He install as new TV display that was fault display he not lifting phone and company also not responding past 2months...

Urban company used to be a reliable source for getting people for various jobs...now ...they have very arrogant technicians... i doubt if they even meet up with the people onboard (technicians)...even after repeated emails to urban company the matters don't get sorted. This proves that Urban Company is incapable of reprimanding its technicians for things not done with proper protocol.

The professional said that the PCB board needs to be repaired and will get it done by next day itself and will charge 1500. I had to go through a bitter experience today wherein a rude & inefficient beautician was assigned to me who in between stopped the service & denied to continue just because I told her to stop doing drama which she was doing. The beautician not only wasted my time also since she denied I had to rebook the service again by giving repeat time for same service...

On 31st May, I had appointment of Urban company AC Service man and he come and while doing the servicing, he pour water on Outdoor unit and after that Outdoor Unit stop working. After this they left.

I registered complaint against it then another Engineer (Bilal) come, he find out that there is some water issue on outdoor PCB unit and that is the reason it is not working but mentioned that he cannot help here as they don't...

I had actuially prepaid Rs.615 towards the haircut as well as my annual membership renewal. However by mistake I paid the same amount again to your Mr.Sunnyraj. I request you to kindly arrange to credit the double payment to my account and adjust in future bookings....

VERY BAD SERVICE.
The professional has not called 1 hr before the scheduled time
nor is picking up my past 10 times that Ihave called.
WASTED MY 2 HOURS.

As a professional company, it looks like YOU HAVE NO TIME SENSE.
