I have deposited SBI cheque bearing no. 737886 of rupees 51, 060(Fifty one thousand and sixty rupees) dropped at ICICI branch hinjewadi, Pune dated 24/09/2014 in favor of policy no. 16755616 in name of KRISHNA CHOUHAN and same is debited on 24/09/2014.
I haven't received the receipt of policy yet. My email account is already registered with you. I have connected your customer care with ref. no. 73069931, 73070322...

I have a policy with ICICI prudential with policy no. 18071284. My premium amount is Rs.50000 per year. My premium was supposed to be due on 26/09/2014 and without any prior intimation or communication ICICI bank and prudential have auto-debited the amount at their will unilaterally without taking my authentication either for an ECS or auto debit or a cheque.
