[Resolved] Vodafone India — 4G plans not providing 4G speed | |||
Hi, I am making this complaint again vodafone as they are charging people for using 4g sim with 4g data, but are not providing desired speed to its customers. I have made several complaints to the service provider, but all in vain. Every time they reply that they are checking solution for this. Using vodafone postpaid corporate plan. Raised this issue last year, haven't been provided any solution till date. They just generate service request number, till now service request number, on which no action have been taken are :- [protected] [protected] Interaction number [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] Above are just few to mention, many times called and mailed vodafone customer support, but never got any resolution. Also they have increased the rental saying its 4g sim with 4g net speed, but having frequent disconnecting issues and net speed is not even 2g. Was this information helpful? | |||
