Payment failed, but no refund received

I ordered cake from zomato 7 days back for ₹623.50 and during transaction, my payment got failed but money was deducted from my bank account. I approached the complaint service, and received a mail saying that refund will be provided soon, but even after 7 days, I still haven't received any refund. Please look into this matter and help me get my refund. Thank you.

auto debit of amount from my paytm wallet without any transaction done by me

Zomato Media Pvt. Ltd. is doing frequent Auto debit from my paytm wallet [protected] since from 8th oct 2021.
08/10/21= 148
10/10/21= 409.45
14/10/21 = 241
16/10/21 = 1359.05
16/10/21 = 395.15

There is no Auto debit link set by me in my paytm, but this is happening without any order or transaction by me....

Misbehaviour by the delivery boy

Today, I made 2 orders in zomato. The first was delivered by a decent, professional guy. But the second one was delivered by one Mr. Renjith (in Pathanamthitta, Kerala). We went out to receive the ordered stuff as soon as I received a call in my mobile. But when we approached him, he was talking in his mobile and asked us to wait. After sometime, he delivered us the food and started talking inappropriately. As per him, he was shown a location...

Incorrect order, issue with taste, quality and packaging

I ordered cheese Burst pizza and burger from Zomato. Instead of cheese Burst what I received is veg pizza plus the quality of base was so worst . It was so hard to eat. In addition the packaging of burger was worst. The burger get sticked to packaging. It was gift from me to my friend. It was wastage of my time money and emotions. Now I have to order something else for my friend which will cost me double. When I asked for refund Zomato declined...

Customer Support - Refund

I've ordered food in Majestic 1963 in Chennai via Zomato on 4th September. The food quality was not good. I spoke to concern team of hotel and Zomato customer care also. They were ready to send the refund for some of the items. So the total refund amount was 1012 and also they informed that mentioned amount will be credited to Zomato wallet only.

They also mentioned, that the initiated amount will be credited after 24 hours...

Profile verification failed

The payment has been money of rs 1600 and after that I have done with my training when I am going to do profile verification I submitted all documents...after submitting all documents...the document cannot able to submit.

Please resolve and issue or else please refund my money asap......

Food not good

Food is not good as we expect I'll never purchase or order any order at your portal bcz of quality and packing but delivery boy done his job on time he is no fault for it but the defect is in your restaurant and your cheapest police to connected with customers.. You show something else and something else is not there. Do not keep the customer in the madness so plz focuse on it But I'll never forget that there is nothing to order from Jomato...

Delayed in delivery and got a melted icecream

I have order a ice cream from cream stone Jubliee hills hyderbad from zomato. They charged me Rs.295.85. I recived a melted icecream and now they are not yet all bothering nor zomato nither creamstone just cheated me. Zero customer value....

Stealing money from my credit card

I have made a complain 1 hour before about the rubbish food, now I see zomato also steal customer money from Credit card. You have already took the money from my credit card and again you have charge by cash of$745 food that I ordered.
First I try with my credit card which says " transaction failed", I thought my credit card did not go through, my daughter wanted to order so.ething else but when it says transaction failed then I ordered...
