Madam/sir,

It took me some time to get back to you for which i express my regret. I am very much disappointed with the treatment that i have received from such a reputed organization like yours. Specially when you are carrying the name of 'tata', which symbolizes the dignity of a business. I had subscribed the above referred policy, in the year 2003. After paying premiums for 3 years, i could not continue the same. Last year (I. E.2018) i have found that the tenure of the said policy has already got matured. I had rang up your helpline-phone. The lady on the other side informed me that the policy is already over and i had not continued the samefor the full term, i ma entitled to receive rs.4, 376.27 only, on submission of my original policy to any of your branch in my nearby location. Accordingly i had gone to your branch at taratala road crossing, new alipore, i had visited your branch on a saturday and the person at the gate told me that all the official claims are to be lodged between monday-friday and within the time period of 10-30 to 03-30, in a week. I had visited the branch, once again, taking a leave from my office, the gentleman who had attended me also checked my details in his pc and told me that i am entitled to get a sum, same as mentioned above, on submission of my original policy along with the self-attested copies of my pan card, aadhaar card, one copy of my photograph and one cancelled cheque of my bank account, but this claim had to be lodged at either of your two offices at (1) mangoe lane or (2) howrah, near golabari. As my office was close to the howrah office i had visited your branch on 28/06/2019 and filled up forms as per the guidance from your official. Then the gentleman received all the documents (Original policy, pan-card-copy, aadhaar-card-copy, my photograph and a cancelled cheque of my account with oriental bank of commerce), and told me that my account would be credited with the proceeds within 10 working days.
On the non-receipt of fund i made an inquiry in your helpline and from there i was told thati am not entitled to receive any money against my said claim, which shocked me very much. An organization of 'tata; is engaged in deceiving practices is very hard for me to beleive. Then i wrote a mail to you and subsequently received a call in this regard which was also not very encouraging.
My question is that if i am not entitled to receive any money from the above referred policy, then why it was not told by any of your staff, till taking the possession of the original policy? Again a sum of rs.4, 376.27 is payable to me (While i had paid a total sum of more than rs15, 000/- as premiums), was told by all the officials whom i have come across,
I understand that it is a clear case of defrauding people to increase the volume of your business. I do hereby, once again ask to release my fund to my account within 7 days, else i shall be compelled to take the case to the appropriate authority to get the justice.

Last year i was done two policy no- C[protected] & C[protected] now today i receved the msg of auzo debit instruction in my account
And i have not give any auto debit instruction in my policy
Without my request how they can give auto debit instruction
Kindly resolve the issue

      I am an advisor of tata aia life insurance company limited in which my career started from 7th august, 2002 under one of the best leadership o[censored]nsp consultancy being headed by mr. Sanjay prasad, and the journey of my career for 16 (+) years till date has now come to an end and i applied for removal of the 4 things
      1. Irda license = 664416
      2. Agent code =[protected]
      3. Pan card = aekpc9958b
      4. Adhaar =[protected]
      From their end but they are unable to remove it and as a result i have no other options left than to request you do the same from the irda portal. My phone numbers are

        I had been misled by tata aia agent miss. Sreeparna mondal, from kolkata gariahat branch. Due to your company's goodwill i readily believed her and do likewise. She told me that i have to pay for 3 years only, and upto 4th year it have been in locking, and on the 5th year i can withdraw the maturity amount with bonus. My policy details send to my home address (2/105 sree colony, regent estate, kolkata) and received by my relatives, as due to my job i is settled to santaldih, purulia, west bengal. But while a call came from your customer care department regarding policy details, then i came to know about the whole fact. I cannot surrender at 3 years, and if i do so a huge surrender charge will be deducted. I don't aware about the free look period of 15 days, and i apple for cancellation on 17th day. But still tata aia did not resolve the problem.

        Now as this is a huge amount at least for me, nearly rs. 68, 000 combined with 2 policies, it is not possible to bear it for too long (12 years).

        RC[protected]SG this is number of my mail. It's important document from Singapore. Online it shows 25 Oct reached Kolkata but no further info yet. Please provide update about it. It is an urgent document please inform as soon as possible.

          Dear sir\madam,

          My name is vinayak naik

          Plan name :-tata aia life health first (110n028v01)
          Amount paid monthly ecs.

          I have bought the above tat aia policy on[protected] and per policy the maturity date showing 21/10/2014, but in the tata aia portal the policy maturity date showing[protected] and still i am paying the policy amount every month from ecs.

          This policy is for medical policy.

          I had called to the tata aia executive on 06-june 2019 for the medical facility obtain from my policy, they told me to contact rakshah tpa for mediclaim then i contacted the rkashah tpa they said they have data till 2014, your policy is not updated for the current period, then i again contacted the tata aia and send the email to them, the tata aia executive told me that we need to check with tpa for your details and we will let you know, i said that my policy maturity is now over but still i am paying the premium so i want the benefit as i was not checked the policy document i only checked the portal and the portal showing policy maturity date is 2043.

          Tata aia still not resolve my issue from last 3 week i followed with them no response from them.

          Please look it my issue and please sort out my problem so that i can get my policy benefit.

            yesterday i came to your insurance office regarding to clarify a doubt and i was likely to get an insurance in your reputed company .               Dear sir i raghav agarwal holding one policy no c[protected]
              Went with my father to your br kakurgachi in customer care regarding change of ownership. I wait there atleast 45 mins in your branch i request them that i had my tution please call us. After few mins our turn came and the officer who attend us he does not satisfy us and help us what is the process of changing the ownership of policy and every time busy in his mobile. When i protest he give us threathning. I also lodge complain in your complain register but he does not give any complian no when we again protest they give one no 56967378. And told us now you all go from here and lodge complian customer care through e mail and give this refrence.
              Please look into the matter.

                I have applied for term policy on 15/04/2019 and paid premium amount rs. 16, 697/- on 15/04/2019. I am fed up with you tata aia insurance team because they give me three times false assurance and not issue term policy. Therefore, i request you to cancel my term policy and return my premium amount immediately. This is my final decision.

                  Adarsh is company which are biggest fraudsters and have collected huge amount and hard cash by common people.
                  Govt. Of india, rbi, finance minister, president and prime minister should take immediate actions so that these cheaters should not run from india and each investor who got trapped by mistake in deposit information their hard cash money should be given relaxation soon by immediate refunds.

                    I had submitted cheque of rs 18, 172/- to agent mr vijaybhai doshi with your branch manager before 4-5 days, as i compare premium rates with policy bazaar, i think it will be benificial to me, so alos talked with online policy,
                    Mean while my cheque was deposited in tata aia bank account,
                    I finalised to purchase policy from your company but via policy bazaar online,
                    So i am requesting to discontinue my offline policy application & give my money back.

                      I have takn a policy on my mother name as i was told that i will be given health insurance my mother policy number is c[protected] name:kalavathi bai kolariya as i have taken the policy on one word that i would be given health insurance... I can provide u the agent name... His name is anand verma employee code is[protected]. As this guy approached me and said he would provide a family health insurance after believeing his words i took the insurance when i asked him about the health insurance he says he will done it soon it's been months he is just making me fool is this the way an agent just tell and make false promises just to make his targets i have been calling this man he doesn't want to reply as his job of fooling being done...

                      I did the policies in Dec 18. This is 5th month running and didn't receive bonds yet. I said to agent I need to go to out of India but she is disgusting she says will send me soon. But when it's been a long time she doesn't respond to my calls n msgs now.
                      Please help me further I need to leave India very soon. Or else just return my money.

                        Sir/madam, we want to bring to the company's notice that a particular agent is there in your company in 4-mangoe house, dal housie, kolkata, who is simply calling the customers all the time till night and harassing the customer about the topic which has no link or relation with the insurance. We are seriously a great sufferer of this agent. She does not have any work experience and is not able to clear any insurance related queries, only provoking the customer. How this type of fraud lady agent be-fooling the customer and got the job by somebody's recommendation where she is deteriorating the companies reputation. All companies are running with their valuable customer. Valued customers have the right to know about their investment. Our agent name is papiya basu.                           Employee Duties and Responsibilities
                          You will be starting at the Company at the designated position as per the Offer Letter. However you will be expected to perform the duties and responsibilities of the roles that will be assigned to you time to time by the Company.
                          You will be expected to display high levels of initiative and efficiency in your work. You are also expected to perform your duties and responsibilities meticulously and to the best of your capabilities and to the satisfaction of the Company. You are expected to shown this level of commitment for tasks that are part of your job profile and also any other task that you would be
                          reasonably expected to perform during your employment with the Company.
                          It is your responsibility to ensure quality output in all activities that you engage in either directly

                          CTC - Allowances, Gratuity, Taxes, Insurance

                          Travel

                          Posting / Transfer

                          Medical
                          Company may decide to terminate your employment based on valid medical advice that you have become physically/mentally incapacitated to such an extent that you are unable to deliver the responsibilities entrusted to you.

                          Working Hours, Holidays and Leave
                          Normal working hours of the company are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are holidays. Employees are provided with the opportunity to take 12 paid leave every year accrued at the rate of 1 leave per month. The company also provides 12 annual holidays announced at the beginning of every year. Except for emergencies and medical reasons leave

                          Intellectual Property Rights
                          The company will retain ownership of all intellectual properties generated during the course of your employment as part of your duties or associated responsibilities. All intellectual propertyights on all ‘works’ (as per Copyright Act, 1957 and subsequent amendments) generated or
                          modified by you individually or as part of a team during the course of your employment and as part of your employment will be wholly vested in the company. By this contract you have also undertaken to sign any associated documents to further confirm the above ownership. Unless permitted by an explicit agreement you are also bound to keep such matters confidential and
                          shall use such ‘work for the sole benefit of the Company as required by your employment.

                          Non Solicitation
                          During your employment with TATA PROJECTS LIMITED and for an year thereafter you shall not solicit any employee of the Company to leave their employment in order to join another company or provide services to another company/person/entity which is not affiliated to TATA PROJECTS LIMITED. You shall also not directly or indirectly on behalf of another person or
                          entity solicit or entice any customers or potential customers away from the company.

                          Non Disclosure
                          You agree to sign and be bound by the terms of the Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement required to be signed by you during the term of your employment with the Company and at all times thereafter. You also hereby agree to comply with the terms of any policies of the Company relating to the protection of confidential information from time to time.You are also required to strictly maintain as confidential and not divulge or communicate in any manner, any information regarding your remuneration / terms of employment to any other employee of the Company except your immediate superior. Any disclosure of confidential information will be considered a serious misconduct and breach of the terms of your
                          employment.

                          Training
                          The company may select and offer training for employees at the company location or outside at its own discretion. You will be required to attend these trainings and assignments
                          • any physical company documents that you may have in your possession
                          • any other company assets within your control like apartments, leases etc

                          Notice Period
                          A notice of 3 months is required during the first year of your employment with the company by either party to terminate this contract. In subsequent years either party may terminate the contract with a notice period of 1 month. Notice period is considered to start from the point the termination letter is received by the manager. However when situations warrant, as in the case of breach of policies, the company may decided to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

                              I have submitted my claim by signing in person at the policy office. This was rejected saying signature mismatch. This was not communicated i waited for 20 days and they didnt respond. Then i send a complaint only then i got a reply that signature mismatch. After i enxplained my situation and they responded twice that they will get back to me in 3 days now i send 12 reminders in 2 months no response from this irresponsible scrap company cheaters

                                I had bought a pension plan policy from Tata AIA on 26th August 2008. The policy matured on 26th August 2018. Instead of paying me my dues, Tata AIA is forcing me to buy another pension from the open market of 67% of the due amount. It is saying it has discontinued its pension policy and hence I will not be able to continue with the pension plan with Tata AIA.

                                Why is Tata AIA not giving me my full amount and instead forcing me to buy another pension plan from another company? This is highly unethical.

                                Sorry, but they have not been able to resolve the matter till now. Its been over a month now that the policy has matured. I would like to take the matter to court please.

On asking their id no., they are not telling, instead they (The callers) are constantly threatening over phone to take away all the insurance money if we do not pay premium or do or continue insurance policies. Kindly take immediate action to stop these kind of calls from tata aia or any other hoax calls.

                                  My policy premium due on 14/11 /2018 but I have already paid on 12/11/2018 although company laid ecs and my account was debited so I am suffering from bank charges and customer care phone charge are very high and customer care Ajent are not responsible for the same so I request you to please help me
                                  I want to cancel this policy because I want some changes in the policy and it is not possible in my continue Tata AIA policy. I want to go for 50 lakhs and want to go from limited pay to regular pay. and it is not possible in my continuing policy.
                                  My self was misguided by TATA AIA against recruitment in managerial post and misguided by they coy for which I was compel to invest 2.60 lakhs appx. Now I am not in a position to continue the policy due to financial hardship as well as daughter's marriage. I need money and hope TATA/AIA please be directed to refund the same against my application
