I had asked to close the tata photon connection (Account no. [protected], mobile: [protected]) with reference number[protected] through an email on 23Nov2014. till sep 2014 for about 4. 5 years. i had moved to a different location and tata Docomo's coverage was not available in my new place hence i cancelled the services byt sep 2014. But the cancellation was put on safe "custody mode" the consequence of this was not informed to me(6 months clause) at that time... I purchased tata photon device on 28/may 2015. through corporate connection. since then it has not worked. The sales person mr chetan who visits emcure pharmaceuticals in pune was very very abusive . I tried calling customer care every time but they say this [protected] is the number and when I dial they say it's not the number... I am TATA PHOTON user for last three years. My photon number is [protected]. Company never provided net speed as promised. I got no resolution for the same even after my repeated complaint.
last month on 22 july 15 when i submitted my request to withdraw my account. Company representative gave me offer for new bill plan... before i was Using TATA Photon +.
I have took a new connection of Data Card No-[protected] when i took it from your Vodafone store they are blaming very fast internet services.
when i am using it Its getting disconnected again and again.

I am Tata photon customer for last 6 years with connection number [protected]. I used to have a interest speed of about 1. 5 Mbps for this connection until 25th April 2015. Suddenly on 25th April 2015, my connection speed dropped to about 0. 16 - 0. 20 Mbps. I raised a complaint with Tata Photon customer care on 26th April 2015 with service request no[protected]... There will be speed issues. They promised me that they provide 153. 6kbps ie 20kbps download speed. But what i am getting is less then 2kbps. Y they cheated coustomers on unlimited plans?

I have been a customer of tata photon plus (Photon no [protected]) since 3yrs and today that is on[protected] i want to get the connection cancelled for which I have to call the customer care (cc) and register a cancellation request. When i have called cc an executive called bala krishna has spoken to me and has raised a request they told me that they have sent a system generated e-mail conformation stating the cancellation number and also said that it will take 7 days to get the cancellation done... I have been using tata photon maxwifi for the last one year, and i chose the biggest plan that was 30GB for a rental of Rs. 1250. I am sure that by now, people would have understood how bad the service is. But let me explain that last month i called customer care service for at least 5 times as i couldn't connect to internet and let me tell you it was not for few minutes or few hours but for several hours... I bought a tata photon max wifi data card (Ph. no: [protected]) from Poorvika, Gandhiji Road, Erode on 29. 06. 15. After facing activation issues for 4-5 days, tata photon engineer told me that the issue is with poorvika and not them. I returned the device to the poorvika branch on 08/07/15. number. So after 10 minutes when I realized this, I went to the retailer from where I recharged ( the docomo number of retailer is
[protected] ), and called the customer care number for reversal of the recharge from the retailer docomo number... I purchased Tata Photon Wifi on 16th January. I did not get signal at my home, their company people checked 3 times in a week for signal at my home it did not work. They say it money back guarantee within a month. I requested money back within a week on 24th January. The store people gave me receipt, and they said you will receive refund cheque at your home...
I have purchased TATA photon max on[protected] but to my dismay I have started getting problems from the 1st day itself like no connectivity and very low speeds. Although I registered a complaint with TATA photon company on their customer care number [protected] on 27/06/2015 with Service Req No:[protected], they said the problem is going to get resolved in 2 days but the response was terrible... I have reported to the tata photon customer care online and phone and they say that " this area is highly utilized area and this problem may occurs some time our team is working on this, we can't register your complaint against this issue". the very next day my connection was activated and several times after that... I was using tata photon 3G connection on dongle. Due to my marriage I could not use my data card. Expecting this well in hand, I have called up customer care and informed them to disconnect my connection. I have been assured that it will be taken care. However, it was not. After marriage I don't had Internet connection for some days and I have seen that instead of my disconnection request bill was generated...
10 days ago i had taken a Tata Photon Plus dongle. the plan signed up
for was Rs 750 / month unlimited. 6 mbps for 5GB and later 153 kbps.
as per the executive at the hypercity malad west store . 1st they had
committed that the activation will taken no longer that 24 hrs for
sure... My tata photon number is [protected]. Either refund my money or activate it within your guidelines timing which is 72 Hrs.
