Super General And Croma — poor customer service

Since, the soap dispenser of our super general washing machine has jammed, we have booked a complaint at onsitego on 4.3.2018. They also told us to contact croma at [protected]. We tried to contact them on sunday, monday and tuesday but nobody picks up the phone. We have contacted super general on sunday and got the complaint number 1803h[protected]. Even after 2 days nobody called or came to rectify the complaint, we called super general and thet said delhi service centre will contact us within ten minutes. But nobody has contacted us. We again contacted super general and they again presented the prototype language. When we have made more than 10 calls to super general, they have arranged a conference call with croma. Then also they are not responding properly, sometimes, after few minutes silence, they will say they are trying to contact the person concerned.
