Swiggy — food not delivered more than 2 hours and asked to cancel the order in fact cancelled by support team

Today jan 6, 2019. I placed order at 8.30. I stay very near to pick location, i waited till 1 and half hour and i could could not get delivery so i communicated with help center, the guy called mohammed took almost 1 more hour and finally he dropped message to cancel ur order and place new order at 10.30.. Does customer seems jokers? 2 and half hour waisted at this time i need to search for food. Such a worst service. Better ban such services rather playing with customers. Was this information helpful? Cod option is not available .. and we are having coupons but we are unable to use cash ln delivery option.. we dont have another option yoo..because i dont have an account 8n the bank so i have to go for cod option .. plzz enable cod option
