Sir Namaste My Name Is MD Kayrul Amin My I'D Is FE2789395. I Have Worked With Zomato For Last 2 Years To Work As Zomato Delivery Partner But I Am Not Able To Complete The Order But Any Order Gets Canceled Due To Cancellation Or Incomplete. I Don’t Know About The Difference Between The Two, It Is Incomplete Meaning Our Solution Has Not Come Or The Solution For Cancellation Has Come To US, So Sir, Please Check Whether Zomato ID is Terminated Due To Cancellation, It Is Not My Fault At All, If I Have Found It. Even If I Have Made Some Mistake, Please Forgive Me. Zomato Trust Me. I Promise That I Will Never Ignore This Mistake. Please Open My ID and Activate It. I Am Very Worried, I Am In Depression Today. I Have Not Been On The Jobe Since last 4 Month, My Family Has Been Traveling

    Items were missing in my order and refund request was denied

    I ordered food from subway with order ID [protected].
    One of the items in my order - a protein shake was missing

    First of all, there is no way to talk to customer service. The bot "Zia" simply asks you to email [protected]@zomato.com which says that it may take upto 72 hours to get a reply which is unacceptable

    When i did email them about it with all the proof -
    Pictures of the bill and what i received...

    I ordered a cake from Zomato and they delivered different cake. when i complained they were agreed that they delivered wrong, but they also said that we can't do anything in this matter. they told me quality of item is not their responsibility they care about only safety. they are not ready to provide the resolution.

    Zomato delivered wrong cake when i complained they said the quality and design is not their responsibility they care about only safety. and they can't help in this. i ordered different cake they delivered any other cake.

        Hi team my zomato id "FE3304676" got terminated for high denials, I'm accepting that my denials was high but it's because sometimes my phone's display doesn't work due to which I was unable to accept the order I'm requesting you with folded hands please reactivate it, you can check my rating it's 4.9 and 100℅ on time delivery, please activate it guys I'm a student and I'm fully depanded on zomato 🙏

              I ordered paneer wheat momos of price 313 rupees including delivery charge and GST, in this food value is rupees 186.25 and 121 is delivery charge and other charges.                   I erroneously placed order on 12th May 2024 at 10:23 pm Order Id-#[protected] and immediately saught to cancell it. No option to cancellation was provided in order section and upon choosing "Chat with me" and AI enabled Chat bot continuously declined my request even when the food was ordered just seconds before!
                  I tried to contact restaurant and they told to cancell through zomato app.
                  ZOmato does not provide any customer service number, the only way to address our concern on immediate basis is to go through an AI which has pre-recorded response and does not help in real sense.
                  I had no choice but to accept the order even when i did not need it, when such wastage could have been prevented but due to lack of redressal policies by zomato, such order was imposed on me and i was made to pay for the order which i did not want!
                  Further, zomato does not have quantity details on items posted.
                  My right to information is hampered, my right to cancellation is hampered, my right to choice and right to redressal is hampered due to inadequate redressal policies of zomato and non-availability of customer care number or executives on call.
                  Feeling cheated.

                    Myself Sourabh Chakravarty ordered two dishes from Lazeez Food online via Zomato Food Delivery App on 06/05/2024.
                    Order is of 1 Veg Biryani and 1 half Veg Biryani Rice.i ordered around 08:30 pm and Zomato delivery person delivered food around 09:20 pm.
                    Afer this we opened up the parceled food and started eating, in the meanwhile my father found pieces of chicken/mutton in his plate
                    .He immediately stopped eating and got very annoyed.My father is purely vegetarian.After this I clicked the pictures of that plate and soon called up Lazeez Food.
                    I tried to raise a ticket also in Zomato but its showing that a representative will call and come up to see the food etc.who keeps up the rotten for inspection????
                    Initially they refused but later on agreed and said that by mistaken they sent wrong delivery.I requested them to replace or refund the money but they said that they
                    wont do that and whatever i can do i will do it.
                    My request is to take strict action against Lazeez Food under Food Act section 36 as its purely misbehaviour and irresponsible attitude of Restaurant.
                    Lazeez Food restaurant owner name is Riyaz Ramajan Sheikh.

                      I ordered some foods in domino's on March 18th at 10:16 PM after a few minutes i called domino i cancelled it ..Now I got a refund in my zomato wallet.

                      Nextday also i ordered some foods in anjappar in the order ID [protected] still i didn't get any refund...seriously i'm struggling alot. Kindly update my status daily i am trying to contact in zomato support but i didn't get any support. I dono what to do. Please kindly put the anjappar refund amount rupees 630 atleast in a zomato wallet please. It almost 2 months but didn't get any solution please help me. Thank you

                          They have incorporated an AI based chatbot which does not do anything but reply to our texts.
                          I asked for a order cancellation, but it confused me till delivery partner was assigned and now they are not ready for the order cancellation.

                              I have ordered 1 chicken lollipop, 1 strawberry milkshake, 1 veg pulao, 1 chicken mughlai, 2 stuffed naan. But delivered wrong food items less in value and no strawberry milkshake.
                              Instead they delivered chicken butter masala, mutton masala, zeera rice and naan (not stuffed one). So they somehow send me the food item of less value and not of my choice as well and charged me the full money.

                                  On April 22, 2024, I placed an order for two chicken biryanis and made a payment of INR 400. However, the payment failed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The delivery person asked me to scan again and make the payment again, assuring me that the failed transaction amount would be refunded. To date, I have not received any refund or any communication regarding the same. I kindly request you to look into this matter and assist me in resolving it.

                                    On 19/04/24, I ordered 2 masala dosai and 1 plain dosai online in Hot Chips, Ashok Nagar through Zomato app. When I received the food package, I could see only two parcels in it. Then, I called the person who delivered it and he said while receiving the package, he saw only two parcels in it.

                                    When I raised this issue with the customer care of Zomato, they did not respond properly. They took 3 days to reach to the restaurant to enquire about the order. Today (22/04/24) they mailed me saying the restaurant has assured that they have placed all the 3 parcels based on the order.

                                    My question is if the restaurant has sent the package with all the food items ordered but the customer has not received it completely, the delivery partner should only be held responsible for this hassle.

                                    However, these Zomato people are not claiming any responsibility for their mistake and say that they cant process refund .

                                    Last time a similar issue (items missing in parcel) happened with the same delivery partner (Zomato), but last time what they said is the issue is with restaurant since the restaurant has not packaged all the items ordered .
                                    Hence, Zomato cannot take responsibility of it.

                                    I want Zomato to refund all the money I paid for this order and the last order and promise me to not repeat the same issue and take responsibility of their mistakes.
