After wrong order delivered i have reported to customer care. You didn't have any support for customers and after reporting anything wrong in the order they were not even providing any compensation, or any solution. Same old lines we are this... We are that... Lol.. how we can use this kind of platform if this is not customer centric support system....

I applied a coupan on zomato which said pay through Paytm and 100rs cashback u will get and no conditions were mentioned...

I have ordered Momos via Zomato app on 7th oct 2023 at midnight. App mentioned that they will provide a coupon for delayed delivery. The order was delayed by 4 mins. But they pretend as if they are not late. I didn't get a convincing reply from zomato. I have artifacts against them. Hence I would like to take consumer complaints forum.
