Sirs, i am from chennai. My reviva ro (The amc is upto 0312.2020) is not working since yesterday morning. The contract receipt issued to me wasno/[protected]. The same was reported to your office yesterday by email. But, so far nobody has attended to it....

My aquaguard filer is not working since 31st may. I have given complaint about the same date. But no one attending the same. I have called 6 -7 times to customer care, every one is asking the complaint has been escalated. Even i have taken 2 years amc for the same.

I & my family using unfiltered water since last 3 days. This is very serous matter as it directly involved health matter.in this situation it may cause health...

The aquaguard ro+uv is out of order since march 2020. The aquaguard is under amc, contract no. Is : [protected] dated 17th february 2020. The amc purchase from mr. Ganesh, local service engineer in c v raman nagar, bangalore-560093.
Requesting for needful as early as possible....

The water is not getting filled to the tank and we have no water and we are dependent on bottled water now.
I have been trying to contact eureka forbes and none of their customer care numbers work. Somehow i got to talk to one of the customer care and complained about the issue. But no one attended.
It's a very poor service.

I have raised complaint on 17th may 2020. No technician visited and there is no response for emails. When we try calling customer care they say that technician will call.

My product was not serviced even after escalating the matter to the required concerned person ronak patel and he did not have a courtesy to respond to a single email. Today my warranty period has expired and the company wants me to renew the amc and then only they will change the filter. If a product is within warranty period then why should a customer pay anything. No one is bothered to answer my request. Kindly guide me. The complaint number...

When i switch on the water purifier, the power goes on the switch point and main panel gets trip and got shock from the mail board. Date of incident 30.05.2020.

Reference to my service request no [protected] raised for non functioning of ro, i escalated the complaint multiple time on their website but to no avail.

Surprisingly they have closed this ticket also without solving the issue and this happened 2nd time (Earlier also same thing happened and i had to raise the ticket again)

There is no update on the email neither on the complaint?
Earlier i logged a complaint no.. [protected] against aquaguard motor, which was dead and there is no sound of water purification and not even able to take water in.
And it was get correct in 20 days.

I am a using dr aquaguard magna hd ro, i have raised a service request on 8th may 2020, and had followed up 8 times till date, customer care executives say they are escalating to high priority, but still of no use, as per the policy if they fail to vist with in 48 hours, eureka forbes has to provide water, my average consumption per day is 20 liters and it costs around 80 rs, according to my math, till the day technician vists they have to...

Water purifier has become non-functional over 12 days but company is not taking adequate steps to resolve it. The sr # [protected]. Per amc such issues need to be resolved in 1-2 working days.
Company has taken money for amc but not fulfilling the terms in it.
No adequate escalation matrix in place either. First level escalation just keeps giving blanket notification that it will be resolved soon....

I had purchased this new machine about six months ago and for the past month only red light is coming and no water. Kindly send a technician
