[Resolved] Tikona — Broadband fraud bill | |||||
Hi, I was upset with the service and after installation broadband was not working properly. So I made cancellation request on 24 sept 2015, paid all legal bills. After discussion they told give us one chance to correct your technical things. After technician came, not able to correct. I made again send reminders mails to cancels. I have paid the bills upto Nov 15. Still they not disconnected, and saying to pay Dec 2015. After too much of emails and customer care, some how disconnection done, but with false bills for Dec 2015. They are forcing me to pay and sending legal notices. Please help me is this. I have been calling the customer care from 2 days to change my plan and they are keeping my call on waiting for 20 minutes and they even did not change my plan and their network speed is not as per the subscribed plan.Tikona — Not working internet properly after installation
