I have sold my Golden Bangle of 30 grams to Sukenkar jewellwes in kalyan against cross cheque.
The same cheque is bounced. He has given me new chq. thrice as all the cheques were is bounced .
He has given me in writing on Rs.100/- stamp paper that he will repay me my full amt on[protected]
But still he has not issued me my amt. and he do not have the another gold or any another bangle to get set off.
