A guy came for ac relocation and placement, but he billed for only relocation and kept rest in his pocket he also damaged my copper pipe willingly so that he can place his pipe and charge more also I checked my thin pipe has a sharp bend and its leaking, even pipes are not insulated well he insulated them with salotape.

Also he was shouting on my dad and it was lime threatening

    I have booked a chimney repair. The technician stated that, motor needs to be replaced and took chimney to his shop. After 3 days he returned with dented chimney.. pathetic service by urban company. Please hire some professional.

        We had appointed a uc carpenter for fixing dispensers. The uc carpenter damaged the internal washroom pipe while doing so and ran away. When contacted uc they did not take any responsibility of the same.
        The management and staff could not use washroom as there was no water due to the damage. Moreover the entire cost of repair was borne by us on the damage done by uc technician. Pfa the audio clip.

        Awaiting to hear back and get a resolution on the same

          Called people from urban clap for AC installation.But whatever services they have promised were not fulfilled. The technicians were not trained for the job we asked for.
          It was not a good experience at all and I will definitely not recommend your services to others. What I wanted was professional work which was lacking for the price I will have to pay after the completion.
          Please look into it and send trained people for the service.

            Hi,
            I am forced to write this as couldn't get my issues resolved. I initially booked for AC service in March wherein person from UC came and advised that the AC gas need to be filled as it's having low gas. As advised I agreed and technician filled the gas. Again I face problem in AC (trip of compressor frequently), accordingly Again I booked UC for said issue. The technician visited and advised that the AC had excess Gass in it and it needs to be released to sort the issue being faced. I told him about the previous activity, to which he said the only solution is to release a small amount of Gass. Again I trusted UC technician and he performed the activity.
            Now Again I face similar problem where in I called UC technician, who visited our site and said that still requires release of Gass, due excess Gass in compressor. This time he advised to get the whole Gass emptied and refill to be done. I was asked tp pay huge amount.
            I denied and wanted to state that this was not my fault and fault of the technician, either the first one or the second one, since due to their fault I am facing regular problems.
            But to my surprise UC representative didn't listen to me and asked me to pay or else no work will be done.
            I need solution to this!

                Urban company used to be a reliable source for getting people for various jobs...now ...they have very arrogant technicians... i doubt if they even meet up with the people onboard (technicians)...even after repeated emails to urban company the matters don't get sorted. This proves that Urban Company is incapable of reprimanding its technicians for things not done with proper protocol.

                Is giving a bill for a A/C PCB such a big deal??? that its taking up all the time on earth?????

                PFA mail sent to Urban Company on 28th June to which no firm action has been taken yet... my husband had sent 3 mails till now and we are still awaiting closure from the technician as well as Urban Company.

                This is with regards to AC repair booked on 22nd May, the technician came and did initial work on 23rd May 2021. Technician's name is Suraj Swami ([protected]). The service was booked from Vaidehi Kulkarni and her number is [protected].
                He mentioned that PCB has been damaged in Daikin AC and had taken the parts to investigate further. He mentioned that work will finish in 4 - 5 days. However there was no communication from his side. I had to call him again and again to know the status. On 9th June 2021 he called and mentioned that the PCB is faulty and needs to be replaced. He said that the part will cost INR 6500 and that I have to transfer the money now so that he can order. I transferred the money on the same day itself (pic for the transfer attached) and reminded him that I will need the bill and part replaced on the day he will come to finish his work. Same was confirmed by him.
                On 21st June he called to confirm that he is coming the next day to finish the work, at that time also I reminded him about the bill to which he confirmed that he will get it tomorrow. On 22nd June, when he arrived to complete the task, he was talking with someone over the phone that he had been to the village and returned yesterday only. So it is not acceptable that we have been waiting for almost a month for our AC to get fixed and he did not have courtesy to call and inform.
                After completing the repair work, he asked if servicing needed to be done. I confirmed to get the AC servicing done. After completing the servicing, I asked him how much extra to be paid. He confirmed INR 1500 (INR 1200 for AC Servicing and INR 300 for previous pending amount.) That time he mentioned that he did not carry the bill as he was carrying too much stuff. Please explain how much a piece of paper weighs? Also he mentioned that I have received the rough bill but i haven't made it a final bill yet. So if you are ordering any part directly from the company I don't think you will receive a rough bill?
                Later we gave a bad review or feedback for the service and we received a call from the customer care agent. He took the technician on a conference call, where he agreed to come the next day and give me the bill. Till date I haven't received the bill.
                I need justification for INR 6500 and INR 1500 that I paid him directly. I believe he has not added the servicing details in the app as well.

                    I booked for a washing machine repair. around 21st June 2021. (I am 70 years old and the date may not be exact) A technician came for inspection. Paid him Rs.350.00. He told us that the PC board required repairs. He took it with him, returned 2 days later and fitted the same. Paid total amount of Rs.1500.00 including the inspection charges. But when we used it we found that the water level is coming up to the required height. We called up the technician who promised to come back and take a look the next day. We have now made 3 more calls and every time he says he will come the next day but does not come. Urban company does not have any direct customer care number. Even their help centre does not work. I request them to send back the technician or arrange for another technician to look into the matter

                      We have to vacate the flat on 29th June so we booked one service for dismantling one Hydraulic Bed on 29.06.2021 from my Mib. No.[protected]. Despite receiving the confirmation msg neither any Person visited the site nor this booking was assigned to next available Carpainter, as a result we could not vacate the flat on due date and have to pay one month extra rent ₹18, 000/- to the Land Lord. Why this amount shold not be recovered from the (defaulter) Urban Company.

                        This is to inform that I, Dipak Agarwal had asked Urban clap to send a professional for my water purifier.. on checking he said that my filters are out of order so needs to be replaced.
                        He requested me for local filters telling the pros of the filters .. I accepted and then he changed the filters . After few weeks the taste of the water was disastrous . On re inquiring the urban clap professional, a different guy came who told me that my filters have stopped working and needs to be replaced . At the same time my entire uv rays equipment’s were missing from the filter .. when I lodges a complain to urban clap they clearly told me that they won’t be able to help me in this regard and I’ll have to pay from my own pocket.
                        When I enquired that if the uv rays were missing why the professional didn’t inform me and mentioned it in the bill, they were rude enough to disconnect and end the complain there itself .
                        How we middle class human beings can tackle such situations if this is how they behave without any solution to it.
                        Do we expect filters to stop working after a span of few weeks( less than 12 weeks) and uv rays equipment’s to be missing..

                          Dear Sir
                          it was horrible experience to hire the AC technician to find the fault that My AC is not cooling, the technician dismantle my AC PCB however i confirmed from outside agency that My PCB has no issues, he asked me the Rs 4000 of repair, and i refused it to pay as my invertor AC is 2 year old only, the technician refused to assemble it, since last four days i am suffering to resolve the issue but till today nobody came to resolved it, only customer care calls came to know the issue but they are fail to give any solution now i have no option left that i should approach to consumer court or police station to compensate of my damaged AC which is due to technician o[censored]rban company

                            Ashish Upadhyay did my bathroom cleaning on 17th June, 2021.
                            i paid 648 on urbanclap app
                            it said 90 mins job and Ashish Upadhyay finished in 24 mins.
                            The bathroom fittings were not cleaned .
                            the pipes were not cleaned
                            the buckets in the bathroom were not cleaned .
                            1 fan he had to do he idnt do
                            he came late 2 hours late .
                            he was in a hurry
                            he said he would come on Sunday the 20th anf finish the fan and ortger work
                            he took extra ₹400 by Google Pay
                            Please refund my fees plus he took ₹400/-
                            and refund ₹648/-
                            i am senior citizen.

                                      My TV was repaired by one Mr Arvind S Naidu staying at Hosa Rd, Bangalore. Just after 2 days of the service, again the TV stopped working.                                       The professional said that the PCB board needs to be repaired and will get it done by next day itself and will charge 1500. I called him up next day, he started saying that someone died at the technicians home, who was to repair the PCB board and said that he will get it repaired the next day. 3rd day I called, the professional Musthaq Mohammad said that technician is busy and will do it in the evening. I called up in the evening, he said that the part is not get available and either you can replace the part by paying 2500 or will get it done by next day. Next day the professional came at 1 after several calls from me and by urban clap team. He tried to fix the washing machine, but was unable to do it and said that the part needs to be replaced and said he will come in the evening or tomorrow. In the evening, again he didn't had the courtesy to call so I called and he said he will come by 10 in the morning. Again I called at 10 in the morning and now he is saying he will come in the afternoon and talking very rudely. He has even opened up whole of my washing machine and taken the PCB with himself. Also, whenever he comes, he comes with another person and before starting the service just click photos with mask and all and once the photo is clicked, he will remove the mask.

                                      Very unprofessional behaviour from urban clap professionals.

                                      I cannot even call another person to get it repaired since the part is also not there with me. I would want urban clap to compensate me for the loss of my time and valuable energy in this pathetic experience I have had with you guys.
