Beam Telecom / ACT — ACT Setup Box back up power is not coming
I raised ticket [protected] regarding set top box back up power with act on 4th may 2016.But till now nobody responsded from act to address the issue.
I am not getting internet when power is gone.
I am very frustrated with the service.
ACT Broadband — No internet in first month itself
When it works it works superfast. When it is down, there is no way to track your complaint. It just goes to deaf ears. Trying for the last 7 days and it is still down. The custome ris totally helpless .What a waste of my money.ACT Broadband — Worst speed

Complaint registered regarding the network cable disconnected issue
I've lodged a complaint on dec 25th with the ticket no[protected] n there's no response from the team. I've called them multiple times. They always reply that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but there's no such action been taken56%
