I have been a customer of tata photon plus (Photon no [protected]) since 3yrs and today that is on[protected] i want to get the connection cancelled for which I have to call the customer care (cc) and register a cancellation request. When i have called cc an executive called bala krishna has spoken to me and has raised a request they told me that they have sent a system generated e-mail conformation stating the cancellation number and also said that it will take 7 days to get the cancellation done...

worst experience from tata photon. i purchase the device and using more then 8 to 10 months. from last two month speed reduced to 200 to300kbps. eralier i was getting 2 mbps which was good. in last two month i call several times on call center ([protected]) for the same issue. when i call for the first time they told me that they have technical problem and they will resolve soon...
