[Resolved] Tikona — 80% times - service disruption

I had a very bad experience with Tikona. My customer ID is [protected] and I live in Wakad Pune. I got the connection 2 days back and paid 3700 upfront for 6 months. The technician was very prompt in coming and setting up the connection. However, the service is really bad. 80% of the times, the network is not available (both wired and through wifi). I have tried calling service center 4-5 times. They said that they will fix the connection and somebody will call back. No body calls back, nobody fixes the connection. The local guy has stopped picking up the phone too. I had a very pathetic experience with tikona. Kindly help me get this resolved.
