I'd terminated and not releasing my payment!!!

I am Zomato delivery rider and i am 20 years old .My ID was terminated due to high denials and even my Payment of that week is also in hold I am in poor condition Atleast Please release my payment !! Of that week. it is injustice Because nobody works for free for a week in anyplace . PLEASE HELP ME

I am writing this letter to apologize for the mistake I made while uploading a photo on Zomato Limited's platform. I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience or harm caused to the company due to my carelessness.

    Money deducted twice for the sam order

    I have Placed and order from Lazeez Biryani house, Aligarh amounting to 152 rupees on 9 Sep 2024, 11:14 PM. I payed once and the app showed payment failed and i have to py twice...and the payment was deducted both times. My order no is [protected]. Kindly Resolve the issue...

    First of all zomato is a fraud app if verification is not done. then y they are showing payment option to pay I have paid money after that it's showing your verification failed than how much time I tried but no results I tried to call customer care but [censored]ing no response my ID FE4562298 REFUND MY AMOUNT TO MY ACCOUNT

      Cancellation fee charged on cancelling the order within 60 seconds

      I have ordered from zomato and mistakenly chosen the secondary address, however, I have cancelled the order in order to reorder it with the correct address. Zomato has accepted the cancellation along with the levied the cancellation charges 443/- on me even though I have immediately cancelled it.       I had ordered paneer naan thali and half paneer kadhai from Zomato on 26th August 2024 they send me the wrong item and one paneer kadhai was missing in that order I try to contact with restaurant owner but they didn't pick the phone after calling 4-5 times then I raised complaint to Zomato assistant they asked for pictures of that order. I did whatever they asked for then we came to the conclusion that they will provide me 254 as compensation of my food becz my whole food got wasted but unfortunately after 8-9 days Zomato didn't refund my amount. This is highly unprofessional from such a big company. This is my reference number or that order [protected]

        Wrong bad smelled product received

        We had ordered a b'day cake from your app shop named the signature inn ...the cake we choose wasn't the same cake we received...even quality was very poor and the size was not very small compare to the expected oreded cake ...we even call the shop for verification but they don't co-operate with us and misbhaved with us ...we had complained on your app too but don't get any refund...we claim to get full refund...

        What's the point of ordering food when a person can't enjoy the food after ordering it. Here I'm writing this mail instead of enjoying my meal which I ordered the items are missing spoke to the shop owner she is asking to talk to zomato and here when I tried talking to zomato I'm writing mail. Your job is simple provide a platform and let the customer get [censored]ed in between by calling restaurant and zomato.

        I want refund or else I will seriously go and put a complaint in consumer which I'll actually do now no matter what.

          Missing items and harassment with copy paste responses from 23 days

          I've ordered something from zomato on 27th of July with Order ID: [protected] and to my surprise I didn't recieve half the items I've ordered and I've immediately raised a concern via email and the wonderful useless Zomato support have been using the same copy paste again and again saying that they have been trying to contact the restaurant and the restaurant didn't respond to them and this is 23rd day and yet they mailed me the same when...

              One or more items missing and taste was very bad

                Hello,

                I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order. On 31st August 2024 I ordered a Tandoori Chicken Tikka Roll, which was advertised with a buy one get one free offer, as shown in the attached screenshot. However, I did not receive the additional free Tikka Roll.I attempted to resolve this issue through your automated customer service system, but unfortunately, it was unable to address my complaint. As this was a Zomato promotion, I cannot hold the restaurant responsible for not providing the free item.This situation constitutes a failure to honor the advertised offer and is a breach of customer trust. I request that Zomato investigate this matter and provide appropriate compensation of 1 lac for the unfulfilled promotion or else il have to reach out to consumer forum with this complaint.
