Worst Services I have ever experienced

There is no proper communication. No response from booking office and even from Travelyaari Office Your phone line is ridiculous. No proper route details and destination details of bus. Totally waste of money and additional headache. Never suggest anyone for Travelyaari in my life to anyone....

Bus Cancelled for raising fares

I got call from travelyaari saying that the bus has been cancelled due to some technical reason but I can see the same bus on the site with many seats booked and fare raised to Rs.1000. It seems like bus operator want to earn extra money and cancelled previously booked tickets which is causing inconvinience to people like me....

I've booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad for travel date on 11th Oct 2014. The schedule departure of the bus was 11 PM from Hebbal, Bangalore. The bus got cancelled but no information was provided until we called the helpline. There was lot of trouble for getting a seat with different bus at that time.
