Dear sir,

I am a samsung user for decades and i own all samsung products for its reliability and accessibility.
I own two samsung air conditioners, four mobile phone, micro wave owen, washing machine and atlast samsung qled TV 65 inches.
I have been raising service request since 3rd of october 2020 For which the service order no : [protected] for my Qled not working and initially they said its the motherboard...

Firstly, it has a very bad quality of body.
Secondly, it has a lagging issue.
Thirdly, it heats up and whenwit happens I have to turn off then I makes call.
None, of the representative of Samsung is responding over this what's this?
Very bad service of Samsung I'm sorry....

I purchased Samsung Level U neckband last week i.e.[protected], But product seems of very poor quality earpiece material which stings in ear and not properly fitted even all it's sizes. Disastrous sound experience and the product is not up to the mark. I am a regular Samsung customer with whole household items to TV, mobile phones, But this time totally disappointed.

For repairing We had raised the complaint on Sep8, 2020. Its almost 40 days now, till today washing machine issue is not yet resolved.

We called atleast 20+ times to service center toll free number:[protected]. We repeaedly got assurances from the team. End result is nothing.
Being working woman, it is frustrating for us to manage, we had invested...

I am using Samsung Galaxy A71 and my phone is under warranty, i have given my phone to service center to update software and they accepted my phone for software updation but now they are saying your Motherboard is broken, they brake my motherboard and now refusing to change it under warranty. Service centre not take my permission to open my phone i submit my phone only for software update but why they open my phone hardware without my permission....

I have purchased Samsung Mobile M30S thro Amazon and used it for about 8 months. Meantime it did not working properly and I handed over the mobile at Samsung Service Centre, Salem. After testing the mobile, they stated that the main board was failed and there is no supply of new board and hence it could not possible to restore the mobile. I have been using it since soo long
Our family also has T.V. from samsung
It is lasting more than 20years
But your product samsung galaxy that we got in 2017has always been very clingy
It always hangs
And battery dries faster
We had to change battries often...

From very first day of purchase, I am complaining about the manufacturing defect in new Samsung M51 mobile phone. I gave my tab for repaire in samsung survice centre In Chiplun, Ratnagiri (maharashtra). Regarding problem with sim card slot..Before giving, tab was in good condition..After 2 days Sim card issue was not salved bud tab was not able to start also..and switch button was also missing...I complained about this that time they were saying that it happens when we touch motherboard...But they shud tell this beforehand..this is not acceptable at...

In my mobile hanging problem . After axamine by samsung service center they are declare that mobile hand set found dead .and the mobile in full warrenty up to 17 /10/2020.
