Today jan 6, 2019. I placed order at 8.30. I stay very near to pick location, i waited till 1 and half hour and i could could not get delivery so i communicated with help center, the guy called mohammed took almost 1 more hour and finally he dropped message to cancel ur order and place new order at 10.30.. Does customer seems jokers? 2 and half hour waisted at this time i need to search for food. Such a worst service. Better ban such services rather playing with customers.
