I called ifb care more than 8 times but all gave false commitment including customer care and floor manager/supervisors. they were rude while talking.

I am owner of IFB Senator Aqua Washing Machine. I had first placed order for a trolley stand vide request no. 319238 on July 10, 2016. This request was unattended and I followed up with their customer care no. on July 25. To my shock, I was told that the request was closed without it even being attended!

My microvave ifb company is not heating. Last 5 years this problem is making again and again. Your product is defective and complaint does not resolved. Only 15 days back the complaint had been attended after lot or pursuassion though it is under amc
Again it is not working

It is high time and almost lost my patience suffering from the day of purchaseing your products

I m a customer having ifb washing machine for which i had loadged complaint regarding change of drum. It is regret to inform that no one had turned up so far. During last visit from the nearby service centre palakkad, kerala the person attended the problem has explained that the drum is having problem and had asked me to take amc and loadge a complain after 40 days to get the drum changed. Water is not pumping in to the detergent powder area and also programming problem. We have repeatedly giving complaint but we are not getting any response from your end. Your service center is asking the complaint number but we are not getting any number from your end. We are unable to use the machine. So you are requested to attend the problem immediately and correct the mistake....

I m umapathy from coimbatore. I am using ifb fully automatic washing machine, it get repaired on 15/7/16. I registered complaint on that day itself they gave complaint number: [protected]. My customer id number: 3667026.

I own a washing machine ifb senorita plus and have signed and amc with ifb industries limited for 2 years.In the past 2 months, since i shifted to bangalore, i have been having too many issues regarding the service from ifb.
My recent ticket number is[protected] dated 22nd july. Every time i raise a complaint, the technician arrives (A different one each time) and finds issue with a different part. He goes back saying he will talk to...

Even after paying for amc, there is no use and we haven't used the machine for single time.
After calling the ifb service person, he advised that the sacapsor and other parts is not working properly, which cost more than rs. 4000.
Hence the service person suggested to enroll in the amc, as the cost of amc will be around rs. 3900 for 2 years. Paid on 18th feb 2015 via cheque.

Worse kind of service IFB is providing already more than 24 hours it is that I've raised a complaint and none of the executive are reverting back
As usual the cx service says they ll get back to you and you ll not hear from them up till now

I recommend not to buy IFB after service worse
