          Hello, i placed an order from Zomato to my parents address and instead of mutton they sent beef biryani. We are Hindus. It is scary even to think about it. My parents are feeling ill because they never touched beef as well. What rubbish service is this. Kindly take strict action against this. Order id [protected]

            Hi Team,

            this is regarding the order ID of [protected], I had ordered it at 8:20 but i received the order at around 10 PM, initial order time was showing as 40 minutes but it was quite delayed .

            Since it was quite late I had to prepare my own food.
            I checked with delivery boy he said he received the update late and not at the time when we ordered.
            Please issue a refund of the same....

              On 11/03/2024 I ordered 3 pizzas from La Pino's restaurant at Ahmedabad worth Rs 177/-. The delivery boy came and asked me to pay Rs 252 /- . When I said please check your details, he started physically fighting with me. So I moved a little bit away and called the restaurant. But surprisingly the restaurant refused to help me and said whatever delivery boy is asking, I have to pay that amount only. Meanwhile the delivery boy entered in my house and started fighting with my wife. He abused her and talked very unethically. Moreover he threatened me and my family.
              Somehow I closed the door and called Zomato customer care for some urgent action. But the executive said "We have noted your feedback and will try not to repeat such incidences". The executive was not taking anything seriously and disconnected the call. The delivery boy came again and started abusing and threatening us.

                Dear Concern,

                I have placed an order for Chicken Biryani from Kolkata Biryani on 10-Mar-2024 at 10:01 PM bearing order no # [protected]. Initially the expected delivery time was showing as 30 mins but subsequently it keeps on increasing. I kept on calling the service delivery partner after 40 mins from the expected delivery time, but he didn't respond. Then I started to chat with your support team at 10:42 PM to know the status of my order. I have been informed that order has been picked and expected to reach by 10:51 PM. Then your agent Varjot connected me and further shared a fresh estimated time of delivery by 11:17 PM. But again failed to keep the commitment and then I had been connected by your service agent Nawed. After lots of followup and mental harassment finally at 11:28 PM one of your delivery partner arrived with frozen biryani. It was not at all acceptable, so I have refused to accept the order. Nawed offered to accept the order with compensation. But It was not acceptable at any cost for such poor service where you are charging delivery fees.

                I had to prepare food late night because of your failure to provide services on time. I am not satisfied with return of my order value only. For such poor services and mental harassment, I demand Rs. 10, 000 as compensation. If my complaint is not served properly and within next 10 days, then I will be bound to put a complaint at Consumer Court.

                    There is no cash on delivery option in my phone. It always show that cod is not available at this moment.But it is coming when I order with other phone. Why Zamoto have a option to add on more to order, why there is no option for edit your order after placing the order. Restaurant refused to edit order( Sagar Ratna) and customer support was very rude too. I had to cancel as no option for me. This is the reason they have taken my COD option. I am visiting India don’t have online option. Please resolve this. Thanks

                            On[protected], I ordered food from 4M Biryani Hotel located in Musheerabad and total bill was 216 rupees . So, as my online payment was not working i gave him cash of 490 rupees, he said i don't have cash and he said "I will do online payment of 300 rupees" but when i checked my "phonepe" it is showing payment failed . I did calls and dropped a message but that person is not replaying .So, please I am requesting you to refund my money back or if really did a payment I want the transaction id so that i can complain in my bank and get my money back.

                              So today i ordered food paid in advance . I was waiting . The order eas confermed and the delivery guy was shown to be on the eay . But after waiting half an hour, The order didn't arrive at all . Instead I got a messag that My order is canceled and my money is gone too . They gave this excuse that they couldn't get to me by call. Which is a lie as I was on phone all the time. .
