This is to inform that I, Dipak Agarwal had asked Urban clap to send a professional for my water purifier.. on checking he said that my filters are out of order so needs to be replaced.
He requested me for local filters telling the pros of the filters .. I accepted and then he changed the filters . After few weeks the taste of the water was disastrous . On re inquiring the urban clap professional, a different guy came who told me that my filters have stopped working and needs to be replaced . At the same time my entire uv rays equipment’s were missing from the filter .. when I lodges a complain to urban clap they clearly told me that they won’t be able to help me in this regard and I’ll have to pay from my own pocket.
When I enquired that if the uv rays were missing why the professional didn’t inform me and mentioned it in the bill, they were rude enough to disconnect and end the complain there itself .
How we middle class human beings can tackle such situations if this is how they behave without any solution to it.
Do we expect filters to stop working after a span of few weeks( less than 12 weeks) and uv rays equipment’s to be missing..

    Dear Sir
    it was horrible experience to hire the AC technician to find the fault that My AC is not cooling, the technician dismantle my AC PCB however i confirmed from outside agency that My PCB has no issues, he asked me the Rs 4000 of repair, and i refused it to pay as my invertor AC is 2 year old only, the technician refused to assemble it, since last four days i am suffering to resolve the issue but till today nobody came to resolved it, only customer care calls came to know the issue but they are fail to give any solution now i have no option left that i should approach to consumer court or police station to compensate of my damaged AC which is due to technician o[censored]rban company

      Ashish Upadhyay did my bathroom cleaning on 17th June, 2021.
      i paid 648 on urbanclap app
      it said 90 mins job and Ashish Upadhyay finished in 24 mins.
      The bathroom fittings were not cleaned .
      the pipes were not cleaned
      the buckets in the bathroom were not cleaned .
      1 fan he had to do he idnt do
      he came late 2 hours late .
      he was in a hurry
      he said he would come on Sunday the 20th anf finish the fan and ortger work
      he took extra ₹400 by Google Pay
      Please refund my fees plus he took ₹400/-
      and refund ₹648/-
      i am senior citizen.

                TV Repair by Arvind S Naidu

                My TV was repaired by one Mr Arvind S Naidu staying at Hosa Rd, Bangalore. Just after 2 days of the service, again the TV stopped working. I am trying to reach the technician and he is not picking up any calls. I have paid an amount of ₹ 21000. I am not able to reach a helpline number o[censored]rban Company also...

                The professional said that the PCB board needs to be repaired and will get it done by next day itself and will charge 1500. I called him up next day, he started saying that someone died at the technicians home, who was to repair the PCB board and said that he will get it repaired the next day. 3rd day I called, the professional Musthaq Mohammad said that technician is busy and will do it in the evening. I called up in the evening, he said that the part is not get available and either you can replace the part by paying 2500 or will get it done by next day. Next day the professional came at 1 after several calls from me and by urban clap team. He tried to fix the washing machine, but was unable to do it and said that the part needs to be replaced and said he will come in the evening or tomorrow. In the evening, again he didn't had the courtesy to call so I called and he said he will come by 10 in the morning. Again I called at 10 in the morning and now he is saying he will come in the afternoon and talking very rudely. He has even opened up whole of my washing machine and taken the PCB with himself. Also, whenever he comes, he comes with another person and before starting the service just click photos with mask and all and once the photo is clicked, he will remove the mask.

                Very unprofessional behaviour from urban clap professionals.

                I cannot even call another person to get it repaired since the part is also not there with me. I would want urban clap to compensate me for the loss of my time and valuable energy in this pathetic experience I have had with you guys.

                    From the day when i created my urban company account, i am unable to book any kind of service anywhere in delhi ncr...

                    When i delievered the mail to technical support, they told me urban comapny has the authority to suspend the account...

                    My simple question is... What is my fault ??

                      I had to go through a bitter experience today wherein a rude & inefficient beautician was assigned to me who in between stopped the service & denied to continue just because I told her to stop doing drama which she was doing. The beautician not only wasted my time also since she denied I had to rebook the service again by giving repeat time for same service

                        On 31st May, I had appointment o[censored]rban company AC Service man and he come and while doing the servicing, he pour water on Outdoor unit and after that Outdoor Unit stop working. After this they left.

                        I registered complaint against it then another Engineer (Bilal) come, he find out that there is some water issue on outdoor PCB unit and that is the reason it is not working but mentioned that he cannot help here as they don't fix this.

                        Then another senior engineer Niraj come, he taken away the PCB and come back after 2-3 days as the person who repair it was not well and he don't know any other contact.

                        Then another engineer assign (Rajan), He didn't arrived mentioning his motory cycle is not working.

                        In this whole period I am suffering badly as have to live in hot weather and have to do lot of follow up and no one listening.

                        Last time, I asked Touseef that if you can't provide the fix, I will contact Brand and they will repair it, pay the charges. He agreed for that but when I called the Sharp company guy, your another Customer Care person (Puneet) called and told me that he will provide the fix and send one engineer Iqbal on Monday 14th June but no one coming.

                        Is Urban company provide such kind of solutions? Are you taking care of your customer appliances like this way?

                        for 500 Rs. AC service repair, your executive damaged the part and now 38K AC is not working which was working well earlier.

                        I am looking for the solution quickly as now I don't have the option to repair it from brand as well, as have to return back after the discussion with Puneet on this and worst part is that there is no customer care number I can call and your executives are not even responding now after submitting the call request, seems they are eager to complete the 30 days service period.

                        I hope you guys an provide some quick solution or provide the AC cost, I will buy the new one. This is almost quite 17 days now and hoping now I can get the solution now. This is the mental torchure done by Urban company and you should re-imburse for these so many follow ups, Service interuptions.

                        Thanks for this, I received call from Pooja or Bani regarding this and she took the status and then told me to contact Brand and then ready to pay the repair or replacement charges once got confirmation from Brand.

                        I have informed to the company executive, he tooks the faulty part (PCB), Also confirmed after checking that there is lot of water has been put and Invertor AC don't need pressure water servicing.

                        Now they will do the test and will update what will be the repair cost.

                              I booked a salon service on 25.07.2020 from URBAN COMPANY and selected 'online payment after service' as the payment mode. the UC partner requested me for paying her with cash after completing the service as she needed cash. Then I changed the payment mode from online to cash and paid her with cash. At the that time I marked as the payment completed. but the status of that payment is still not updated in my account, it is still showing pending. If I am going to book any service in UC now, the charges are summed up with the previous one and hence I am unable to book any service. Please look into this matter

                                To whomsoever it may concern,

                                I have been a happy customer o[censored]rban Conpany since last 5 years. Until last week!!

                                I booked a carpenter to replace the seats of new set of 4 dining chairs, which we had purchased on 8th May 2021.
                                Mujeeb Ahmad came on 4th June and removed the seats to have the necessary work done. He asked me to transfer full amount for material ₹2500. I refused. Instead I agreed for ₹1500. He gave me the Google Pay number of Mohd. Maaz +[protected]. See attachment
                                He promised to return to work on 6th June. However, he was completely untraceable either through his number, or Mohd Maaz or even UC number.
                                Hopelessly your staff tried reaching him but no luck.
                                It is the 11th of June and I am stuck with empty chairs. See photo
                                I read all the feedback of Mujeeb from last 4.5 years, I was shocked that there are similar complaints from some other customers too.
                                You people surely never bother to read feedbacks and hence this guy is still employed by you!!
                                I want you to send another carpenter with the new seats for my 4 chairs and fix them at the earliest!!
                                Or give us brand new set of chairs.

                                  I had booked service from this company to instal my split AC. I had the worst experience ever. They show some amount in their rate card but after services, they add unnecessary charges to it. There is no customer service number that one can reach out to. After the installation after two week I felt the the AC was not working properly so booked a follow -up and while booking there were no charges showing up but after the engineer came and didn’t provide any resolution or solve anything, after that the app was showing that need to pay Rs. 500 for that. Worst company and I am never going to use it again.

                                    I Dr. Mihir Kumar Das had booked for disinfection for Debabrat Choudhury on 30th May, 2021. It was satisfactory.
                                    On this basis, I had again requested UC to repair my Voltas Window AC on 5th June, 2021. For the last 03 days(7th, 8th, 9th June), your mechanics are coming and going. Everyday, they are saying one thing or other. They repaired Inverter, then PCB and now they are saying Compressor. They are quite immature and not able to identify the problems correctly. Being disgusted with the service, I have cancelled the order.
                                    It is a bitter experience with UC.
                                    This message will spread definitely through social media and Your company will earn a very bad name.
                                    Take this seriously. In future, we may not rely on you.

                                      We had 3 air-conditioners serviced. 2 Hitachi's and 1 O - General. My wife booked the service despite my telling her that we should get the servicing done from the company.

                                      The next day two representatives came from the company. They serviced all 3 air-conditioners.

                                      A few days ago, I switched on the guest room air-conditioner as I realised I had not checked it. I was taken back when it started rattling.
                                      Apparently, what the service guys had done with all the air-conditioners was wash them with a small pressure pump which is fine for washing the outer body. But it also seems like they have got water into the motor too which has most likely entered the seals and mixed with the grease!! Hence the binding and racheting noise. You never aim high pressure water at such parts.
                                      This particular a/c was extremely silent as are most Hitachi's. Now it's as loud as a mini genset.

                                      I'd like Urban Clap to explain how they're going to fix this issue? We had a perfectly working a/s and now it's working like crap.

                                      I expect a quick turn around to have this issue fixed.
