not fair Please help me to get replacement from shopclue

              Hello, Somebody please help me. I have place an home gym equipment on 8 Dec 2014 by paying through HDFC credit card. The order number is 28991913 and as per the shopclues guys the shipment have shipped on 11 Dec 2014 through SafeExpress with the tracking number 41104074 which is not valid means untraceable. I have sent multiple email request and the call to the support team of shopclue but the it seems to be clueless and there is no proper response and the resolution. Is somebody there to get my order and teach a lesson to the shopclues and make them not cheat the customers in the future. I believe in the justice system of our country and we as in customers are not the prisoners of any corporate companies who cheat the customers. Hoping for the resolution. Regards, Siv

                I have order a water purefier from shopclues my order id 26456119 Its a quality is very bad and it had many scratches.I had return it on date 6/12/2014 with proof of delivery through the "TRACK ON CURRIER". Shop clues tell me that they not receive this product .I want my money 598(product fee)+300 (CURRIER charge) plz sir help me

                    I Mohit Kalia have order (Order Number[protected] housing panel chasis body faceplate for Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 White on 16 Dec 2014, 11:17 AM from shopclues.com, received the product on 20 Dec 2014, 08:30 PM. The product was defective, regarding this I have raised return request (Return ID- 696973), no follow up from shopclues. On repeated calling the request was accpeted, in the status it could seen that return request apporved. No follow up from shopclues no communicaton nothing. Again I made a call to shopclues, and got reply that pick up from their end not possbile, I need to courier the item to them. Customer get fully frustrated with this site, no gurantee, worst product quality, whatever is mentioned on site for return policy is fake as nothing happened as per mentioned terms and policy. Its my humble request to you that please look into the matter & Kindly do the Needful.

                          While booking the online order for product the date which is appearing customer will never get product on that date. Eg. I have ordered on 11th Dec'14 and expected delivery date was 19th Dec'14. But till today i, e, 24th Dec'14 I have not received the order. If speaking or sending the mail to customer care from them only one response will come i.e. "We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. Based on your query, we would like to inform you that your order is out for delivery to your shipping address and will be delivered to you within 24-48 hours". This reply I am getting from last four days,

                              I have ordered Two pen drive with order ID 26677503. It was ordered on 14th of Nov and they took time to get the item shipped. Finally after a large follow up, the item was shipped by 29th Nov and still the status is Bagging. I filed a lot and lot of complaints and no reply from Shopclues. They are not ready to cancel the order also. Customer care executives have no knowledge other than saying they will clear the complain within 24hrs. I lost too many 24hrs like this.

                                I have ordered some product from shopclue.com (order number:[protected] on dated 13th dec. And till now they are not telling me the status. When i call to customer care they are saying they are arranging the courier. How a online store can say like this from seven days they are saying the same. Now after 24th Dec due to company holiday, i will be not available to that address, when i told them please make it deliver by tomorrow, otherwise please cancel my order and revert my money back. They are telling that is not possible, i cant cancel my order, whenever it is deliver its not a matter. Please suggest and help me on this. Why this kind of online stores are there, where they can''t deliver the product after 10-11 days also. and making fool to the customer when call to customer care. Please help me here. Thanks Abhay

                                    hello, im Dr. Savita from Karad. I had ordered 6 pairs of ankle length thumb cotton socks for women on 06 december 2014 with order no. 28668077 which was expected to be delivered by 14- 15 december. i got the order in my hand on 22nd december which is too late and the product which i ordered was not there. length of socks was knee length and its not a thumb design. i tried to return the order which was not possible with this product it seems. so kindly do something about it. im really very unhappy about it.

I ordered a watch with Order NO. 28702303 from Shopclues.com on 6th December, 2014 and amount paid for this purpose on that day by SBI net banking. But they not sent my product and they assured me to refund my rupees and I got the mail from them that my refunded amount had been initiated on December 22nd, 2014. But when I go to check my account, found no refund money from them. It is a very serious matter and they are wanting to cheat me. Please do something.
