I have submitted my claim by signing in person at the policy office. This was rejected saying signature mismatch. This was not communicated i waited for 20 days and they didnt respond. I had bought a pension plan policy from Tata AIA on 26th August 2008. The policy matured on 26th August 2018. Instead of paying me my dues, Tata AIA is forcing me to buy another pension from the open market of 67% of the due amount. It is saying it has discontinued its pension policy and hence I will not be able to continue with the pension plan with Tata AIA.

On asking their id no., they are not telling, instead they (The callers) are constantly threatening over phone to take away all the insurance money if we do not pay premium or do or continue...

C[protected] not yet credited to bank account utr n[protected] and utr n[protected] as intimation received on 30.07.2018 but after search no amounts credited to the bank account or not received speed post till date. Due to such inconvenience i am afraid of receipt of these amounts....
