    I booked a bus ticket for my uncle from "travelyaari.com" .
    But the BUS is cancelled before the departure time itself. So my uncle could not travel through the bus. Second day, when I requested for refund, the travelyaari customer care said that the bus was not cancelled and passenger also travelled through the bus. Then I called the Bus owner/dealer (Sai Travels, near Shantidoot Hotel, Dadar) and asked about the refund. He said that the refund process is already started and the money is refunded. But I didn't get any amount. Please help me to get the refund back into my account. The ticket details are as follows:

      I have booked below mentioned tickets from madurai to bangalore, now i want to cancel those.

      I tried cancelling by giving PNR number and ticket number, its showing below error
      'There is some error in cancelling ticket, please call customer care'
      I tried calling customer care they told me to sent an email to [protected]@travelyaari.com, still didn't get any reply.

      Could you please help me to cancel those 4 tickets and re-fund for the same.

      Let me know if any concerns.

        I had booked 2 seats as per ticket no.[protected] for a bus departing from ludhiana to delhi at 9;55 p.m. in the name of anil wadhwa and veena wadhwa bearing seat number 14 & 13. the bus was to start it's journey from ludhiana general bus stand counter number 6 and the same was duly confirmed by travelyaari.com on 19th april 2016 at 3:12 p.m.
        But on reaching the ludhiana bus stand at counter 6, i kept on waiting along with my ailing wife, i found that no such bus as confirmed by the travelyaari.com arrived at the respective counter . even after expiry of the scheduled departure time, no one informed us about the fate of the bus and on contacting the travelyaari.com personnel, he took no responsibility of cancellation of bus or suggesting some alternate mode of our journey. even he asked me that informing the customer regarding cancellation of a particular route is not a part of their service. the bus operator also didn't paid any heed when contacted on telephone.
        In this way we had to suffer a lot due to harassment caused on the part of both the travelyaari.com and operator prtc for not providing a little bit of the services which is purely a part of duty.
        So, i hereby request that following compensation be given to me for deficiency/negligence on the part of travelyaari.com
        1. refund of ticket charges amounting rs. 1274/-
        2. mental harassment caused due to sudden cancellation and not taking any responsibility of informing me about the same before hand amounting to rs. 10, 000/- (though it has no value in terms of money)

            Hi i booked 1 ticket at 20th april 2016, detailmention below

            I was waiting from 9.30 to 10.30 pm, there was no bus at all, then after i called to travelyaari.com and i asked to provide the details of that bus they provided me the two numbers [protected], [protected], tried on both, one of them was switch off and other one was a wrong number so they have taken the driver on conference and warned his driver to updated the number for passenger, these whole drama was repeated three time, my call got disconnected three times and they said that they are sending a email regarding it, got no response till today, just told him that i want my money back in this case (Full refund)... Never ever seen any fraud like this

              I booked for the sheetal simba bus. Bt driver switched off his phone to have good sleep and did not call for the bs. I have waited for long time. I lost my journey and 1 day pay for office. Again big harrasment for the same in office. I need imidiate refund and my loss of pay. And straight away remove the bus. The worlds worst bus service is from sheetal travels. Its good to go by auto that going by sheetal bus. Imidiate support require. All issue will go higher and higher.. And may cause harm to both travelyari and sheetal simba.. The worlds worst bus.

                    As one day i had booked a bus ticket from travel yari app but didnt book the seat instead off 2 time my money was taken by ur app first i was using net banking then payment taken but due to some software problem my seat was not book n second time i used payment through payatm walle result was same my total amount was 465+485 =950 was taken by travel yari i want refund my money imediately as soon as possible n the worst thing is that customer care no one giving a response...

                        I had book ticket on dated 1/6/16 from travelyaari.com at 11.20 am for journey to pune to nashik with fare Rs 608. This amt. deducted from my bank a/c but ticket was not booked.

                          Shame on your service !!

                          As discussed, on the number mentioned on the site [protected] we called customer support satish kumar from customer service end.

                          We were present at the stop sharp 8.10 pm at jagtap dairy sai chowk
                          Driver did not came on time and called us around 8.30 saying bus will reach aurangabad around 2 am in the morning .
                          We called the driver and left us and went
                          Without taking our pick up when we were calling the bus operator for the confirmation of the timing when we will reach aurangabad .

                          As driver said he will drop us by 2 am in the morning and in the site it is mentioned 5.15 am arrival time.

                          We called multiple time to the driver he left and did not picked up us from the location . We called operator and said the driver left . He said he is at yerwada and come there in 10 min .How this is possible to go from jagtap dairy to yerwada in 10 min.

                          Then operator of the bus said he cant do anything and asked to call on site number travelyarri site .
                          We shared all the details to satish he said he is checking on this. From 9.00 pm to 10.57 pm we two lady standing at the pick location waiting for the solution .

                          At last they said they cant do anything .
                          Literally your company service made us to cry with helpless situation standing at the roadside with no help.

                          We are helpless and waiting for the justice on this ..
                          We had waisted our money time and also missed going home in all this circumstances.

                          We want answer on this as we did not got any service from your end.

                          A)please arrange any alternative right now
                          B) refund our complete money

                                I HAD VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH Travelyaari's BUS SERVICE.
                                As you can check in attachment, i had booked a ticket on 18/02/16 (10 pm)
                                for satara to mumbai bus which should be reached at 11.15 on their boarding point. I was reached at location on mentioned time but did not get after 15 mins i had tried to call provided contact no. but not anserwed from local bus as well as travelyaari lines getting continues engadge. i stand there arround 2 hours and hopping for good news..
                                but i lost my 650 Rs and spend 2 hours with fear terror beacause not any person available on their mentioned boarding point.who was if responcible if any incident was hapend with me???
                                finnaly i took lift from truck at 2 am.

                                    I dont have any Good thing to say about Travelyaari. As i have got cheated by them. I suggest Noboday should go with them to provide the service.

                                    I have worked for them few months as a SEO Consultant and few o[censored]s worked on Social media content writing also. They have been postponing the Dates But Never Paid.

                                      On 17.12.2015, i made on line booking for Aurangabad Mumbai bus of Humsafar. While transaction was in progress and amount Rs.934/- deducted from my bank account, due to network problem, further process was incomlete. I could not get online ticket from your company. Thus the amount received from my bank account ought to have refunded. However, inspite of my repeated endeavour it is invain.
                                      It amounts to unfair and cheating of a consumer. It may be redressed in court of law. However, to avoid unnecessary hardship, i request to take positive steps in the matter.

                                        I'd like to report an incident of terrible customer service dished out to me.
                                        I had a confirmed ticket (ticket number mentioned above in the subject) for Mumbai to Ahmedabad via National Travels (ABD) on 24th December, 2015 at 10:40 pm.
                                        The bus was cancelled without any prior intimation via call, SMS, email.
                                        I ended up running around and had to make a new booking directly with the same operator, with an additional charge of INR 1200.
                                        The SMS sent did not have the bus number, nor were the phone numbers that were provided helpful.

                                        Please find the screenshots attached.

                                        Please look into this issue and provide me with a satisfactory resolution.
