money to be received

On 18th march 2019, i placed an order for rs.457/= through my mobile [protected] and paid from my icici bank. But food was not delivered and received a sms that order failed and refund initiated. Till today i have not received the refund.

I do not have the order id but if you browse the chat history with reference to my above mobile number, anybody can understand the situation.

I have already sent 2 mails to your...

Swiggy — bad services (Complaint)

I am referring to the above complaint posted on the consumer complaints website. The reason for the bad services is one person who leads the customer services team at bengaluru. He is designated as vice president (Customer care) and he quit myntra.com as a senior manager after leaving the company to be taken over by flipkart.com. This person a*u* c*r*l has his team which he carries along with him and the destruction squad comprise of n*s*a t*o*a* and r*m*k*i*h*a and others. Please be very specific while raising complaints as this man, the so called vice president of swiggy who keeps walking around in the lobby of swiggy office located at maruthi chambers is an expert at dodging issues. This person has to be cornered if the company has to grow. God knows why he moved out of myntra.com despite getting promoted at myntra.com. If he had shown honesty and integrity and stayed truthful to his job, the management would have moved him up the ladder, but this shrewd man moved out of myntra.com and is now creating unrest among customers for swiggy.
I had placed a order in Swiggy for Rs.261 on 3rd April. The amount was deducted but the order was cancelled...I had raised several queries to refund my amount but there was no response...its been 10 days still my amt has not been refunded...My account no[protected]...Icici Bank...

    Order was done on 4th april. [protected].
    Mobile [protected]

    When i ordered it. It showed failed transaction.so i order from somewhere else.
    After half an hour i got a call from delivery guy for the order and my money was also deducted. I didn't receive that order.

    Have raised the issue within 24hrs.
    And many times after that too. I have received different excuse every time.
    I was told that i will get my money back.
    Some say it wasn't captured by your system so i should contact my bank. When i ask for service number i dont get a response. Some say it should have been raised with 24hrs and when tell them that it was raised with given time period they again find another excuse and Suddenly close the ticket in between the chat.
    I am a regular user of Swiggy and i didn't expect this kind of behavior from them. I want my money back because i didn't get the service that i was being charged for.

      I ordered a pizza from La Pinoz jalandhar.The pizza is all messed up from inside.This pizza was not even sliced up into pieces.I did one mistake which was rating it before opening my order.My order Number was [protected].The price of order was Rs620.I want this complaint to be heard and action should be taken as soon as possible.This is all I want to say.

        I ordered biriyani and lime juice combo on[protected] on swiggy in kalamassery, kerala, India . And paid Rs.107 via paytm .
        The food had bad smell. And the chicken and gravy were burnt. The rice was uncooked. Simply saying, never had to face food like this before. Can't even smell it.
        I contacted swiggy customer care and asked them for another pack of food or refund. And they said they can't do that and exited from the chat. I tried for 2-3times they just say sorry and exits from the chat.
        It was my lunch that I ordered and I starved contacting them upto 3:00.
        I just lost my money and faced a very bad customer service for the first time in my life.
        Please resolve this issue . I lost my money for nothing but food

          I have ordered on 13th April and these people have cancelled my order after 1hour without informing me. They actually have wasted my time in between an hour.Today i have spoken with them they easily said that refund has been cancelled due to address issue. Its really a worst experience with Swiggy.
          I would recommend to uninstall this app. as soon as possible.Such a worst app. with cheap delivery executive and customer care people.Such a bad user experience.

          Swiggy should terminate such type of people.

          I have two complaint about their delivery executive and Customer care team.

          1. Their delivery executive do not have any idea about near by location.When he was near to restaurant.I called him to reconfirmed the address as my profile address was correct and Swiggy map was with incorrect loc. Delivery guy is saying, I have no idea about where i need to deliver the food what to deliver.I am not sure why Swiggy team hired such type of people as their delivery guy do not know where to deliver what to deliver and when to deliver.Looks like even they do not know what they are doing after joining swiggy.

          Also I requested that guy to come down to nearby landmark so that we can pick the order.But without listening my words they are just disconnecting call using rude statements.Even they are not picking up the call multiple time.

          2. When I was chatting with customer care for this issue, they simply ended up my chat without reading my response.Such a worst experience so far with swiggy.
          They are just ignoring the customer's request.

            I received spoiled food

            I received spoild food and i clicked the photos of food and talked to customer care and asked for refund but they are not giving
            P.s:- i payed through paytm
            I told them about food
            I did 2 times mail them with the photos of food but they just saying that they will take a strong action against restaurant
            I want my refund coz I can not pay for spoild food which is not eatable can you please help me...

            The peas polao fish combo (the curry) was stale. I complained thru app .. Mr Giri Shankar attended and refused to refund STALE food. So I guess Swiggy wants me to put up with stale food.

            I am very dissapointed. Not about the refund, but about the way your rep was non emphathizing and abruptly closed the chat head. BE RESPONSIBLE SWIGGY.

            I hope you'll check my customer profile before responding RESPONSIBLY. Make your reps RESPONSIBLE enough. You are not immune to competetion.

              I ordered the food from the restaurant, "The Sukh Sagar"(sakchi, Jamshedpur) on 7th of April.I had given my home address for the delivery purpose.
              Then I got a call from swiggy team that my address was given wrong and it was showing sakchi.This has happened twice with me.The team accepted that it was their's system fault and by mistake the address which was selected was inappropriate.
              Then they told me my residential address and rectified it.I did not even mentioned my address at that time.
              Then they said "if your house will be within 5 km then only they would deliver the food."
              Afterwards I was told to be in hold and further informed that, the distance was about 6 km, so they're​ cancelling my order.and further I was charged with the cancellation fee of Rs 87.
              Several times I contacted the support team for resolving the issue, but they were least interested and didn't even listened to my problem and closed the chat.
              I just placed my order in that very restaurant which was showing in the app that will deliver to my location.I am attaching an image file which would make you clear the fact that the restaurant which is Available for delivery to my location, I have ordered from that very restaurant and moreover you'll be able to see that from my side the address given was correct.
              Kindly see to the issue and resolve it, otherwise I will be no longer be able to use it because of such a bad service provided by you all.

              I got a call from the support team named Ayush(not so sure), he was very informative and supportive to my issue, regarding the cancellation charge.He talked to me very firmly about the misunderstanding that happened between me and the delivery executive.moreover he suggested me with some information to avoid this mishap further.and finally reversed the cancellation charge that was imposed on me.It was a very good and pleasant conversation wrt to the issue arised by me and was resolved satisfactorily.

Delivery executive was raju das, i added my address as patuli t block-227, opposite lakewood estate.. So he did not contact me fir my location.. But when i aclled him he started a ryde behavior with slang. His phone no is[protected]. Please take an action against him. Because he may be rude like today..in future.. Thank you🙂

                  I had ordered cake at cake zone
                  Of indirangar on 7/april/19 with deduction of amount 550/- on food orderd of order number #[protected].

                  And had also received the text regarding the return of payment but it's been several days beyond the days given..
                  Still haven't received the money back.. So repay it as soon as possible.

                  Intiate the refund soon.

                    Dear team

                    I placed one order of noodle burger and spring rolls
                    But when the deleivery arrives it was only simple veg burger with a pathatic taste and it seems like it was not baked fresh moerover i used my microwave to make it hot...
                    The order was placed from mukesh sweets shop jamaplur colony, ludhiana

                    I request you to please take actions regarding this.

                      I am zain, i placed an order #[protected] on swiggy hyderabad from the sarvi bakery to my home totaling 9 items. A roll and a butter bun was missing in my order package. When i raised my grievance complaint online on swiggy the online official namely cb_vusirika harika was unresponsive and unable to understand my complaint. I asked for the refund of my money or delivery of the same missing items in my order. I also asked the official to take down my complaint and acknowledge my complaint but the official says they are unable to take complaints. Then further i asked the official to transfer my online swiggy chat portal to higher official then again i was replied by the official that they were unable to transfer to higher official as i was on online chat portal. By this i can only understand that swiggy is cheating on i customers. Refund my money swiggy. Swiggy is a cheat scam company

                        Dear team,

                        This is with the reference to the missing item we ordered from burger king on 10 april 19. We placed an order of veg chilly burger combo however, we did not receive french fries and cold drink and immediatelywe escalated it. When we asked for refund ur chat advisor offered us 75 rs. Coupon and we accepted it however when we applied that coupon and tried to plce an order it got stuck and had to restrt the app and when tried to apply the same coupon agiain it was not valid

                        Please check as we need refund for the missing item

                          CSE named Saurabh behaved unprofessionally .I was chatting with him regarding delayed delivery firstly he responded after 15 min and secondly winded up the chat in between without giving any proper reply and solution .
                          Thirdly the food I ordered is too less in quantity and ingredients are also different in comparison to what was mentioned while I was placing the order . Like this Swiggy is loosing it's goodwill and also the trust of customers.

                            This is to let you know about my last two orders where i selected kabab mehal, gaurava nagar twice and placed order, thats showing un my order id also but actually the food was picked up from kabab mehal, jp nagar (Near rv dental college) and being delivered. This is just very wrong and last time i got burnt shwarma from the same outlet.

                              While placing my order i had applied an coupon code (Swiggy6) which was applied successfully.
                              The amount was reduced from 322 to rs. 247

                              However after selecting the payment method, and confirming the order, the amount shown at the end page went up to 322 again.

                              I talked to a customer agent immediately but he refused to help me, so i cancelled the order soon but still #swiggy charged me rs. 161 for the cancellation.

                              It was not a mistake from my end, then why would i bear the cancellation charge???

                              Kindly help.

                              My issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Got a call from ‭+91 80-46132*** this number. And after verifying my credentials and explaining my issue to him, he agreed to it & immediately reversed the charges. The executive was nice and polite. Got a message from Swiggy instantly as well. Thank you #consumercomplaints & #swiggy

                                I had placed an order on 10/04/19 bearing No.#[protected]. The delivery boy rang up and said that he is at the gate but he was at the wrong address ie he was at the office address but the delivery was to be done at the home address.
                                He spoke to me and said that there were duplicate addresses so he was confused and he would come and deliver at the correct address in 15 minutes.
                                We were waiting for the food till about 9.40 pm when I get a call stating that the address is incorrect so my order is being cancelled and money being refunded.
                                Kindly note - I had ordered the food for my 78 year old mother's Bday. I told the delivery boy about it. There was nothing in the house and when a last minute cancellation is done so late at night it is unfortunate that the customer has no choice left but to eat bread and butter. Shameful.

                                If the delivery boy had a confusion about the address, he should have clarified before going to the wrong address.

                                I checked the address, it read - 985, sector 17, Near modern school, 108, Sector 31, HSIDC.
                                My address is 985, Sector 17, Near modern school. So why did he choose to go to the latter address and not the first one. That means because of mere convenience he chose the 2nd address.
                                Since I was contactable and he did speak to me a couple of times and also did the customer service department for clarifications, I fail to understand the casual attitude inspite being part of such an important industry.

                                It is extremely upsetting to see this kind of attitude. Sometimes it is not only about refund. Swiggy is not doing a favour by refunding as that is the customers right to get back the money for which he has not been serviced. it is about ethics and the value proposition of the business that you are in.

                                I am extremely upset that on her Bday, my mother had to sleep eating bread and butter as a Bday dinner - thanks to swiggy

                                  The order was placed on 12th april 2019 at 7:36 am. I had to wait for almost 20 mins and be informed that the restaurant was not yet opened. When i spoke to the swiggy customer center i was informed that they will provide a refund and i can replace the order after 8:00 am.

                                  The swiggy hub did provide a refund coupon for me for the amount of the order and then showed the order as delivered. I again placed the order for the same on the order # [protected] at 8:11 am.

                                  Since the order was placed it was not confirmed even it 11:00 am. I have received multiple calls from swiggy with different versions of their story and informing that the order will be delivered. After waiting for about an hour and a half i received a call requesting to know if we can cancel the order as it can not be processed. I have informed them about my issue but the customer service rep and supervisor were just indifferent to my concern speaking like robots just giving information about what they had to say and not listen to my concern.

                                    I am a regular swiggy user. All of a sudden my swiggy account got deactivated without any reason. I filed a complaint regarding the same. But haven't got solved with this problem. A week back one of your executives contacted me to verify my details. After verification he told your account will be activated within 24 hours. It has been more than a week and the account remains the same. Unable to order something to eat.
