• You have terminated your employment with your previous employer (if any) in compliance with their terms and conditions •
There are no contractual obligations with respect to your earlier contracts that would prevent you from delivering your responsibilities with the Company or taking up this position with this Company •

• You are not bringing in any Intellectual Property that you do not have sole ownership of. This offer will be valid for 2 weeks from the date of this letter. Employment Terms and Conditions

Profile Verification
This offer is provisional to the verification of details furnished by you during the discussions and interviews held so far. If any of these details are found to be be incorrect or falsified at any point of time during your employment, this offer letter, and/or subsequent employment status stands
canceled with immediate effect.

Employee Duties and Responsibilities
You will be starting at the Company at the designated position as per the Offer Letter. However you will be expected to perform the duties and responsibilities of the roles that will be assigned to you time to time by the Company.
You will be expected to display high levels of initiative and efficiency in your work. You are also expected to perform your duties and responsibilities meticulously and to the best of your capabilities and to the satisfaction of the Company. You are expected to shown this level of commitment for tasks that are part of your job profile and also any other task that you would be
reasonably expected to perform during your employment with the Company.
It is your responsibility to ensure quality output in all activities that you engage in either directly
as an individual or as a team member/leader. As a full time employee you shall devote your time and capabilities for the discharge of your duties and responsibilities. You also agree to not engage in commercial activities that could conflict with your time and availability for delivering your responsibilities with the Company during your employment with the Company. You are however free to engage in not-for-profit activities while you are not under official duty and outside of your office hours.

CTC - Allowances, Gratuity, Taxes, Insurance
The CTC agreed upon by this contract will be inclusive of your PF, allowances, gratuity, insurance and any associated components. You will have the option to discuss the percentages of these components with the Company.

Travel
You may also be required to travel as part of your employment. You will be intimated ahead of time to give you sufficient time to prepare for this.

Posting / Transfer
Although your first posting is as per the Offer Letter you are liable to be posted to any department/ office of the Company or its partners or customers in India or abroad as required by your job profile and needs of the business at the discretion of the company.

Medical
Company may decide to terminate your employment based on valid medical advice that you have become physically/mentally incapacitated to such an extent that you are unable to deliver the responsibilities entrusted to you.

Working Hours, Holidays and Leave
Normal working hours of the company are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are holidays. Employees are provided with the opportunity to take 12 paid leave every year accrued at the rate of 1 leave per month. The company also provides 12 annual holidays announced at the beginning of every year. Except for emergencies and medical reasons leave
will be granted only on 3 days prior notice and approval by your managers.

Intellectual Property Rights
The company will retain ownership of all intellectual properties generated during the course of your employment as part of your duties or associated responsibilities. All intellectual propertyights on all ‘works’ (as per Copyright Act, 1957 and subsequent amendments) generated or
modified by you individually or as part of a team during the course of your employment and as part of your employment will be wholly vested in the company. By this contract you have also undertaken to sign any associated documents to further confirm the above ownership. Unless permitted by an explicit agreement you are also bound to keep such matters confidential and
shall use such ‘work for the sole benefit of the Company as required by your employment.

Non Solicitation
During your employment with TATA PROJECTS LIMITED and for an year thereafter you shall not solicit any employee of the Company to leave their employment in order to join another company or provide services to another company/person/entity which is not affiliated to TATA PROJECTS LIMITED. You shall also not directly or indirectly on behalf of another person or
entity solicit or entice any customers or potential customers away from the company.

Non Disclosure
You agree to sign and be bound by the terms of the Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non-Competition Agreement required to be signed by you during the term of your employment with the Company and at all times thereafter. You also hereby agree to comply with the terms of any policies of the Company relating to the protection of confidential information from time to time.You are also required to strictly maintain as confidential and not divulge or communicate in any manner, any information regarding your remuneration / terms of employment to any other employee of the Company except your immediate superior. Any disclosure of confidential information will be considered a serious misconduct and breach of the terms of your
employment.

Training
The company may select and offer training for employees at the company location or outside at its own discretion. You will be required to attend these trainings and assignments
• any physical company documents that you may have in your possession
• any other company assets within your control like apartments, leases etc

Notice Period
A notice of 3 months is required during the first year of your employment with the company by either party to terminate this contract. In subsequent years either party may terminate the contract with a notice period of 1 month. Notice period is considered to start from the point the termination letter is received by the manager. However when situations warrant, as in the case of breach of policies, the company may decided to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

      I have submitted my claim by signing in person at the policy office. This was rejected saying signature mismatch. This was not communicated i waited for 20 days and they didnt respond. Then i send a complaint only then i got a reply that signature mismatch. After i enxplained my situation and they responded twice that they will get back to me in 3 days now i send 12 reminders in 2 months no response from this irresponsible scrap company cheaters
      Friends please stay away from any of their products

      I have paid renewal prem of Rs.12, 672/-against Tata Aia Mahalife Gild policy vide Policy No.C[protected] on dtd.14.09.18 but still now Ihave not received the Premium payment receipt or Premium certificate.Please send it thu mail immediatly
      Ref my application dated 14th and 22nd Nov 2018 regarding return of investment amount in Tata AIA. But till amount not returned. The amount was invested due to mislead by coy against my selection in managerial post. Previously ECS payment stopped by the Coy . Request to return amount.

        I had bought a pension plan policy from Tata AIA on 26th August 2008. The policy matured on 26th August 2018. Instead of paying me my dues, Tata AIA is forcing me to buy another pension from the open market of 67% of the due amount. It is saying it has discontinued its pension policy and hence I will not be able to continue with the pension plan with Tata AIA.

        Why is Tata AIA not giving me my full amount and instead forcing me to buy another pension plan from another company? This is highly unethical.

        I have uploaded the policy details in an image since the portal does not uploading of PDF files.
        Sorry, but they have not been able to resolve the matter till now. Its been over a month now that the policy has matured. I would like to take the matter to court please.

          We are getting plenty of calls from tata aia (As they are claiming to call from tata aia) and harassing ladies (Me, my mother) and senior citizen father from no. S starting with +91140..., from no. S [protected] (Eg. On 29.08.2018 at about 13:14 hr.). On asking their id no., they are not telling, instead they (The callers) are constantly threatening over phone to take away all the insurance money if we do not pay premium or do or continue insurance policies. Kindly take immediate action to stop these kind of calls from tata aia or any other hoax calls.

          My policy premium due on 14/11 /2018 but I have already paid on 12/11/2018 although company laid ecs and my account was debited so I am suffering from bank charges and customer care phone charge are very high and customer care Ajent are not responsible for the same so I request you to please help me
          I want to cancel this policy because I want some changes in the policy and it is not possible in my continue Tata AIA policy. I want to go for 50 lakhs and want to go from limited pay to regular pay. and it is not possible in my continuing policy.
          My self was misguided by TATA AIA against recruitment in managerial post and misguided by they coy for which I was compel to invest 2.60 lakhs appx. Now I am not in a position to continue the policy due to financial hardship as well as daughter's marriage. I need money and hope TATA/AIA please be directed to refund the same against my application

            Dividend rs. 3590 and coupon rs. 5000 relating to policy no.               Your diagnosis at bankers heart institute state that i have an elevated blood sugar level. Your reports are attached with this message. After consulting my family doctor i conducted an extensive test for checking my sugar. The reports are absolutely normal which are attached here.
              I need a justification from the company. Please explain me exactly what do you mean by elevated sugar level in my report which were conducted by your side.
              I am also ready to undergo all the test once again. So i request you to consider my application once again until the same criteria.

                  I have just passed out my diploma in mechanical engineering. I submitted the resume on shine.com. After a day a fraud agent called me and says he can offered opportunities for job in tata projects on 22k scale. When i was finding a help on google it's clear me, many students are lost 1350 rupees. They are also said that to pay an online amount of 1350 but i did not accept it. One important thing is that they always call again and again until u can not pay the money. So i would suggest all the technical students that be aware from this fake agents

                    We have taken "tata aia life insurance mahalife supreme" policy and paid premium for two years (72, 163+71, 085). Policy was issued on 27-dec-2012 for 15 years premium payment term.

                    After that, we unable to make payment due to personal problems. Now, customer care team has informed me to surrender the policy and get the settlement amount of 42, 769/- only.

                    I have paid the total premium amount 143, 248 but they are ready to settle 42, 769 only. Whether i can do anything legally to get whatever i paid as i didn't benefit anything from the policy?. Please advise. Thanks,

                      Few minutes back, the mentioned party [protected] (Unknown name from truecaller it's mentioned as raman) talked with me and asked sbi bank account no for crediting amount. I too informed. But continuously asking to keep my debit card for giving information about one time password. So i disconnected. For your information, i'm submitting report against this. So please take action against this fellow please.
                      My agency name mr. Ganeshbabu. My name is n. D. Premkumar policy no. U[protected]. He told my address and previous a. C. Details too. But he informed that thro' the previous a. C, he couldn't processed to credit amount. The fraud talked likewise and asked current a. C no. I too informed but suddenly he misguided to keep the card and pin details. So i disconnected.                         The above policy was due for payment on 26.03.2018. We approached your office at manjira mall, kukatpally, hyderabad on 23.03.2018 for closure. As intimation for closure was not received from your office, the same was mentioned on a white paper duly affixing rs.1/- revenue stamp. The communication address and bank account details and mobile number were updated on same day itself. But the surrender process was not done on the same day. As surrender process was done on 26.03.2018, we are asked to deposit the 2/3rd of maturity amount towards purchasing annuity plan which we are not interested. I have clearly mentioned to close the policy on 23rd of march and submitted the original policy treating as premature closure.                               Tata aia (Previously tata aig). I purchased tata aig life (Invest assure ii) insurance for premium of rs. 25000/- pa. First installment paid on 28.11.2007. Thereafter for two consecutive years (Total 3) installments (2007, 2008, 2009) were paid. Total amount paid rs. 75000/-
                              Policy no. U[protected], policy date 28.11.2007
                              After my retirement when i contacted them they informed that the account shown as closed and paid. They informed that the amount could not be paid to me and lying with them. The payable amount tata aia informed that is about rs. 92000/- only.
                              I, several times contacting the company (Through emails) and sent all the required documents as asked. Pan, aadhar, bank passbook, transaction details, certificate of bank etc. Nevertheless the company is not paying the amount. They are not allowing me to open and view my policy on-line.
                              They require to disclose the calculation of payable amount. After about 11 years of investment of rs. 75000/- the amount they are paying only about rs. 92000/-
                              Only 0.02 percent return after 11 years for rs. 75000/- which is absurd. The matter require investigation. This is hard earned money kept for old age. At last the company returning the amount with only 0.02 percent. Reply is solicited. No amount yet been paid after communication.
                              Company to disclose the details calculation with rules/acts/directions on which the increase of wealth is 0.02% for long period of 11 years.

                                My name is anil kumar and my policy no. Is c[protected] and i have paid two payments for one premium through online by my two sbi accounts for same policy (C[protected] due to your server site problem.

                                When i paid first time online on 17 feb 2018 from my one sbi account then your site was no responding so i used other atm card (My wife sbi account) of same policy.

                                And after that 2 payment cut message of 10238 rs show on my mobile message box cut from my two sbi accounts (Me and my wife account)...

                                Please resolve my problem..

                                And please give me return one payment of 10238 rs and i attached all snap shot of my cut payments which is atm slip snapshot and my passbook snap shot and my payment cut message of my mobile message snapshot

                                      Hi, i have a policy of tata aia life, policy no. C[protected], dated 20-sep-2011 and paid 1st year policy annually amt. Rs. 21307/- but next year in 2012, was not able to pay policy amt. Due to my family problem (Health problem of my mother/father and wife - my wife suffering from spine tb, my father suffering from heart problem) and policy lapsed.

                                      I have raised a written request to tata aia life company customer care on mail to close policy and refund my policy paid amt. Only but they are deny my request. So request you to please help and support to refund my policy paid amt. Rs. 21307/-
