delivery boy refused to delivery my order_ no refund

I have order a food on zomato with order no:[protected] and delivery came after 45 minutes and said he is waiting outside i went out and no where found him and j called he said he us waiting in different location and when i said to come my location which is setup in zomato app then he refused to come to my place. Immediately i contacted the chat support of zomato then said sorry and said they will cancel my order and asked to me place another...

problem with zomato refund status

I've ordered food from coffee and tiffin restaurant (Order i'd -[protected]) this was on november 2019, and yet i haven't received the refund and i've ordered again from bakerstreet pizza ([protected] - order i'd) and i haven't received refund and they're give rrn number through which we can track the refund but i dont think that is useful. I paid using gpay, so kindly refund the amount to zomato wallet so that atleast i can use it again :)...

cash on delivery option

There is no cash on delivery option available on my phone for any order. It always shows cod is not available at this order but if i order the se thing from other phone it will show the cod option. I want to use my cod option kindly give me my cod option back. At first i was able to use cod but for 1 year my cod option is not working. You really need to fix that....

I ordered a cake through zomato with a wish to be written on cake & paid amount.
But the restaurant declined to write wish & told me to cancel order. I cancelled order but still the amount 302rs is not refunded r product delivered after many mails & msg issue is not resolved.

If they can't fulfill the instructions then why do they accept the order.
They are telling as per our policy there is no refund bcz of...

burnt chicken delivered in a biryani

I have online ordered family pack chicken biryani. They have delivered fully burnt chicken pieces on it. While i complaint they are not having any regret. After this i complaint to zomato via email regarding this 3 times but they have only one resolution that they will share the feedback to restaurant. But what about customer, they are not getting the good product and this is family pack so money wise also i am loosing my approx 400 bucks...

my account is disabled. help please

When i trying to place an order it shows like your account has been disabled. You can't order anything like that i don't know why this happened. And today only i purchased zomato gold. So i please request you to activate my account.

I m trying to order my food for a long time but my account is deactivated. Please help me resolve this issue.

Zomato should atleast give me a reason why they did this. Please help...

I just tried to order food from zomato in a restaurant named “ eat. Fit”. I placed an order for rs.226. I opted for online payment. The money has been deducted from mu account and i received the message too. But the order has not been confirmed and was not placed. I have sent them a mail to refund my money. There is no proper customer care number. Please do the needfull. Thank you....

zomato- refund my money, no food received

I placed an order on 22/09/2019 at 07:00pm at gole ka mandir, gwalior. Order no generated - [protected], payment of rs 463 deducted from the account, but getting the error - "your order has been declined."
I called to the shop, they told no such order, till now i have not received.
After that for a week i am calling to zomato agent but he is ignoring all of my calls. And not refunding my money.
Please take some action...

did not receive cashback

I ordered my food on 9th september 2019.
This was my first order so i applied welcome coupon code according to which i should have got 100% cashback upto rs 300. Mg order was of rs 272. But i didn't receive any cashback. I talked to their chat support twice, they told i will receive cashback within 48 hrs. But its about 156 hrs and i haven't received any cashback yet....

zomato charging full amount as cancellation fees

I ordered for the food from a restaurant on zomato app for total amount 478 rs at 20:08 hours. The order was placed at 20:08 hours and i cancelled the order at 20:09 hours. Now zomato is levying the full amount of bill as the cancellation fees. fooling and cheating customer

received an incorrect order

I have order from my nearby restaurant so that i can get the food faster but have not received the order, i have paid for it online and they have cancelled my order after that.

I order a pizza from zomato online food services at 7:13 pm. They assigned me valet whose name is subham sharma. After an hour they didn't deliver my food. I called the valet to check what's the problem he said his activa is not working it sounded bit fishy as he never called me after reaching restaurant which they always do and nor did he called me after receiving my food. poor delivery, spilled food, no resolution

Yesterday[protected] i placed an order with zomato at 4:24 pm from le ga teau - the cake shop of value rs. 946.
The cake was meant for delivery to a friend in bangalore for his birthday. At 4:27 on zomato chat support i shared the conatct of the concerned person for delivery, which the zomato executive communicated has been updated.

unauthorized charges of undelivered order

I have ordered lunch worth rs 270 from zomato (Milan restaurant, bhopal) on april, 2nd, 2019 (Bhopal). The delivery boy reached wrong location which was not feeded by me online while ordering, and hence they cancelled my order. It was a technical issue of zomato and now they are charging me the same amount of my order for next order. Their customer care no. Is also not responding.
