Swiggy — order not completed but payment deducted in my account | |||||
0n 09.5.19, at 17:24 by online banking i tried to order food from swiggy, but order was not processed due to some technical error, 'instead amount of rs.433/- was deducted from my boi accounts. Boi said that payment successfully credited on swiggy please contct to swiggy. We was already mail to [protected]@swiggy.in but still it was not refunded till date. I orderd food on april 6 th, when i was in kochi they accpeted the order and i did online transaction.aftr few minutes they send message the iteam couldnt be deliverd to tje particular address and they will give the refund within 5 days..till today no refund..they are just cheating people
