On 31st May, I had appointment o[censored]rban company AC Service man and he come and while doing the servicing, he pour water on Outdoor unit and after that Outdoor Unit stop working. After this they left.
I registered complaint against it then another Engineer (Bilal) come, he find out that there is some water issue on outdoor PCB unit and that is the reason it is not working but mentioned that he cannot help here as they don't fix this.
Then another senior engineer Niraj come, he taken away the PCB and come back after 2-3 days as the person who repair it was not well and he don't know any other contact.
Then another engineer assign (Rajan), He didn't arrived mentioning his motory cycle is not working.
In this whole period I am suffering badly as have to live in hot weather and have to do lot of follow up and no one listening.
Last time, I asked Touseef that if you can't provide the fix, I will contact Brand and they will repair it, pay the charges. He agreed for that but when I called the Sharp company guy, your another Customer Care person (Puneet) called and told me that he will provide the fix and send one engineer Iqbal on Monday 14th June but no one coming.
Is Urban company provide such kind of solutions? Are you taking care of your customer appliances like this way?
for 500 Rs. AC service repair, your executive damaged the part and now 38K AC is not working which was working well earlier.
I am looking for the solution quickly as now I don't have the option to repair it from brand as well, as have to return back after the discussion with Puneet on this and worst part is that there is no customer care number I can call and your executives are not even responding now after submitting the call request, seems they are eager to complete the 30 days service period.
I hope you guys an provide some quick solution or provide the AC cost, I will buy the new one. This is almost quite 17 days now and hoping now I can get the solution now. This is the mental torchure done by Urban company and you should re-imburse for these so many follow ups, Service interuptions.

Updated by pverma.20 Thanks for this, I received call from Pooja or Bani regarding this and she took the status and then told me to contact Brand and then ready to pay the repair or replacement charges once got confirmation from Brand.
I have informed to the company executive, he tooks the faulty part (PCB), Also confirmed after checking that there is lot of water has been put and Invertor AC don't need pressure water servicing.
Now they will do the test and will update what will be the repair cost.
