          1) Not Received my refund Item : Order no : Order Number: 28591583: on 04th dec 2014 I order I Ordered Winter Polar Jacket With Cap & Gloves. I done payment through my credit card. On Dec 14 12:09 PM: I received wrong Winter Jacket Without Cap & Gloves. You People Dispatched Wrong Jacket That too Very Small Size.             I had ordered Vox Portable Home and Car Washer Order no:[protected] on 10 Dec 2014, 08:10 AM and got the product on 24 DEC 2014 evening, found that the product was defective, I had raised a refund request on 25 Dec 2014, 07:35 AM, the Return id :-712643 and since then I have been following up with the customer care daily and raising the query for the same but there is no response from them. Along with the delivered product, I found another order slip which showed that the same product was delivered to some other customer on 11 Nov 2014 and was returned.

              I ordered a watch from shopclues.com and got delivery on 22 december 2014. On delivery i received the diferent watch. When requested for return, they declined my return request. I sent mail to them for about three times but every time the told that they will not accept return request because the delivered right product. product name- vintage fashion leather bracelet women blue.                   HI, I have purchased the product on dated 23rd Oct 2014 with the order no. 24379233, and the estimated delivery was between 31st Oct to 01st Nov. But still I have not received my product not also able to track the shipping. The tracking number which has given by shopclues is showing wrong in courier site and the same thing is happened from last 10 days. I have given complaint's lots of time and they just giving same excuses that they are sorry for the inconvenience and the are try to get the solution from courier partner. But Still I have not get the solutions and they hanged the status as "Returning order to Origin" and it is same status from very long duration. I think they just making fool of people.                               I purchased a washing machine from shopclues.com on 12th dec (order number #[protected]. Amount was paid online of Rs. 11336/- by their gateway payu money. At the time of purchase they promised me to deliver it by 20th dec. But when they didn't shipped it till 23rd dec and not even ready to give an update on this I asked refund for same. For that they are again not giving any response. I am pissed off by the way shopclues and their team work. Will NOT AT ALL recommend any one.

                                    Dear Shopclues, I have placed my order[protected] dt 16 dec 2014 at shopclues, to that delivery time after being shipped as mentioned in your note is 2-5 days bt i m still not been assured abt the delivery of consignment. I am stucked between shopclues and safe express to get delivery of goods. There is no satisfactory answer frm either side. Further to that whn waybill generation date is 18 dec then why at site safexpress site waybill generation dt 25 dec at jalandhar and if there were any discrepancies(10 days delay) why i m been informed from either side. The product is a fake one as it fails all the parameters of genuineness mentioned by Xiomi on its website.Its disgusting to see such fake products being openly sold on reputed websites.I want my refund for the fake product and would ask higher authorities to take a legal action and stop such illegal selling of products.
