ACT Fibernet — Internet Issues

Act Fiber net (Beam Telecom) is having internet issues every month, the customer service is very poor, no help from the Act fiber net in-spite of numerous complaints the issue keeps reoccurring every month, did complain each time to tech support but no proper resolution
The router name and passwords keeps changing often, a lot of router issues, intermittent wireless issues, the Act fiber net (beam telecom) officials are least bothered about it, very much frustrated with a lot of issues

Beam Telecom / ACT — ACT Setup Box back up power is not coming

I raised ticket [protected] regarding set top box back up power with act on 4th may 2016.
But till now nobody responsded from act to address the issue.
I am not getting internet when power is gone.
I am very frustrated with the service.

ACT Broadband — No internet in first month itself

When it works it works superfast. When it is down, there is no way to track your complaint. It just goes to deaf ears. Trying for the last 7 days and it is still down. The custome ris totally helpless .What a waste of my money.

ACT Broadband — Worst speed

Tried calling the customer care got no response.presently reciceving the speed of 0.75Mbps instead of 30mbps.Shame on the company for providing such disgusting service from past2-3 months

Beam Telecom / ACT — No internet from 2 days and customer care number always busy

I am facing internet connectivity issues from last 2 days, they said they will resolve with in 24 hours and when i tried to contaxt customer care again is always busy they don't care about the customer

i have not used their service for one month. but they are charging me for that month. when i called they said that it is their company policy. they can't do anything.

As per Plan not getting speed

Complaint registered regarding the network cable disconnected issue

I've lodged a complaint on dec 25th with the ticket no[protected] n there's no response from the team. I've called them multiple times. They always reply that the issue will be resolved in 24 hours but there's no such action been taken
