On 25 feb 2015 I generated 2 tickets from your portal. Travel date 27 feb 2015 pune to indore by Paulo PNR - P[protected] 01 mar 2015 indore to pune by Hans. PNR[protected] While boarding the Paulo bus yesterday we came to know that the booking had happened for date 27 march 2015 instead of 27 feb 2015, but my return ticket is correctly booked. What is surprising that the system has generated a return ticket which is before travel date while the travel date is 01 month ahead. This gitch on the part of your booking portal has caused severe inconvenience to me. I am expecting complete refund of my amount without any deduction what so ever. The same has been informed today to your executive Mr. Prashant on[protected] Awaiting you immediate response and solutions.

    Booked tickets for 2*2 HVAC bus from Jalandhar to Delhi.. But at the time to board bus Another bus 3*2 HVAC was there .. on the request for cancellation the authorities said that they mailed and the money will be refunded.. so I board the anther bus.. But after 1 week know they are saying that they can't do anything.
    They are just cheating their customers

      Hi, I booked ticket on 19th Jan from Pune to Latur, Ticket No[protected]. Bus got cancelled these people not informed me.No SMS or no call from till the last moment.When I called them they are saying this bus is cancelled. Worst service I ever faced. About the refund whenever I called they wont respond most of the time. Please refund my money ASAP. Thanks

        There is no proper communication. No response from booking office and even from Travelyaari Office Your phone line is ridiculous. No proper route details and destination details of bus. Totally waste of money and additional headache. Never suggest anyone for Travelyaari in my life to anyone.

          Sir, I have booked Three Ticket Via TravelYaari.com Date Journey For PNR. No. Amount (Rs) Payment Gateway 29-12-14 Chhatarpur-Indore [protected] 600 .00 Paytm- Offering 30%* (125 Rs. Max cash back) 29-12-14 Bhopal-Chhatarpur [protected] 400.00 29-12-14 Bhopal-Chhatarpur [protected] 400.00 But due to some critical weather and health condition I had to go for cancellation of all of these tickets on 01-01-15 two days before actual journey which as per cancellation charges deserves 30 % deduction so three Cancellation receipts with refunds calculation generated as follow Date Journey For PNR. No. Amount to be Refunded (Rs.) 01-01-15 Chhatarpur-Indore [protected] 480.00 01-01-15 Bhopal-Chhatarpur [protected] 280.00 01-01-15 Bhopal-Chhatarpur [protected] 315.00 Total 1075.00 So as per receipt Rs. 1075.00 is the amount to be refunded however only 645 Rs. refunded subtracting 370 Rs., whereas no such condition at the time of booking was mentioned on booking portal and no such additional deduction was reflected leaving 30% cancellation charge in cancellation receipt generated automatically at the time of cancellation. I have discussed more than 4 to five times on 5th Jan 2015 with Mr. Hiren, Mr. Harshal, Mr. Ravi who were representing customer desk via phone [protected] (TravelYari Customer Care No.) in reply orally they said that this charge is deducted as cash back charges Rs. 370 which you received at the time of booking Via Paytm Gateway. At the time of booking no such condition was mentioned at portal which led me to book and later cancel my ticket looking a refund amount on cancellation receipt one after another which were not actualize in real.             I have booked a ticket from Pune to Nagpur having PNR[protected], Ticket no.[protected] and fare Rs.900. I got call from travelyaari saying that the bus has been cancelled due to some technical reason but I can see the same bus on the site with many seats booked and fare raised to Rs.1000. It seems like bus operator want to earn extra money and cancelled previously booked tickets which is causing inconvinience to people like me. If bus fare is not feasible to operator then it should not be displayed at all. Please do the needful action against it.

              My pnr[protected]. Travel from Aurangabad to Bharuch. Wrong sit provided. I have already infom to banglore & pune office but not provded satisfactory answer. I have booked two seperate sit but at sit it was four joint sit I have requested at new punjab travel office agent as per hom he cant help because i have done ticket from travelyaari .com. I have travel with my wife & suffer a lot and not getting proper reply. Awaiting your reply otherwise in futur i will not book a single ticket from your site. Thanks, Pankaj

                I've booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad for travel date on 11th Oct 2014. The schedule departure of the bus was 11 PM from Hebbal, Bangalore. The bus got cancelled but no information was provided until we called the helpline. There was lot of trouble for getting a seat with different bus at that time. This is a serious issue with the site as we have booked the ticket 24 hrs before travel time.

                  I hav booked mticket no.[protected], pnr[protected] from delhi to ludhiana 14.05.2014 seat no. 3, punbus jalandhar depot 2 starts from delhi at 11.55 pm. I regret to inform you that at just before the departure time, the bu provied was ordinary (Ac) 3x2 coach highly unconfortable against the 2x2 coach volvo type seat booked credit card . It is submitted that difference in fare may be refunded to me under intimation by giving necessary credit to my card wher from i have paid for the tickets for rs 427/-. I hope to get immediate response from you.

                    booked three tickets on 29/08/2014 thru Travalyaari my payment link did not work and within seconds I got a call from call centre girl who helped me with another payment link. But it debited me twice for the Rs 1290/- . My agony did not end there. When I went to board the bus the travel company KPN did not allow me to board the bus because the SMS you sent me does not have the ticket no. It had PNR no. but no ticket no. But my fellow passengers who had redbus sms was able to travel. I immediately called their customer care to ask for the ticket number. Even with the PNR no I received from the SMS they could not trace my ticket no instead he said it was my mistake that I did not carry the print out. Even if it is my mistake why are they are not able to help me with the PNR no I received in the SMS? Why KPN is accepting Redbus SMS and not travelyaari? If KPN is not accepting their SMS why I was not told before or after booking the tickets.? Did they inform that in SMS or before proceeding to the payment or in the ticket I received? When you have not any of these things that you are supposed to do why your customer care is blaming me that I should have carried the print out so it was my mistake. When other travels are okay with the SMS how will I know that this travels will accept your SMS and others won’t unless you inform me? When the customer care executive can call within few seconds of my payment failure and make sure that my tickets are booked why they are not ready to help me with the ticket no even with the PNR no in the SMS and keep saying that I made the mistake. I regret the day I first saw your site now atleast save me the pain of going through your customer care for the refund of the extra amount debited from my account. Because if I am afraid if I do contact your customer care they might even say that it was my mistake to choose TRAVELYAARI and not the market leader.

The bus details are:- Paulo Travels - King Size - KingSize AC Family Sit/Sleeper Passenger Name Seat No Gender Status Dwarkadas Bhandari 4 M Confirmed Manish Bhandari 3 M Confirmed PNR: 06082014/00000117/1884253 Ticket No:[protected] My brother received the message that the bus has got cancelled. I registered the complain on 12th Aug. I have called the customer care four times and still the request is not processed.                         I had booked a seat for my wife in a bus of Punbus (Punjab) through travelyaari.com on[protected] for a journey from Chandigarh to Jagraon vide PNR No.[protected] and Ticket No.[protected] for Rs. 142/-. However, on reaching the bus stand, I was informed that the bus trip had been cancelled because of some political rally and the refund would be sent to my bank account automatically within a few days. When the refund was not made, I wrote emails dated 07.07.2013, 05.08.2013, 04.09.2013 & 25.11.2013. I was once informed that they had filed TDS with Punbus for full refund. After that they stopped responding to my emails. Of course, no refund was ever made. I even visited the counter of Punbus twice but to no avail.                             I booked a bus from Mumbai to Bangalore on 24th May 2014, @8PM from Sion circle Bangalore. I missed my bus because of incomplete information and carelessness of Travelyaari.com and the bus which didn't came to the said place and left the passenger.They made a loss of 1750 for me. 1)They wasted my time. I was wandering all over sion for buses. 2)Travelyaaari didn't provide any information of its office and information of Sharma transports details in m-Ticket 3)Location mentioned was SION circle and bus agent didn't contacted me and when i called through Travelyaari.com, they said they were waiting at some other place, which was not mentioned in m-Ticket and as well as website when i bought the ticket. 4)Still no refund has been done. I completed my office work and came home, packed my stuff and reached Sion [protected]@ 7:45, where i usually board Sharma transports buses(traveled earlier in same Sharma transports at same time two months earlier). I waited till 8 'o clock, i couldn't see the bus. When i opened m-Ticket. I was shocked that i couldn't find Details of Travelyaari/Sharma transports. Then, i called Travelyaari through a contact got from my mail. Then bus agent called me and had long talk, wasted my time and money.

                              I am complaining about Blue World Tourist service which had put me in such a dangerous situation that I am now going to complaint in Consumer court against it and travelyaari.com. I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Dehradun which was supposed to leave at 23:00 on 14/03/2014. Once I reached the address specified in the ticket the staff at the Blue World Tourist service had asked me to take a cab to the buses which were parked far from the office(which was another hassle). When I got on the bus and showed the PNR/ticket no in my mobile the bus driver said, there is no record of that ticket and I had to get off. My fiancée was calling the Blue World Tourist office when I had informed him the same and he was being asked which bus I had boarded which is even more ridiculous as the staff should have directed me to the proper bus(It was the right bus). Anyways, after all that argument with the bus driver he was adamant that the ticket was invalid and he refused to take me on-board. With Delhi's reputation I was so scared about my situation that day because I am not from Delhi and I didn't knew where to go as well. The bus driver was already in a squabble with few other guys about similar issue, they had booked the tickets but he was not letting them on-board. Luckily a woman had offered me a seat as the person who she was supposed to be traveling with didn't turn up. I want answers and I hold you both, travelyaari.com and Blue World Tourism responsible for this. See you in Court!!

                              i recently travelled from delhi to haldwani, in a hurry i was held by one broker who told me there is a bus leaving right now, i followed him, he took me to a man, who booked my ticket 2 people for 600 each, and was promised its an ac volvo bus.after paymnt he took me to a bus at 10am, blueworldtourist.com UP22 (T7729) bus was too filthy, with no ac, smelling, filled with construction workers, whose socks were smelling, i told him no, refund my money, they told me, cant refund once payment made, i was very dissapointed, the bus started 3 hours later at 1 pm.we cried swith on ac, but they told us, ac is not working, they stopped at numerous locations to fill passengers, we were treated as cattles.very dissapointed with this service.never travel by this bus .i[censored] want to save yourself with himulation

                                  On 02/07/2013 I booked 3 online tickets through travelyaari.com from Delhi to Ludhiana, 7:30 am, seat no. 37, 38, 39 in Punjab Roadways HVAC Bus costs Rs. 1053 .The bus was scheduled on 03/07/2013 but due to the strike of Punjab Roadways, it was cancelled . I talked to the helpline no. for refund of my fare, they told me that it will be refund to you within 1 month but till now i didn't get my money back. I called them many times but got the same response so now I am left with just one option i.e to dodge a complain against them . kindly help to get refund of the same as soon as possible .                                     I had booked two tickets for an AC sleeper bus from Mahableshwar to Mumbai for September 23, 2013. Suddenly I get a call a day before my travel date that the bus is canceled and I will get the refund. I tried my best to tell these people that my wife has a leg problem and we can't travel in sitter busses. However all he said was either take this or we will process the refund. Given it was just a day before my travelling date, the bus fares has shot up. When I tried to contact the Neeta Volvo helpline they blunty hung up after saying that you have booked tickets from travelyari so bother them and not us. Finally with no option we had to travel in semi sleeper. This is absolutely cheating customers. You charge us for sleeper and give us a semi sleeper pathetic bus. Also when we boom a ticket and cancel it we are charged a bomb cancelation fees Dont understand why was the bus changed. Also the rude behavior of your call center people and while on roaming I had to make 15 calls to get my ticket confirmed. My pnr number was 11950284. I made a big mistake by trusting this bogus website. On complaining about the issue, they simply replied we provided an alternative as if it was a favour bestowed upon us. Beleive its a strategy they will make you pay for sleeper buses and end up calling on the last day and throw a unviable option of a sitter bus or semi sleeper bus and you have no option but to accept it.                                       I booked a ticket from travelyaari.com on 31st may 2013 for 2 persons from Pune to Surat. But since website was slow, so tickets were not booked but amount Rs 1820 got deducted. Then i got a call from travelyaari agent that she will book ticket for me and given a link for payment and assured me that I will get back my deducted amount. This time tickets were booked and again Rs 1820 got deducted. She assured me that I will get back money for uncompleted transaction within 78 hours but i have not got the payment yet.
