I'd applied for australian immigration with this visa and permits immigration consultancy on july 2016, before enrolling with them only i have told im not ready for this year i just called you guys for enquiry, some how sales person (Anjali) have done everything to me with attractive words and impressed me to apply and asked me to pay 1.25 lakhs and they asked me to do pte, and submitted my application for acs. After 4 weeks i got acs thing cleared and to submit by pte score. Actually im not aware of pte will be tough that time, i struggled to clear that till now my acs also got expired after 2 years.

My business advisor (Neetu) during that whole 2 years she never bother about the client, nor to know how he is progressing, only intial 2 months until i pay the fee they used to call often. I only used to update her every time before going to my pte exam.

Now i have called to the company again to apply for acs, they have told your case is permanently closed, if you want to proceed again you have to pay the fees again. But no where it mentioned if the acs expired again you have to pay the whole consultancy fee in the agreement initially i signed with them.

So, dear friends think twice before paying the money with them, first clear your pte or ielts exam, then have your documents ready then go further.
