On April 22, 2024, I placed an order for two chicken biryanis and made a payment of INR 400. However, the payment failed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The delivery person asked me to scan again and make the payment again, assuring me that the failed transaction amount would be refunded. To date, I have not received any refund or any communication regarding the same. I kindly request you to look into this matter and assist me in resolving it.

    On 19/04/24, I ordered 2 masala dosai and 1 plain dosai online in Hot Chips, Ashok Nagar through Zomato app. When I received the food package, I could see only two parcels in it. Then, I called the person who delivered it and he said while receiving the package, he saw only two parcels in it.

    When I raised this issue with the customer care of Zomato, they did not respond properly. They took 3 days to reach to the restaurant to enquire about the order. Today (22/04/24) they mailed me saying the restaurant has assured that they have placed all the 3 parcels based on the order.

    My question is if the restaurant has sent the package with all the food items ordered but the customer has not received it completely, the delivery partner should only be held responsible for this hassle.

    However, these Zomato people are not claiming any responsibility for their mistake and say that they cant process refund .

    Last time a similar issue (items missing in parcel) happened with the same delivery partner (Zomato), but last time what they said is the issue is with restaurant since the restaurant has not packaged all the items ordered .
    Hence, Zomato cannot take responsibility of it.

    I want Zomato to refund all the money I paid for this order and the last order and promise me to not repeat the same issue and take responsibility of their mistakes.

      I ordered white sauce pasta from local restaurant named Janta Sweet Home, Saradarpura, Jodhpur. It had steel wire pieces in it probably from washing steel wool. It could have done serious injury to health. Please take strict action regarding this serious concern over negligence of food safety. I am attaching some photos below.

          I have ordered 2 medium size pizza from chicago pizza from Zomato But i got smaller size pizza with was only 9 inch from chicago pizza. After the conversation with the customer service, they clearly refused to help and said to just mail this. After they didn't respond i called him again then he said that its your fault. I sent the order details but he said that it was mentioned there but I did not see it and he blame me.. so i made a detailed video also download order invoice and sent it to them. The size is not mentioned in the order id or anywhere else. Just mention medium or small size.

                    I can't use Cash On Delivery even after being a Gold Customer and not cancelling any order. I was able to use it till day before yesterday for Blinkit. Now I cant use in both Blinkit and Zomato.

                      I have applied for delivery partner on 4th of April 2024 my Zomato ID is FE3779415, it has been almost 4 days but still my ID has not been activated. Request you to kindly look into and do the needful at the earliest.

                            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent food order experience. Last night, I encountered a significant issue with the food I received, rendering it inedible. Unfortunately, I found mysel[censored]nable to consume it, leading to a considerable level of discomfort and hunger throughout the day.

                            Upon contacting your customer service team, I was informed of a partial refund of ₹51.16, which falls far short of the ₹200 I initially paid for the order. I must express my disappointment with this resolution. It is unacceptable to receive such a paltry refund for an order that failed to meet basic standards of quality and edibility.

                            In light of this situation, I request the following actions to be taken promptly:

                            Full Refund: I demand a full refund of the amount paid for the order. Given the unsatisfactory nature of the food received, this is the only fair course of action. If necessary, arrangements can be made for the food to be picked up from my residence.

                            Investigation and Action: I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into the operations of Chinese Chef Co Hotel. Such incidents reflect poorly on your establishment and warrant immediate attention. I expect appropriate action to be taken against the responsible parties to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

                            I trust that you will address these concerns with the urgency and seriousness they deserve. As a valued customer, I believe it is essential to uphold the standards of quality and service expected from your establishment.

                                I am writing to address the recent termination of my Zomato Delivery Partner ID due to a behavior issue. I understand the seriousness of the situation and would like to express my sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disruption this may have caused.

                                Upon reviewing the circumstances leading to the termination, I realize that there was an unfortunate incident involving my younger brother. He reacted emotionally due to a personal matter, which led to an inappropriate interaction with the Insurance Team. I want to assure you that such behavior is completely uncharacteristic of me and does not reflect my professionalism or dedication to my role as a Zomato Delivery Partner.

                                I take full responsibility for the incident and deeply regret the inconvenience caused to the Insurance Team. I have since addressed the issue with my brother and taken measures to ensure that such incidents will not occur in the future.

                                I am reaching out to request a reconsideration of my termination and kindly ask for an opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to upholding the standards and values of Zomato. I am genuinely passionate about my work and take pride in providing excellent service to Zomato customers.

                                Furthermore, I would like to highlight that my accident on January 15, 2024, has significantly impacted my circumstances, and my role as a Zomato Delivery Partner is crucial for supporting myself and my family during this challenging time.

                                I am willing to undergo any necessary training or disciplinary actions to rectify the situation and regain your trust. I assure you that incidents of this nature will not occur again, and I am fully committed to adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and conduct.

                                Thank you for considering my appeal. I sincerely hope for a positive resolution to this matter and the opportunity to continue serving as a Zomato Delivery Partner.

                                  I placed an order on zomato with order id [protected] but an executive called and said that the product I ordered was unavailable while it was clearly available when I ordered. She said either to cancel order of take some other product instead. I said I won't need any other item and I won't let you cancel without cancellation as zomato and restaurant didn't honour the order. She convinced me that she is only tech support and zomato help will help me regarding compensation so I said ok to cancellation. But on talking to zomato help the didn't compensate. I am lodging here complaint because zomato do such thing may people and get away with this. So I need them to compensate equal to my order value which was ₹144.00 as their token of apology.

                                      First had my order grouped with other orders and delivery guy took a u-turn even though he was near my location and went elsewhere which resulted in delayed delivery and food turning soggy.

                                      Then they took an action which was completely different from what was confirmed over call yesterday with Kalyan and gave me a coupon instead of refund to source. This is unacceptable.

                                      Now they are telling me rest assured and their usual copy-paste phrase that they will not do this again. I want my full refund to source as confirmed over call and message. This is unacceptable.

                                      Please help me with this issue. I have attached screen shot of chat and email.
