Hi This is to get in your notice that the sales agency of the religare company are doing fraud with customers . They sold me an insurance policy stating that the company will give 3 lakhs cash upfront to use and u can pay it in 10 yrs the amount of being 30000/- per year . these agents had to offer one of the policy number is[protected] agent code 10039394 Delhi Ab Broker cause of this broker we have insurance policy taken which is not useful to us at all but it has caused me a mental harassment . Advisor name Ab insurance brokers pvt ltd. Request u to please help me take action against these companies My Details Name INSAF Contact Number [protected] . After all that i submit my policy bond to branch jaipur to withdraw my policy in free look period . i received my bond paper on 16th april 2015 and i submit it to branch on 2nd may 2015.they take my request n say that its resoloutins time 13 days n u received a check amout u paid as premium.but after 20days still hav not received any check or responce from the company .after that i called to the company on 22 may their excutive tell me that its take some extra 7 days n u receive check from your home add. bt after seven days i again call then excutive tell me that company decline your request coz its out of free look period .even there is a public holidays of labour day n other vacations also . branchs empolye told me that 15 working days will be counted bt in other hand company says calender days.wht i do ??? whom i can trust ??? plzzz help me

    More than a month ago, I have paid for a term insurance policy for my brother through policy bazaar.com (eQuote Number[protected]. Medical check up was conducted within three-four days and I was suggested to submit some documents. I did that and then faced the real condition, real work culture of this company. We are yet to receive the policy. This company doesn't have any follow up culture after receiving money. They do not bother to inform customer about status of process. They don't bother to follow up, whether they receive the things or not. Till now, at least 20 times I have called their office but only for a single instance, got a call back. I did everything with utmost ergency whenever something was asked to submit, even when additional payment imposed by them. Let my five thousand ruppes to go to hell. I would like to suggest everybody, not to purchase policy from this company. They simply don't understand the importance of a term policy for a person and his family and they are unable to realise the importance of this kind of thing. If this is their attitude to finalize and issuing a policy, then just can't imagine how they will harass people if there would have been any real emergency, a real mishap ! This company, I feel, just not up to the standard to do business in Life Insurance... I'm really ashemed of my own selection and decision to purchase this policy from Aegon Religare.

      Hi, my name is Abhishank I bought a investment policy from this company online on 11th April and paid 12k online through netbanking. After that I have received no message, no confirmation email nothing. I have been trying to call the customer care for the last 3-4 days and I have not been able to get through any executive. Some representative called me yesterday, I explained my query to them, they said that they will check and call back in 30 minutes, but its been more than 24 hrs and I havent received any call. I work in NGO, education sector after leaving my high paying job and right now 12k is a huge huge amount for me. I just cant afford to lose that money, I am little worried. Aegon Religare doesnt seem to care at all about this and just nor helping me. Please help me our

        I had paid the premium amount of Rs99997 on 30th Jan'15 through my credit card(on 30th January'15) for a policy that i purchased through "AEGON Religare", details as below: Policy/proposal number:[protected] Date payment made : 30th January 2015(FYR attached please find a copy of the Credit card receipt/acknowledgement received from AEGON Religare) Date letter received : A letter was sent to me was dated 12th Feb'2015 and mentioned that the policy was not processed due to some internal underwriter issues within the company and the premium amount paid will be refunded through my credit card Date received SMS for the refund of the premium : 13th February 2015 " Dear AEGON Religare customer the premium amount of Rs99997 will be refunded via credit card" (SNAPSHOT OF THE MESSAGE ATTACHED) Please note that the amount of Rs99997 is already debited from my credit card 36 days back already and is shown as the amount due with a payment due date of 11th March'15. On 2nd March'15(30 days after debit from credit card) Upon advise received form the customer car Ms Pallavi Das i had taken a paid leave from work and went to submit the cancellation request(Copy attached) I have still not received the refund of the premium amount and no any response from the customer care, Pallavi Das i understand is the Incharge of the call center who always promises to give a call back but never does. I am totally depressed calling them for the last 12-20 days to get back my money.           I got a call from [protected] asking me to claim the bonus declared by my insurance company (Max Life Insurance) which invests premiums paid by its customers in Aegon Religare. The person on the other end claimed to be calling from Insurance portal, Noida representing all 28 insurance providers in the market. He told me that my company is distributing the profit dividend which will go into the agent's pocket if I do not remove him as a middleman between me and my company. For this, he asked me to submit identity documents, photographs and a cheque of amount equal to the annual premium I pay. He told me that a person will collect from me. But when I told him that if this is the case then, I will submit these documents and the cheque in person to Aegon Religare office. After thinking for a while, he still insisted me for collection by agent. But I refused. I request you to please look into this matter and take measures to curb such frauds.

              also when got hold of them they gave a phone number stating its of HSBC bank in mumbai when called on that number we found out that it was not a bank number given its a straight fraud

                  Hi, I tried to SignIn to the website, says it is under schedule maintenance. This is not the first time i am getting this error, for last 2 years (since my policy inception) i have never been able to login, I don't know what was happening. Such a company having reputation and being leading online term policy, never have the website available/working for customer use / reference. I don't know what was going on. Can you look into the issue ASAP. Thanks.

                    Sir, Myself Gagan Yadav from Jabalpur (M.P) with AEGON Religare Life insurance policy number[protected] dated 07/06/2012. This is to bring your attention about misguiding, cheating, fraud & bad attitude towards there customer. As I have purchased the above mentioned policy AEGON Religare advisor Mr. Neeraj Malkani with mobile number [protected] told me that I have to pay 15000/year for 3 years. I have paid the first installment of 15000/-, then at the time of second installment, I unintentionally missed to pay the installment on due date, then AEGON Religare customer care executive called me & told me that I have to pay this amount with penalty & I agreed for the same. But the problem or fraud started now when AEGON Religare executive Mr. Rahul Rastogi with landline no.[protected] told me that ‘There is some problem with my policy & i do not have to pay the penalty if i include any family member (paying 15000/- extra) in a new policy & my Life insurance 1st installment of 15000/- will get adjusted in this new policy’, hence I did the same & paid chq no. 39831 & amount of 14370/- of ICICI Bank on[protected]. But surprisingly I received health insurance(Policy no.[protected] instead of new Life insurance policy. Now today again, I received call from AEGON Religare head office verification department Mr. Rajbeer singh (Later he told Shashank Sharma) from mobile no. [protected] & told me to pay advance payment of 30000/- & 500/- to remove the agent code in both the policies & deactivate the agent attached to these policies & to get some benefits. Now I want to know that why AEGON Religare company is misguiding & doing fraud with there customers.                     THEY ALSO SAYING THAT I[censored] BUY THE POLICY OF 30K U WILL GET 10;LAKH AMOUNT BY THE HSBC BANK AS LOAN TO USE FOR 10 YEARS...AND THATS THE REASON I GOT THE POLICY FOR MY FATHER AND MOM BUT NOW THEY STOPPED ANSWERING THE CALLS I THINK WE SHOULD GET THE COPS INVOLVED IN THIS MATTER WITH SOME LEGAL ACTION...

                      Aegon Religare - its agent tactfully wouldn't even reveal that their policy is payable on yearly terms. And when we question the company to discontinue the same after an year of already depreciated policy they would also charge an additional amount on the same. Company doesn't have the minimum courtesy to atleast return the amount its taken even after an year, nor does it have regard to return the depreciated value at the minimum either. Its a disgrace that such companies get away so well. I'd strongly recommend everyone to be cautious about their dealings w/ such an insurance service provider.

                        I've bought 2 insurance policies and opted for ECS but after few days I've got a mail from them saying that please pay your premiums before the due date. I was under impression that they will debit the premium amount directly from my bank account but to make sure I've called the customer care, but they said that we don't have any request from you for direct debits so pay online banking. As per their advise I've paid the amount for both the policies but later they have debited premium amount for 1 policy by my credit card, when I ask why you have debited, they said that direct debit is active for your policy so it has got debited (but before they only advised me to pay) and confirmed that next month don't make the payment so that it would be compensated. As they said next month I've not made payment for that particular policy and paid for another policy again for that also they have done the same. With regards to this I've requested them for cancelling the 'Direct Debit from my Credit Card' they are not at all responding my query. I'm totally frustrated as each time I need to continuously do follow ups to get the query resolved. I can say worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. People who are reading this complaint please don't ever choose the above insurance company as I'm literally dying with them.

                          [protected] RAJ ARYAN[protected]one of the worst service i ever seen...since (august'12, purchased online ) enrolled i did not receive any receipt of my payments...even i updated address month of Sep'12 BUT STILL SAGA GOES ON. so i stopped my premium after 100 of trail mail & calls & planning to move to Consumer Court.
                          i got theretning by AEGON Religare Life Insurance (by email) that they will inactive my account & in that case i wont be able to take my money back.

                          pl suggest.

                            Bhumika wrote me that she will be the designated relationship manager from Religare and suggested me to be patience during the interim of processing time about 10 days. After 10 days when no response I called on number given in email i receive no response because nobody picked the call.

                            after 13 days i receive a revised quote mentioning that some abnormality seen in my Treadmill test so they have revised the payment. This made me suspicious as the day I give the Treadmill test, the doctor disclosed to me that everything was normal. Diagnostic value above 80% sensitivity in the report is normal. I checked my report shows 85%. As per the disclaimer it was obvious that premiums may revise later. but a difference of around Rs. 3300/- would have cost me extra around Rs. 75000/- in policy term. so i decided to cancel the offer with the Religare. it was agreed to make the payment by 7 days.

                            i did not receive the payment till day against what they had agreed to release payment within 7 days. will update my review when i get the payment. the only thing forced me to write a review about Aegon Religare on this blog. i think the good reviews given on this blog so far are posted by the insiders to lure people. i have attached screenshots of the proofs.

                              Sir,
                              AEGON Religare Life Insurance sold me Life Insurance policies No.[protected] and[protected].

                              While selling the policies AEGON Religare Life Insurance mentioned that only one time premium will have to be paid. Also, as per their letter dated Sep 1, 2012 they confirmed the same (Latter attached). Now, they are demanding premium for 12 years which is not possible for me to bear. I want to cancel the policy and refund of the total premium paid.
                              They have refused to cancel the policy on the ground that the lock-in period of 15 days is over. I have been chasing them since June when the policies were sold but to no avail.
                              Guilty of rendering deficient service leading to harassment of a senior citizen.
                              Pls do the needful at your earliest

                                ii got call from[protected] Delhi.This person introduce herself as name minaksi and calling from aegon religare Insurance company.She told me to recover my bharti axa balance money which i have due to the market value plan.for this she said to me to fill a parposal form bajaj alliance of rs 4700 . after 15 days she told that some document lossed we need to fill new company parposal form of rs 7500 aegon religare .his boss also told me same Thing and convinced me fully on it.they give 90 days time to recover my money



                                after that ,phone calls are coming from aegon religare people for verification,address verification and lot more.i thought all Things are on line and my 7500 rupees had all so debited from my account in The name of Aegon religare insurance co ltd.

                                  I took an iTerm Policy on behalf of my wife. The policy number is[protected]. The policy was taken during the first week of November. I had paid the premium on 18 th Nov 2012. I had completed the medical test formalities on 30 Nov 2012. I had sent all the required documents for two times, Now its almost 20 days. I did not hear anything from their side till today. In the mean time, I had called them 'n' number of times, emailed them. Every time, I get the same response that someone will call back. But till today none has called back.

                                  I have even sent a complaint to the grievance cell alas there was no response for that for two days.

                                    I purchased a pension plan from aegon religare on Feb 24th 2009. Here are the details of the policy.

                                    Date of commencement: 3rd March 2009.
                                    Date of Maturity: 2nd march 2039.
                                    Name of life insured: Vikash Berwal
                                    Date of birth: 25th Oct. 1986.

                                    Aegon Religare agent told me that i will get returns @25-30%pa. My maturity sum will be approx. 70 lacs if i pay Rs.20,000/- PA. But now my fund value is approx Rs.59,000/- after 3 years of premium. Now i decided to withdraw my pension plan and while checking my policy bond i found that there was my fake signature in benefit illustration chart, according to which i will get benefits between 6-10%pa.
                                    I request you to check out my problem thoroughly and take a suitable action.

                                      This is with reference to my complaint registered by myself on 06-Oct-12 against my policy no.[protected]. I requested the company to either change my ULIP plan to any Saving (Traditional/Guaranteed) plan or refund my money deposited. I complained in IRDA also. But the company (Aegon Religare Life Insurance) sent me postal letter on 19-Oct-12 (dated 16-Oct-12) stating "we were trying to contact you on your number updated in our records, however we were unable to get in touch with you. We trust the matter stands clarified." I ask the esteemed company how could be matter "stands clarified" without being able to get in touch with me? The matter does NOT stand clarified at all. I request the authorities concerned to kindly look into the matter and my ULIP plan be converted to Saving/Traditional/Guaranteed plan. I am surprised for such an esteemed organization like Aegon Religare Life Insurance flouting the policy/agreement. Your prompt response is solicited.

                                        Not refunding payment against an online policy that we rejected

                                        Hi,
                                        We applied for a term policy in my spouse's name (proposal no.[protected]. The on-call executive provided information and filled the form himself. We payed the amount Rs. 10414 on September 10, 2012. Then began a harrowing experience of poor customer service. They took their own sweet time to contact us back once the payment was made by us. They are not responding to emails until after 3-4 days. Finally, they give us counteroffer...
