Tikona — Pathetic service and mental harassment | |||
Hello sir / madam, I am writing this complaint after great disappointment and harassment from tikona broad band. I have registered numerous complaints about network issues since december but till may 17th not even a single engineer visited me to resolve the issue. I have been having connectivity issues almost every day (May be a week or two would be smooth) since december 2015. As i was not getting any resolution for my complaints i stopped making payments. I have even requested the customer care reps to disconnect my services but i was denied of that too. It has been an utter waste of my time with tikona and more importantly the kind of stress they have put me through. I would be happy to take this to the court if assisted. Tikona — problem in router

Tikona — Very low speed
I have taken a plan of 4MB. we are receiving under 1mb speed on a single computer. Please look in to the matter and resolve the problem.
