Hi, My life changed upside down after I booked an AC service from Urban Company. On April 12, 2021, I booked AC service and repair. Some one called Mohd Farhan was assigned. He spent 5-6 hours but could not complete service of my AC, he damaged the compressor of the AC. Please note that this fellow was unwell and had seems had cold. Next day someone called Mohit came, he diagnosed the fault and said would return the next day to take the compressor and replace it with the new one.

Next day April 14 Mohit called and informed that he would not be able to make it as his Mother was found COVID + and I should call someone else to get the job done.

Day 3, April 16 someone called Mohd Nafees came to check the AC. Incidentally, I also had to call an electrician from UC as Farhan had damaged the MCB as well. Nafees came and took my compressor, he assured that he would replace it.

This was the day when I started feeling Covid symptoms . Please note this was my only interaction with the outsiders. Three days later my entire family got infected. My Mother had to be hospitalised but she coud not survive. Now I feel why did I trust UC for AC service. They assure of highest safety standards but it was because of their staff I lost my Mother.

Now even after going all through, sending numerous e-mails, tweets to CEO I have not got my AC fixed. All they say is that the team is working. I request to boycott UC forever. They are a team on insensitive human beings.

    Today morning, we got our Samsung window AC repaired but its compressor stopped after 15-20 mins then not getting started.I don't know what those guys have done.

        Chimney cleaning services

        Chimney cleaning service was performed by Shri Amar chandra on 3rd/5th March, 2021 and on his insistence I made a Service contract also for a year.( 3overall cleaning and 1 deep cleaning)
        I paid booking amount on line. And then another rs. 5959/-(.including spare parts etc and for 1 year Service contract.) I paid rs 5959/- by Paytm.
        1. But your portal shows payment pending even now.?
        2. First service was to start on 5th...

        I took the package of 6 hair cut and after first hair cut I'm not able to make another appointment for hair cut.

        Also there is no customer support email or number available anywhere which is very annoying.

            I have taken disinfection services on 29th April and he came for a revisit and sprayed sanitizor on my laptop and tv, as I had covid positiive, I was away from him and he took advantage of that. I have been following upo with customer care and after a month they gave me 10000, I will not get TV and laptop for 10000, I need to escalate the matter your associates are in hurry to close the case and are very rude.

              The Engineer came on 27/5/2021..for split Ac...after checking told that there is a leakage of gas from the valve..it needs to be changed..he changed the valve and also filled fresh gas..assured that there wont be any problem in future..we paid Rs 3848/..which includes Rs 2500/ for gas and Rs 700/..for valve...The Ac was working till yesterday..but today morning..again w noticed that it is not cooling properly..so gas has leaked again...Since only 7 days have passed after filling of gas and change of valve...we want refund of the amount paid for gas i.e Rs 2500/..

                I got my ac serviced yesterday n 2 fake urban clap guys came over to my place saying they got booking from my no wen I did not ask for any service n they have charged unethically wen they arrived only ladies were there at office these guys charged 15 for an ac service saying there are a lot of problems with the unit, wen the ac is still under warranty

                  I had booked Floor cleaning services for my new house through Urban Clap ay Hyderabad- ( yapral, at Secunderabad) Mr Ramu- who forwarded the number of Azarul- this person came with his team to my house and they used ACID to clean the floor- they have made holes in EVERY TILE OF MY HOSE- TOTALLY DESTROYED the flooring of my new house. I got experts to clarify and they told me that CONCENTRATED acid has been used to clean the floor tiles, which has damage all the tiles. I never in my life expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional work TOTALLY DESTROYED THE ENTIRE FLOORING OF MY NEW HOUSE

                      Date of Incident - 13 May 2021
                      Incident Reported : Washing Machine Repair.
                      Client Name & Number : Seema Sawant / [protected]
                      Refund Required as Engineer has complete reversed the functionality of Washing Machine.

                      - It was observed that Service Engineer is totally incompetent to resolve the issue.
                      - First identified the Panel Issue - Changed the Relay - Did not work.
                      - Second Visit confirms the Panel is OK seems problem with Motor.
                      - Third Visit - did some cross connect on the panel - did not identified the Motor Problem.
                      -Fourth Visit - Confirms the Motor Problem and replaces the Motor with Charge of 5K.

                      Current Problems -
                      - Machine is spinning in one direction only.
                      - Serveral Error Codes are displayed during the normal operations and need huma intervention.
                      - No Wrranty and Details has been shared against the replaced Motor.
                      - Engineer has taken full Payment but Machin is still not functionaing as expected.

                      Action Required :
                      1) Circuit Board to be replced with New ONe.
                      2) Enginee Warranty Connfirmation from Urban Clap.

                        Booked for fan repair and rajesh electrician came home and took the fan to get it repaired on 24042021. after 2 days when contacted he said it will take time since lockdown is implemented. I waited but subsequently he had stopped responding. the customer support at ur end assured that it will be resolved just to get the complaint closed. it's a long delay need my item or the amount else will approach consumer court

                          Jangam Mahipal technician assembled IKEA wash basin n cabinet but aligned the cabinet slantly. He left in a hurry when plumber came to fix the pipes. He did not wait till the plumber finished his job n did not check whether the cabinet drawers r sitting correctly. He told us to install the drawers ourselves after plumber installed the pipes. In the end we saw that the drawers r not sitting properly n not closing. We want it to be fixed immediately by urban company asap. It happened on 8/5/21. Invoice no. PIN[protected]. We r also not able to contact Jangam Mahipal after that.

                            Respected Sir, I booked a service call for my gyeser few months back. Shri Sankar Deb attended the call. He took out the gyeser from my home and after repairing he installed the same at my house. I paid the requisite amount to him. As per his request I have him outstanding grade. He assured me that if any problem is seen then he would resolve the issue. But after just one day water was leaking from the gyeser. On my request he took out the gyeser from my home for repairing but has not returned the same till date. He is not responding to my call. Kindly look into the matter. His phone number is [protected].                                 I had called an Ac technician for repair of my AC as it was not cooling, first he changed the capacitor and them refilled the Gas .
                                Still the Ac cools for sometime only .
                                Ac is another was working fine, we just got the general servicing done .The cooling for that Ac has stopped and technician had mentioned that Ac also required gas filling .

                                He was just trying increase his billing amount .I raised a complaint on UC app reagarding the same as they have a 30 day guarantee, but everytime a executive calls they say professional is not answering calls .it's been 3 dsy my ac s are not working .

                                I want a refund against the services .
                                I get message from the company saying my issue has been resolved when it has not been .

                                The job still shows started after 3 days also .as in the image .
