Sona Water Filter — service not at all good - not recommended

Hello All,

This is the 2nd time i am complaining about this but no one is taking this complaint seriously... My water filter is not working and have called 1 week back but till now the service person is on the way, when ever i call him he says i am on the way to your house only but no one turned up.

Horrible service, Please find below the 1st complaint being launched.

1st Complaint

Hello Sona Water Team,

I am Krishna and I reside at Sandeep Vihar Kadugudi, who have taken a RO + UV water filter on 2nd October 2018 and had promised by Subhash ( one of the Manager) that he will take the old filter in a weeks’ time and give the amount of Rs: 3000/- against the old filter and Deepak - Sales Person who had installed the water filter a home, they have taken 5-6 Pics of my old Filter.

The representative who came to install the new water filter was Deepak, who had hand written the bill which states that they will take the old water filter in 15 Days’ time and give me Rs:3000/- as suggested by Shubash, However till today there was no one who have visited by place for take the old water filter ( No Luck till now ).

I have called numerous times but there was no one who responds properly. They disconnects my call or say that they will call back in 2 minutes. On 28th Oct 18, I have spoken to Karthik and have told him that if no one is resolving my problem in couple of days I will approach Consumer Forum, Karthik Started Laughing and said of we will wait for the call from the Forum and disconnected the call.

Now the water filter is also now giving a problem, as I am not getting any help from any one from Sona Water Solutions, hence I am forced to launch this complaint. I would like to return the Product Purchased and I would like to get the refund from Sona Water Solutions for the same.

As I am unable to get any help from SONA WATER SOLUTIONS, I have formally launched a complaint in National Customer Dispute forum on 28th Oct 18 and the case ID is: 983390, who have suggested to send an email and would also send a separate letter to “ Karnataka State Consumer Dispute Commission “ regarding the same.

I am also providing the numbers of the people with whom I have spoken during this while.

Deepak :[protected] Sales Person – who gave me the hand written bill which mentions they will take the old filter in 15 days and give me the money ) – who stopped taking my calls

Shubash : [protected] ( Sales Manager who promised me that he will give Rs: 3000/- in a weeks’ time – I have the call recording – would provide if needed ) – He disconnects the all

Karthik : [protected] ( He disconnects the call)

Arjun : [protected] ( Every time he says he will call back in 2 Mins and never returns the call )
